Some wildly inaccurate comments have compelled me to write a review. I have been with tempo for almost two years now, abrasive, unprofessional, and rude is a complete misrepresentation of this staff. I was once in your position so I have an understanding of where you may be at mentally. If you can’t get one over on people that doesn’t mean they are rude or insensitive. Its time to grow up. I dealt directly with Charlene over email and on the phone last week and she was nothing, but pleasant and helpful. She worked with me and we reached a mutually beneficial outcome that same day. I know I am not the easiest person to deal with, but the Tempo staff have always treated me with respect and kindness since day one. I suggest you continue to seek help and take it seriously. This is your life and if you are having a hard time with people who are truly looking out for you, it might be time to do a serious evaluation of your life and who you are. I want to thank Tempo for everything they have done for me the past year and 10 months. I am thankful for all of you.

I was there multiple times it was great in my experience the staff were nice and supportive, the food was good um beds are alright yes there was codes called however you got remember that people are there for a reason and thing will happen but the staff made sure everyone was alright and safe in the hospital I made good friends I was in the girls until and i do recommend it

Used these services for a loved one in crisis. Chris was incredibly helpful at guiding us through the full process of the intervention, providing a consultative approach towards finding the right facility, and mediating some of the difficult questions during the actual process.

They gave me a form to mail to st. Luis military records if it got here I was hacked robbed hide my dad hides all my paperwork get the info straight from the 10469 post office there CIA info. The best run VA facility in the United States. I've been patients of the VA all up and down the east coast as well as in the middle of the United States. Although it feels like the NYC Bronx VA has the oldest building, it is the best well run. The doctors there care about their patients more than any other VA. If any doctor touches your records or makes a decision then you have access to that doctor. Also if you need help for any reason and all appointments are booked then you can always walk in and be squeezed in. The James J. Peters VA cares about the vet and the care. Patients maintain their doctor in NYC and fly up from other parts of the country just to have an appointment. It's that good.
