While traveling, I hurt my foot and thought that I might have broken a bone. I was lucky to see my private doctor and he ordered xrays. We arrived at the emergency room, were checked in, xrayed and given a copy of the xrays to take to the doctor, all in less than a half hour. We were stunned at how quickly we were taken care of. The staff was so attentive and caring.

Buena experiencia desde el tiempo de espera a el trato de parte de Tod@s. Los guardias/ recepcionistas amables, las trabajadoras hicieron todo lo posible para que todos se sintieran bien (todos los detalles pequeños siempre son bien recibidos y la gente SI se da cuenta de ellos) y la trabajadora de mi caso, si bien recuerdo su apellido era Seguú (no me odies si lo dije mal 😂) fue muy amable, profesional y me escucho en todo momento. Hay parking atrás y se trabajan las citas por hora.

En mi opinión, Si vas a un hospital es porque la vida de una persona está en riesgo. Por lo cual te pondrán bajo observación varías horas, todo tiene un propósito. Si te ponen en consulta, estarás nuevamente bajo observación por algún diagnóstico médico de cuidado y estarás a la espera a que un médico especialista evalué el expediente completo y documente órdenes nuevas según resultados. Un ejemplo, hay personas que infartan y por desconocimiento pretenden irse a las 2 horas. No se puede ignorar cuando el cuerpo manda señales que no se encuentra bien. Las emergencias; revivir a una persona, los niños, las embarazadas son la PRIORIDAD en cualquier hospital que visite. Consideración, empatía y mucho respeto gente. Hay horarios para las visita, están estipulados desde hace años por muchas razones de salud y para tratamientos de los pacientes en él área, hay que respetarlo. Fomente trabajo en equipo, si tiene familiar llévele agua, meriendas, sábanas cuide de él también , no todo recae en la enfermera que está a cargo de más de 15 y hasta 30 pacientes💙.

The care during the 8 days that mom was on the third floor was excellent. Dr. Juan Colón, Dr. Figueroa, the other physicians, the nurses, the cleaning staff — in short, the entire 24-hour team — exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at the emergency room, the staff on duty, although limited, provided excellent service. On behalf of the Rosado Muñoz family, we are eternally grateful.

As the previous reviewer states, if you follow Google maps you'll never find the place since it relocated after Hurricane Maria and apparently wasn't updated. They are due to open the permanent facilities soon in another spot along Carr 2. The service at the clinic however is normal for most medical clinics a person visits. Everyone's experience is different. Personally I can't complain. Except the lab tech was sorta rude but he's not there anymore as far as I know
