So much so that I crashed my step fathers car I was borrowing into a lake and don’t remember a single bit of it. The next day, sitting in a jail cell, I told myself I had had enough. I have a friend that had gone to WTC so I called them first without even trying anywhere else and immediately knew this was the place for me. WTC and the counselors/staff that work there without a doubt saved my life. This place is fantastic, but don’t be fooled. If you go here, expect to work. It’s not sit around and watch tv rehab, you’re expected to do certain things and act certain ways. It sounds hard I know, but I promise you if you’re serious about getting help for yourself, even if you’re being forced by your parents to do this, please give WTC a chance. The work pays off 10 fold. Peter Broderick 4 years ago I attended WTC 3 years and 5 months ago, my first time trying out the sobriety aspect. This place saved my life and truly push me to change into the better person I am now. If I could comment on other people’s 1 star reviews. I would say. It sounds like those people were not willing to get sober. Making up excuses to make it sound like it wasn’t everything that it was cut out to be. Especially co dependent parents who comment saying not to send there parents to a place that will eventually help their kids out in the long run. All in all if you want to change your life. Go here, if you don’t. Then you truly haven’t hit your bottom in life. I work in recovery now. Due to this program, my life has changed for the better and I have everything I could ever want to keep me happy in this life. The boys were unharmed but apparently the families were angry enough to put them out of business. Very very very sad. It was a place that did a lot of good for a lot of people. I did what I was suppose to do. The people at this clinic are absolutely wonderful! They hard friendly, honest, and they truly care! I have gotten attached to all of them. They felt like home for me, I going to have a hard time leaving them due to moving very soon!! I’m m already sad about it. When you walk through those doors, you need to have your mind made up that you’re ready for their help. They’ll be there every step of the way. Just be honest and do what you’re supposed to do to do. The most amazing people work here. There isn’t one bad thing I can even see with this place. It’s very easy. Go in with the mindset of it being the first day of your new life. I have been a patient at Community Medical Services since 2013. The staff has always done everything they can to help myself and others in the most professional and empathetic manor possible. This facility is intended to help those who have substance abuse problems, transition to medically supervised medications that simulate street drugs in a way where you don't have to worry about overdose, poisoning and death. They utilize the latest substance abuse alternative medicines, allowing you to function on a day-to-day basis without wondering how you're going to make it/score that day. As well as, individualized personal counseling on a regular basis to help you with the problems and thinking that caused most of us to use drugs initially. They implement this process with extremely well trained Substance Abuse Doctors, as well as, certified counselors and staff that are with you for every step of the sobriety journey. Teaching you the basic tools to stabilize your life, so you can succeed, rather than end up divorced, in prison or on the streets. I honestly can't say enough about how much they've helped me over the past 13 years. I am so grateful for everyone in that building; from the front desk staff, all the way to the individuals in other departments, all who come together as a unified organization to give people in need a easily obtainable alternative to drug abuse. When I was 24, my addiction to prescription medication had spun wildly out of control. So much so that I crashed my step fathers car I was borrowing into a lake and don’t remember a single bit of it. The next day, sitting in a jail cell, I told myself I had had enough. I have a friend that had gone to WTC so I called them first without even trying anywhere else and immediately knew this was the place for me. WTC and the counselors/staff that work there without a doubt saved my life. This place is fantastic, but don’t be fooled. If you go here, expect to work. It’s not sit around and watch tv rehab, you’re expected to do certain things and act certain ways. It sounds hard I know, but I promise you if you’re serious about getting help for yourself, even if you’re being forced by your parents to do this, please give WTC a chance. The work pays off 10 fold.

I attended WTC 3 years and 5 months ago, my first time trying out the sobriety aspect. This place saved my life and truly push me to change into the better person I am now. If I could comment on other people’s 1 star reviews. I would say. It sounds like those people were not willing to get sober. Making up excuses to make it sound like it wasn’t everything that it was cut out to be. Especially co dependent parents who comment saying not to send there parents to a place that will eventually help their kids out in the long run. All in all if you want to change your life. Go here, if you don’t. Then you truly haven’t hit your bottom in life. I work in recovery now. Due to this program, my life has changed for the better and I have everything I could ever want to keep me happy in this life.

