They accepted medicaid (I have Blue cross and blue Shield). I am on vacation from NC and speak very little Spanish. I came in with a very serious ear infection and with the help of the Lord Jesus Christ and great staff here I feel a lot better. They did not stop until they knew what was the problem and how they could help! The time was not fast but the care was great Thank you to this wonderful place I can enjoy the rest of my vacation. BRING A BLANK ITS FREEZING IN THIS PLACE.

March 22 2024. I have a fall and went to the ER. The staff assist me through all the processes with respect and empathy. They were caring and helpful.
I am so fortunate to be cared for with a kindness and personable treatment from Dr. Gonzalez!
He stands alone above his peers! I enthusiastically recommend that he be immediately promoted to any position that he may be interested in by applying his superlative talent!

As the previous reviewer states, if you follow Google maps you'll never find the place since it relocated after Hurricane Maria and apparently wasn't updated. They are due to open the permanent facilities soon in another spot along Carr 2. The service at the clinic however is normal for most medical clinics a person visits. Everyone's experience is different. Personally I can't complain. Except the lab tech was sorta rude but he's not there anymore as far as I know
I'm a veteran, plus a clinician in the USDHHS. The service received, and the commitment of the Health Team at this facility, are exemplary. I prefer to travel to PR and be treated here, than the impersonal care received at some continental facilities. 'Nuff sed...

Estacionamiento multipisos con acceso a la Torre médica en el piso 3 (rampa) y cuenta con estacionamientos para personas con diversidad funcional cerca de los elevadores. El precio del mismo es $6.65. Lugar limpio y con baños al público en cada piso.
This is a great clinic for people with addiction problem, they will help you get you life back together. Even much better than a lot of clinics in the US.states!

As a patient who spent seven days in this hospital, I truly appreciated Angel Otero’s work—he was a key member of the staff who helped create an environment where we all felt safe and well cared for. Estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio que le brindaron a mi hijo.
El fue debido a una cena emocional por el uso y abuso de sustancias, y estoy bien contenta de verlo bien.
Salió con todas sus citas médicas y para un programa IOP (programa intensivo).
Me siento bien contenta ya que lo lograron estabilizar y pues salió bien positivo de ahí..

Quiero agradecer a DIOS primeramente y los empleados, Profesionales de la Salud de dicho Hospital en Trujillo Alto; Mi hijo Nephtali Ortiz fue atendido ahí y sufrió una crisis,la cual fue atendida con prontitud y referido en Ambulancia a otra facilidad Hospitalaria para su atención inmediata. Disculpen mi actitud en medio de ese incidente, Aunque en todo momento fui cuidadosa de no faltar el respeto a nadie.Gracias por su profesionalismo y atención.Como madre al ver mi hijo en esa condición me preocupe.
