This place was a total and wonderful surprise. My daughter was having several days of severe panic attacks. While this center is not geared for the services she needed, they went above and beyond to help her bc they "just did not want to see her leave without getting help". Karlie A. and Loradez T. worked for hours to get her set up with a virtual session. She walked out of that session with Dr. Davis and said it was the best talk she had ever had with a therapist, and she felt respected. The entire staff was kind and professional. The 3 folks mentioned by name were instrumental in her getting help. These folks care. And they don't just want to help--they take act and DO help. In an underfunded, overworked, and underappreciated profession, they are the better angels among us. Thank you so much for helping us today.

Noticed all the bad reviews have 2 or 3 things in common1- Felt there should've been (more) reminders to not miss the app.2- Didn't like their tone.3- Were tthere 1 or more years ago.Maybe they took these criticisms to heart last year, which is a little before I started visiting, since I get an almost annoying amount of reminders (phone, email, etc) and everyone treats me like family. But I'd like to address these complaints in order:1- Aren't you a veteran? Have you no shame? When I'm told I'm due anywhere, by anyone, I just need the time/place/uniform from them (uniform= the "why" in the civi world). Sound familiar?I like that they "over-do" it with the reminders now, because missed apps are costly and disruptive, you're inability to manage your schedule and meet your own commitments means less available app slots for me and the rest of us who respected our battle buddies enough to not make them drag us out of the barracks to formation late. You got the last existing phone without a calendar/reminder function? Grow up, take responsibility, you're embarrassing us.Do push-ups 2- People should be nice to each other, but that also means compassion. If you need your health providers to kiss your butt and say my pleasure to every thank you they hear, you're also not being very compassionate.Don't be rude, sure, but as a former healthcare worker experienced in managing Karens, I can tell you the job is hard and underpaid enough to not have any time for extra "retail courtesy", that obviously fake level of servant-like submission to your "masters" (ie customers) some people seem to require as part of their expectation to be "wowed".If their attitude is what cost you (eg they wouldn't talk to you) then yeah, you should speak up, but one review whined that they didn't ask the right questions Seriously!?OK, so they don't get the CS award, but it's YOUR health! You got something you know you want to tell them, how bout you soldier up and say it then? They're not your boyfriend, and btw, he couldn't read your mind either, so be a (polite) grown up when you remind them they canceled your previous app and it's causing you hardship. They are caring human beings that can (in my experience) be reasoned with, not scrub adorned androids built to massage your delicate ego 3- My recent experiences defies older reviews, so I'll give those critical reviews the benefit of doubt and say sorry that happened last year, but my experience these days is different.Sure they can improve, honestly I'd have given them 4stars were it not for the unfair skewing of the average rating that uses old and questionable reviews, but they clearly care, and that's more than I've gotten from lots of fancy looking and expensive private facilities.

I was a patient here 4/20/2016 and it saved my life. I now have over 8 years clean and am living my best life. If I didn t come here and continue treatment when I left I wouldn t be alive. Thanks to my mom, she found this place, and a Higher Power who put me right where I needed to be. I liked it because there were medical professionals who treated me more than fair, even nice, and not overlooked or disrespected. They helped me come up with a plan that suited my needs. I was heard and felt I was safe. It was a secure place, not able to have my cell phone and had limited calling times and even harder abilities to get drugs, if I had more freedom I would have left and gotten high. Those detox days were hell, but the medicine they gave me to come off of substances helped. I opted out of MAT bc I used to abuse it. They had an enclosed smoking area too for us (which was considerate) and people from 12 step programs bringing hope. The facility played a video of a Celtics ball player who struggled with addiction and stayed clean. That video changed my life and gave me hope as I used to be an athlete. I had no insurance and they worked with my mom and I to sort out a payment plan. I payed them back once I got clean. 10/10 stars. Even more if I could. I didn t attend outpatient treatment, although they offered a lot of services, because I went to a rehab across the state. I am so grateful I gave this place a chance to hold the fate of my life in it. I was in good hands. Thank you to the dedicated staff, your kindness, board members who help make this possible, and community volunteers. You rock Keystone!

There is no better place than keystone. If YOU want the help and YOU work for your recovery? They will work JUST as hard for you, if not harder. Kelly, Kyra, Sylvana, Jess, Kerry, Erin, Frank, Doug, David... They are all pure souls. I have felt the love, support, and empathy on the level that I did/still do at keystone. They saved my life. They save a LOT of lives. This program will go hard af for you so long as you WANT it. I'm blessed beyond measure to be 115 days clean and sober thanks to keystone. Been going there for almost a decade and it's running better than it ever has now in 2022 with Kyra Rich the Case Manager. She is by far the most amazing person I have met at keystone. I never knew I could love a "normie" so much lol. My before and after pics are gonna be below.. let that speak for itself. I love keystone more than I can put into words. They are HOME to me. Keystone is home.. **EDIT:I am now OVER 2 years 2 months and 12 days clean (as of 01/23/2024) and i still feel the very same (if not stronger) about keystone! I went all the way to Utah to Turning Point who is supposed to be "second in the nation" for substance abuse. And they treated me terrible.. i still to this day hold true to my opinion that keystone is THE BEST treatment facility there is out there! They are small but they are mighty. They have so much heart. I still to go to keystone for my groups and MAT to this day!! And i LOVE IT!! They have been such an essential part of my recovery and always will be! I cannot wait to start my training to become peer support and hopefully be able to give back to keystone for how much they have given me!! We do recover! 11/12/21
