So much so that I crashed my step fathers car I was borrowing into a lake and don t remember a single bit of it. The next day, sitting in a jail cell, I told myself I had had enough. I have a friend that had gone to WTC so I called them first without even trying anywhere else and immediately knew this was the place for me. WTC and the counselors/staff that work there without a doubt saved my life. This place is fantastic, but don t be fooled. If you go here, expect to work. It s not sit around and watch tv rehab, you re expected to do certain things and act certain ways. It sounds hard I know, but I promise you if you re serious about getting help for yourself, even if you re being forced by your parents to do this, please give WTC a chance. The work pays off 10 fold.

I attended WTC 3 years and 5 months ago, my first time trying out the sobriety aspect. This place saved my life and truly push me to change into the better person I am now. If I could comment on other people s 1 star reviews. I would say. It sounds like those people were not willing to get sober. Making up excuses to make it sound like it wasn t everything that it was cut out to be. Especially co dependent parents who comment saying not to send there parents to a place that will eventually help their kids out in the long run. All in all if you want to change your life. Go here, if you don t. Then you truly haven t hit your bottom in life.I work in recovery now. Due to this program, my life has changed for the better and I have everything I could ever want to keep me happy in this life.

Sadly they have been shut down. 2 families sued them because their son s ran away and were brought back by police. The boys were unharmed but apparently the families were angry enough to put them out of business. Very very very sad. It was a place that did a lot of good for a lot of people.

For a small community, this organization is first rate. My dad was in their care for several years for multiple reasons but the care was always the best that I have seen. I worked in health care for over 25 years north of Seattle and no group of home care providers that I knew was any better. The nurses and therapists go out of their way to care for patients and help to improve lives. We are very grateful for their care.

Choices For Change Counseling has decades of combined experience and expertise working with those who suffer from addiction, from the initial crisis intervention, all the way through the inpatient and outpatient treatment levels of care, to aftercare and alumni services. Choices For Change Counseling provide 'evidence-based' drug and alcohol treatment that really works, including life-skills building, and experiential, effective guidance in creating and maintaining healthy and lasting recovery.Great counselors and the best treatment, hands down. Between the programs meetings and the message they bring is just amazing!!! I will recommend this treatment to whoever is having a struggle or problems. When I first attended Choices For Change Counseling I was a broken person. depressed, dependent on alcohol feeling completely worthless and alone. Upon intake, I was treated with warmth, compassion, and respect. This continued throughout my treatment. The greatest gift they gave me was a renewed hope and belief in myself. By helping me to find a path to personal insight and healing, Choices For Change Counseling gave me the basic set of tools needed to help me through the life-long journey recovery. I am grateful for everything they did for me.Choices For Change Counseling is a great place to come and get and stay sober. They really care about you as a person and work with you to get your life back on track. Nancy is amazing! I truly had a wonderful experience here and I would recommend Choices For Change Counseling to anyone in need of help with addiction.

Montana is ranked 47th nationwide in terms of addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $62,530.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Montana vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of the treatment types listed above. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below.
There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Montana. Most treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Montana that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here’s the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment in Montana.
