No words can convey the amount of love and gratitude I feel for this place. I was completely lost and broken when I arrived at the doors of Any Length, with absolutely no hope for a future. Recovery here is second to none. Addiction had plagued my family for generations. My brother(Adam) and I both received I design for living here that works in rough going. We now have an opportunity, thanks to Any Length Recovery, to break this cycle of addiction in our own families and generations to come.
I would like to give 5 stars, but the other comments make me weary. To my knowledge, this place is very helpful. They help my little brother regain mental stability and let me visit him often. When I speak to him, he mentions nothing about the other terrible reviews I've read. I will dig deeper into these reviews, but from my experince, this place is helpful and gives people a second chance at life. It should be a crime not to commend this facility on their outstanding performance with helping their patients regain their mental health. My little brother is very ill, but the staff here are patient and kind. Special commends to Mrs Gaiger! She really cares for the patients and their families. I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. Thank you Owls Nest Recovery... may you be proud of the difference you make in the world. You are making sober soldiers that carry this message to others. God is moving in this place... keep it up!

Love the counselor I talk to almost every week. If you need help this is the place to get it.
During my visit to the State of South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Palmetto Center in Florence, I saw how the center offers hope to individuals struggling with substance abuse. The compassionate staff guide participants through recovery, providing a safe and supportive environment through a voluntary four-week residential program. It was inspiring to witness how the center helps people overcome addiction, offering the tools needed for a healthier, more fulfilling life and long-term recovery.

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! I’ve been to in-patient treatment 9 times; but ACE is in a class of its own. ACE taught me that I am responsible for my own recovery and offered the support and guidance necessary for me to learn how to heal. Through developing my understanding of mindfulness and the importance of spiritual practices, learning cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, and teaching traditional 12-step principles, ACE’s holistic approach to recovery has jumpstarted my journey to sobriety and I will be forever grateful.

First I would like to say this place is great for people who need to get the helped they need , they work with you , they are patient with you if you need someone to talk too when family doesn't call they definitely the right ones to talk too beside your therapist. I got admitted On 6/15/25 - got the helped I needed with my postpartum depression & MDD 🫶🏾 I can’t remember all the BHA’s Just know I remember faces . I got discharged 6/23/25 best decisions I made . Thank to all the BHA , managements , the Therapists , the Psychiatrist / the nurses & Everyone that’s there but SHOUTOUT TO MS.LAQUANDA ❤️🫶🏾 she’s a blessing like the rest of the staff . I have 2 ratings, one for the staff and for the business. For the staff, therapy and the rest of staff. Most Amazing people, caring, loving, and great listeners. They need more people to help, especially when you have patients who need one on one. They helped me see the directions I needed to go. I feel like, if I could have stayed a little longer (4 or 5 more days). Do not lose these wonderful caring people. To name a few, Precious, Hope, Teresa, Lee, and Quan! These people need help on the floor, and they will have more time to work with All patients. I am sitting home crying 😢 all time. You can not help someone (with serious depression)enough in 4 days! This was my second time there. This time they helped so much! They helped with my seizures. They made sure i was ok physically. They even sent me to the hospital to get checked. Everyone was so nice and understanding. I felt like a human there. Like i mattered. I felt appreciated and loved by all the staff and peers i met there. My doctor Debbie and rob the social worker helped so much. I went to Rebound after Three Rivers because they just discharged me when i wasn’t safe at home. They found me a safe place to go. Also like i mean some staff were mean but i just showed them kindness. But overall it was a very good experience. I am grateful for Rebound. It saved my life! I was completely honest and they helped me. Thats all u gotta do no matter how scared you are always be honest! Everyone’s experience is different but mine was so great! I would def recommend Rebound to my family and friends. The staff that i want to recognize is Lee, Shidaya, Rob, Debbie, sydney, and especially Maddy! She made me felt heard and like i mattered!

I also made alot of connections with the peers. I made some friends and keep in contact with them. But also every concern i had or felt uncomfortable they dealt with it!
I came in to see my orthopedist due to extreme pain. The moment I the Dream Team at reception got me a wheelchair and took me where I needed to go. The techs in X-ray assisted me and then took me to my doctor’s pod. Dr Watts staff is wonderful.

