I came in with a very serious ear infection and with the help of the Lord Jesus Christ and great staff here I feel a lot better. They did not stop until they knew what was the problem and how they could help! The time was not fast but the care was great Thank you to this wonderful place I can enjoy the rest of my vacation. While traveling, I hurt my foot and thought that I might have broken a bone. I was lucky to see my private doctor and he ordered xrays. We arrived at the emergency room, were checked in, xrayed and given a copy of the xrays to take to the doctor, all in less than a half hour. We were stunned at how quickly we were taken care of. The staff was so attentive and caring.

Llegué a la 1pm. El doctor me atendió a las 2:20pm. Ordenó me sacaran la sangre. La enfermera me dijo que esperara en sala en lo que me llamaban. Me llamaron a las 3:25pm para sacarme la sangre. Son las 5:45 pm y todavia no me han llamado cuando el doctor dijo que los labs tardaban 45 a 55 minutos. Bien a bien me tuve que ir a las 6:05 y jamas me llamaron. 5 horas y 5 minutos para nada. Ellos le cobran al plan y todo bien. Por eso el exodo de jovenes que quieren hacer las cosas bien pero por los protocolos de las instituciones (sin pensar en el paciente) tienen que irse del país.Pesimo servicio. Nada de empatía ni consideracion para los pacientes.

El personal que llena los papeles a los pacientes para laboratorios son lentos, lentos lentos; por no decir parados. En amabailidad sobresalen, pero lo lento de ese paso desluce lo demás.

Excelentes médicos, facilidades limpias, buen estacionamiento y seguridad. PERO si llegas tarde NO te ATIENDEN ( qué les importa que LUMA te tuvo en un tapón una hora mientras montaban postes).

Gracias a este centro Dios llegó a mi vida aún cuando por cuenta propia cometí el error de abandonarlo antes de finalizar el programa,me arrepentí tanto tuve que sufrir por años las consecuencias de otra mala decisión al no permanecer hasta el final del tratamiento.Aún así para la gloria de Dios fue tan poderoso que después fui levantado y rehabilitado ,Dios atraves de este lugar me dio las herramientas para poder trabajar mis situaciones pero lo más importante trajo al Salvador a mi vida,sin duda alguna hermano tome la decisión no renuncie hasta que termine yo te aseguro que cambiará tu vida.