Sadly they have been shut down. 2 families sued them because their son’s ran away and were brought back by police. The boys were unharmed but apparently the families were angry enough to put them out of business. Very very very sad. It was a place that did a lot of good for a lot of people.

My Journey with Royal began at 7:30 am on Thursday April 12, 2026. After two months, I believe that I am in the midst of a miracle unfolding. I first admitted that I was an alcoholic at age 20. I am now 60 years old and have experienced the painful path of self destruction and hopelessness that my plague unleashes for four decades. The entire staff at Royal ARE INCREDIBLE humans, and I am very grateful for their knowledge and dedication. I don't know what the final scene of the play of my life will look like, but the script has shifted and there is a very good chance that it can and 'WILL' have a happy ending!!!! Royal life centers in my personal opinion is one of the greatest treatment centers I've ever been to I've never been to treatment before in my life but this treatment center in my opinion is really really good the staff that works there in Sumner Washington and in Spokane Washington the medical staff to bht's the bosses everybody involved that works in both those places in my opinion they do more than their job description these people that are currently working there you really do care they go above and beyond they all have a really great heart a really great sense of humor and they all help everyone out the environment there is so hospitable I've never experienced anything like this before in my life they definitely made me feel like I was family like I was loved and I don't know any of them but by the grace of God I know a lot of them now and I thank God and them for being a part of my recovery God bless all of you.... Just did 3 days in ICU/ACU for some problems. Very impressed, especially considering the volume they deal with. Everyone on the fifth floor treated me like their own grandpa and I was very comfortable there. Every doctor I spoke to gave me more confidence in the expertise of this medical group. I had an amazing experience here. I’m visiting from Boise and had a bit of a dental emergency, and the entire team was incredibly kind and accommodating. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. I have some dental anxiety, but they really helped put me at ease and everything went smoothly. I have been off of pain meds for 12 yrs now. I have never even been tempted to go back to them. It was killing my family and myself. It been easy for me to do what needs to be done when going to a clinic!! The place I was at for 10 yrs couldn’t keep counselors due to pay, insurance and they’d find something better, I had a lot of different counselors because of that, but I never faltered. I did what I was suppose to do. The people at this clinic are absolutely wonderful! They hard friendly, honest, and they truly care! I have gotten attached to all of them. They felt like home for me, I going to have a hard time leaving them due to moving very soon!! I’m m already sad about it. When you walk through those doors, you need to have your mind made up that you’re ready for their help. They’ll be there every step of the way. Just be honest and do what you’re supposed to do to do. The most amazing people work here. There isn’t one bad thing I can even see with this place. It’s very easy. Go in with the mindset of it being the first day of your new life. These amazing people will help you through it all, just be honest and go by the rules. I’m truly going to miss every person I have dealt with here, especially my counselor and the young lady who did the front desk then became a counselor!!! I love them all! You won’t regret going to this clinic!!❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰

This is super long but please read it! If it helps one person it's well worth it. I have been a patient at Community Medical Services since 2013. The staff has always done everything they can to help myself and others in the most professional and empathetic manor possible. This facility is intended to help those who have substance abuse problems, transition to medically supervised medications that simulate street drugs in a way where you don't have to worry about overdose, poisoning and death. They utilize the latest substance abuse alternative medicines, allowing you to function on a day-to-day basis without wondering how you're going to make it/score that day. As well as, individualized personal counseling on a regular basis to help you with the problems and thinking that caused most of us to use drugs initially. They implement this process with extremely well trained Substance Abuse Doctors, as well as, certified counselors and staff that are with you for every step of the sobriety journey. Teaching you the basic tools to stabilize your life, so you can succeed, rather than end up divorced, in prison or on the streets. I honestly can't say enough about how much they've helped me over the past 13 years. I am so grateful for everyone in that building; from the front desk staff, all the way to the individuals in other departments, all who come together as a unified organization to give people in need a easily obtainable alternative to drug abuse. I walked in needing help, and they provided aid for me on my road to recovery. Eventually, giving me all the necessary tools to navigate life and make it's a life worth living. Where I once was lost with no way out, I now have own a business for over 10 years and raised a child who has never seen me intoxicated on drugs. I pray this reaches someone and you walk in those doors and get help.

