The service was excellent a few years ago, but it has lowered its quality, and the staff could be kinder I mean they aren't rude, but I feel like they don't try to comprehend the situation.

EHM saved my life. I completed treatment 9 months ago ( this was my 7th inpatient treatment center in 15 years) The detox was manageable and comfortable, the staff caring, curriculum was well structured and educational. This facility has a special place in my heart because it absolutely saved my life. I’m forever thankful!
Definitely different but was overall really good for addiction recovery. Just watch for Nurse Steve, likes to act like he’s the boss. Yelled at a counselor, allegedly denied someone meds, and was rude to visitors attending Couples with Addictions meeting. He’s pretty grumpy and if you don’t have a water bottle he won’t let you get your meds even though there is a sink with paper cups 10 feet away.
This place is a god-send...it's a short program only 21 days but you can sometimes get an extension so don't let that deter you from going here. The councellors, food servers, the cleaning staff are all amazing people! The meetings held here and the regulars who attend are angels in disguise. I laughed and smiled more the 3 weeks I spent here then I have the last 16 years of my laugh. Some of the patients I met I will never forget, it's so awesome to see people transform the longer they're there and I wish all of you who I met and those I'll meet in the future at the meetings the best of luck in your recovery. Thank you Evergreen for helping me start on this journey to finding myself again!

Beautiful garden in the back, small intimate groups, amazing lecturers, best rehab I have ever been to and I have been to luxurious rehabs in Florida and this one takes the cake
Dishonest billing. Before sending my husband there, we checked with the facility, checked with our insurance, and made sure were in network. After the treatment, they billed under the name Douglas Mailman, MD, who is the director of their facility and is an out-of-network provider. As a result, our insurance paid $0. It is a scam.
This place literally saves my life I have 19 months clean and free from all substances I recommend this place 100%
