For a small community, this organization is first rate. My dad was in their care for several years for multiple reasons but the care was always the best that I have seen. I worked in health care for over 25 years north of Seattle and no group of home care providers that I knew was any better. The nurses and therapists go out of their way to care for patients and help to improve lives. We are very grateful for their care.

I had an amazing experience here. I’m visiting from Boise and had a bit of a dental emergency, and the entire team was incredibly kind and accommodating. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. I have some dental anxiety, but they really helped put me at ease and everything went smoothly. I’m so grateful they were able to help me. Highly recommend!

My experience here was good we went on really fun outings and on the weekends if we earned it and had an allowance if we earned it.Some things I suggest are a very structured schedule with self care in them such as daily yoga meditation,aerobics and ti chi,a hike every week,outings on Sunday and Saturday and outing during the week to because it can get pretty boring there,volentearing that you don’t half to eat toearn because volentearing is therapeutic,more therapy’s,much better groups,a wide variety of teas,foods cooked by highly trained chefs,gardens,more entertainment options,something to make the room smell nice,rooms painted calming soothing colors,extremly comfortable bedding,extremly comfordable chairs and pillows,extremely comfortable chairs in the school, the best therapy’s done throughout the week and an extremly comfortable and nice envirement,a therapy dog,horse back riding and art therapy.I also think I’d be good if you guys continuously made this place better and better as long as this place exists.

Well, I’m a special teacher in the morning for College and A licensed marriage family, and therapist at night for myself. Let me tell you this is the most amazing place. This place let me sleep at night. I could sleep at night because the care at this facility was above and beyond. My child carries many diagnosis. She was adopted at birth and has been through trauma in utero exposure, and her birth parents had mental illness. This place had amazing staff and protocol for a gentle way to help a young teenagers self regulate. We were able to receive trauma counseling, individual counseling family therapy, and my child’s medication’s were finally working for her thanks to this place and the changes they made. Her therapist was so experienced and on target and helped not only my child heal, but the continuation of our family healing as we had a crime in our house by a trusted neighbor of five years. Little by little self harm stopped or reduced little little hospitalizations reduced and got father apart. They help my child go to school for three hours a day on site. my child enjoyed the cows across the street. They went above and beyond for my child 16th birthday. Not only is this place, professional detailed and oriented towards child centered complex cases. The staff have a heart and give more than 100%. Our school district had to work with them even though they’re not California approved. I was very worried and asked for three parent recommendations before I even placed my child in this program. As you know, if you’re reading this review, you’re making one of life’s hardest decisions and one that you never wanted to make. All the best - I am glad there are programs like this, and I hope they stay in business forever. One satisfied, grateful parent who was in tears when my child was ready to move to the next level due to progress-scared that the next program may not match the quality of this program. When you only have one option for your child the level of trust, you have to have in a program (2000 plus miles away)like this is extremely nerve-racking. And no, it doesn’t stop. But it does diminish when you feel you are in the right place. No program is perfect. But these people seem to really care about the child. Have no illusions that there will be peaks and valleys with your child. But I have the trust that Innercept always has a child and the family‘s best interest to resurrect any issue. Innercept tries to attack the root cause before the issue, not the issue after the fact. Beautiful location, lots and lots of prairie dogs, and a very solid program.

Ideal Option is absolutely the place to be for recovery care!! Words can never explain the care, compassion and genuine concern that they have for their patients!! I’m currently on the road with my husband working and thought I was ready and strong enough to take myself off a medication and boy was I super wrong!! First of all that is something I should have never attempted without a dr consent. Needless to say I became seriously sick!! I called Ideal Options and they got me in the same day I called!! The staff and doctor are truly GOD appointed to be in this field and fight of recovery!! The care that they provided me in one of the lowest times of my life brings tears to my eyes. They took the time and listened to me and cared about me and my situation!! They got me back stable. They took the time and discussed different OPTIONS ( as their name states) that would work for me and my goal to wean off! Their encouragement gave me my confidence back that full recovery is obtainable...just stay the course! With that being said I want to first of all thanks the Dr. and staff at the Olympia, WA Ideal Options!! Secondly, anyone thinking about this facility, definitely take the leap!! I guarantee you will not regret it!!! Very rare to find genuine people who care and I’m soo glad I found Ideal Options!! 💕💕💕💕take it a day at a time!!!

All the groups are really helpful and I've really appreciated everything they've done for me. All the counslers truly want to help the clients and it's a great support system. I especially recommend if you're come straight out of rehab. They have a sliding scale and will help you with BPA funding if needed for the costs.

The counselors at Restored Paths are as real as they come, they are amazing! Elaine helped me through so much and when I needed someone even after I was done with my classes she has always been there for me! If you really need help and really want change in your life Restored Paths is where you want to go, they may not sugar coat things there for you, they give it to you straight up and for recovery that's what you need.

The best experience I could have hoped for going into rehab. You instantly feel welcomed from the staff and know that they care about you and your recovery instead of making you feel bad about your past choices. The facility is super clean with cozy rooms and a rec room for meals and hanging out with plenty of activities and shows to watch when not in sessions. Thank you to the Sequoia family for my stay and out patient time.

my daughter had a horrible time here. I didn't realize that she was not allowed to say certain things on family calls, so I believed everything she told me. I was not aware that she was somewhat 'scripted' and could not tell me how she actually felt in that program. It is absolutely atrocious that this company has paid employees to talk to parents out of pulling their children out of the program. My child is currently suffering severe trauma from the lack of professionalism and care for the mentally ill. Most of the lower class staff were amazing and connected well with the residents - apart from the one guy with the hat and earrings and beard who worked in stable with my daughter. The lower class staff seemingly only stayed at the job because of their care for the residents, however, the upper management was horrible and treated kids like prisoners. Don't waste your money on going here, spend your money elsewhere in a place your kid gets true love and care.

My Journey with Royal began at 7:30 am on Thursday April 12, 2026. After two months, I believe that I am in the midst of a miracle unfolding. I first admitted that I was an alcoholic at age 20. I am now 60 years old and have experienced the painful path of self destruction and hopelessness that my plague unleashes for four decades. The entire staff at Royal ARE INCREDIBLE humans, and I am very grateful for their knowledge and dedication. I don't know what the final scene of the play of my life will look like, but the script has shifted and there is a very good chance that it can and 'WILL' have a happy ending!!!! GO ROYAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Royal life centers in my personal opinion is one of the greatest treatment centers I've ever been to I've never been to treatment before in my life but this treatment center in my opinion is really really good the staff that works there in Sumner Washington and in Spokane Washington the medical staff to bht's the bosses everybody involved that works in both those places in my opinion they do more than their job description these people that are currently working there you really do care they go above and beyond they all have a really great heart a really great sense of humor and they all help everyone out the environment there is so hospitable I've never experienced anything like this before in my life they definitely made me feel like I was family like I was loved and I don't know any of them but by the grace of God I know a lot of them now and I thank God and them for being a part of my recovery God bless all of you.... Keep up the good work

KUDOs to all the staff, front office to medical/therapy, facilitators (leaders of group meetings), and chefs. I never once felt "less than", looked down at or being judged! Most employees have been through what we all are going thru and understand it the situation. If it wasn't "rehab", I'd stay longer!!