I can’t speak highly enough of Riverside. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. The counselors are amazing and really try to work with you. They have a lot of group options which made it easier to balance my treatment and my other stuff. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns and worked with my probation too. Highly recommend!!!!

Native project is my go to for all my health and wellness needs for my kids as well as my self. The service is good. Can usually get a quick appointment compared to other places. And the price for care is reasonable. Also they have dental and pharmacy as well as mental health. They also have a variety of children's mental health services which are amazing. This clinic has grown and done so well started out a bit rough nearly a year and a half ago but they have worked out all the kinks since I started the director jumps in and helps wherever needed the doctor is super fast to respond Lisa the head nurse is the most amazing person and staff member they have she deserves the most! It used to be such an issue when I wanted to taper now they all work together and get ish done so fast! I’m nearly never late to work anymore actually always early I give myself plenty of time but they work together so well to get you in and out you don’t have to worry much anymore! Of course issues out of their control can arise like having a gas smell and having to evacuate at one point but they communicated with everyone and once back in they busted through the doses and were caught up so fast I was super surprised when I came back an hour later and dosed I cannot tell you how amazing this clinic is how personal the staff is they all want what is new for each patient and I truly believe that! If you want to change your life Spokane Treatment Center is the place to start! Michelle is the absolute best counselor she’s like a cheerleader there when you need her and rooting you on every visit! They are all super responsive and supportive Yvonne is a great director you won’t be falling through the cracks you will be given every tool you need to succeed! lol they even all hav a sense Of humor loved the Christmas tree decor!

Everyone whom works here is great. They want to help. The only gripe I have is the hours. It's not such a big deal if you only have to come in once a week, or once every other week....but when you have to come in daily, it makes working hard to do. I have an understanding boss, but if I didn't, I'm not sure what I would do. My counselor is awesome. The front desk ladies are awesome, as are the nurses who pass the medicine, and the woman whom runs the program. All of them want to help, and it is evident by their actions. If you are in need of MAT services, I recommend looking into becoming a patient here at STC.

I would love to recommend this place for it was a big healing journey for me to begin my true sobriety life , I've been in this program for five months , meeting new people whom had the same struggle or not , we are were able to relate in some ways or another , each have a story to tell , the councillors also helped me and one specific councillor truly even today is helping me and I am grateful, I feel blessed and love. I am happy to continue on with my sobriety and pray for others to also seek the help they may need . Everything and everyone was so welcoming when I was so scared to start yet by faith ,I took another step each day and this place taught me so much about myself and remembering who I really am . I appreciate the time , food and overall the peace within myself . I truly hope others will find the light in their darkness like I have . May God bless you 🙏 Thank you for your time . Take care .

Went to Colonial Clinic November 2020, and I am so incredibly grateful I found them. At the time I attended (I hope it's still the same to this day) they require attendance of an outside support group, and strongly suggest getting a sponsor. I followed the suggestions and am still with the same sponsor to this day (May 2023). Did Colonial fix my problems? No. But it was a great first step coming here. That's why I give them five stars, because they kick-started my lifelong recovery process.

I went through colonial clinic in 1992. I am forever grateful for everybody in the clinic. I don’t know who works here anymore, ken, Donna, Hank, Julie and a few others that I don’t remember the name of. God bless you all! I am able to say have not had a drink since entering colonial clinic! Dan