On November 13 my husband had a surgical procedure done ever one was so helpful and kind to us treated us with dignity and respect as if we actually mattered one of the anesthesiologist even said a prayer with us which we Gladly accepted that my husband would have a good outcome my husband was in room 1129 all of the nurses, dieticians environmental services, nurses Technicians were concerned and cared about my husband well being our THANKS to Everyone May GOD specially BLESS All of you 😇🙏

I think I received some of the best medical care from the staff on the third floor of the McLeod Regional Hospital Center the nurses and technicians were absolutely awesome and made my critical condition feel like I was getting the treatment I needed exactly

LRADAC’s Outpatient Program was absolutely amazing and truly helped me change my life. From the beginning, Brooke, who placed me in the class that was the perfect fit, showed genuine care and understanding that set the tone for everything that followed.
My counselor, Arianna, was beyond incredible. Everyone in my class would agree she was made for this work. She poured her heart into helping us and genuinely loved what she did. She had recently gotten married and was starting a new chapter in her life....Then, in a moment that shattered us all, we walked into class one day and were told the devastating news: Arianna had been murdered by her husband, who then took his own life.
The pain was unimaginable. Continuing the program without her felt impossible—but we knew Arianna would have wanted us to push forward. And with the strength of our group, and the incredible support from the staff, we did just that.
A special thank you to Casey, our life coach, whose dedication and encouragement helped carry us through such a dark time.
This program works. The people at LRADAC care deeply, and I will never forget what they did for me—or the amazing spirit of Arianna. If you’re considering getting help, give this place a chance. It might just save your life.

This place is awesome. I've only had one bad experience and that was while been locked up in the mental treatment ward the first time but other than that it's been great including my 2nd visit to mental ward. They are very professional and caring at this hospital.

Air hugs for all you do.. valet parking folks are kind & quick, love the red coat service, Chaplin is so nice. Women's clinic fabulous. Not sure how all the specialties keep up with everything. LOTS of stuff. Smiles and compassion are priceless for all.

I've been with Circle Park for 7 months now. I can't say enough. This place has been with me every step of the way. The counselors have been right by my side any time I've needed them and for anything I've needed them. They offer counseling services as often as I need. Trying to do this alone has been hard and I've found it impossible. But doing this with support, I've found it much easier. I'm thankful for the resources that Circle Park offers! This place has assisted me in turning my life around. The people that work in this place, engage you ..challenge you to become a better YOU. Their programs are true. When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. To those two individuals whom have had to deal with me when i attended their program...I thank you immensely.
Columbia metro treatment center (New Seasons) has been a Joy to work with. Many people I know have mentioned how the services New Seasons has provided has improved their lives exponentially. They genuinely care and have a lot to handle and they handle it very professionally. MAT can be utilized for great things. It can bring someone to a stable point in their lives, so that they can start their recovery process without having to be in a problematic state with use.
Often times, when folks who’ve had issues with substance use/misuse they are not able to hold down a job, their use affects other area’s of their lives, myself being a recovery coach, a peer support specialist I’ve seen so many people have a new leash on life once they’ve got the chance to utilize the services that New Seasons provides. They make sure that you take accountability, being that you are responsible for getting there to get whatever medication the individual chooses. The nurses, and counselors, along with the director are extremely compassionate and supportive of individuals who may need a little more support than others.
If you, or a family member/loved one are thinking about making the decision to utilize medication assisted treatment/recovery, I HIGHLY recommend New Seasons. Your recovery is what you say it is!

Columbia Metro New Seasons has helped me in so many ways that the other 2 local treatment centers couldn't. The Dr explained why other treatment wasn't working for me and got me where I need to successfully complete treatment. Metro uses an app on your phone where you can pay/check in. I don't have to wait in a line and give personal information in front of others in treatment. Metro made me comfortable by giving me privacy to personal information. None of the other centers care about privacy. I even get my treatment behind a closed door. The staff Counselors/Nurses/Pharmacist/Director go above and beyond. I highly recommend Metro to anyone who is ready for treatment. Metro New Seasons is a professional center.

I have never shared anything this personal but I felt others need to know what help they can offer you. I can't say enough good about New Seasons on Chris Rd West Columbia. I was a patient for 3 years in Charlotte, NC at New Seasons. The difference is nite and day. The new director Carol is an Angel. I can't say enough good about her and the changes she has made here. She is so compassionate and caring for all of her patients and staff. She has an open door policy and no matter what she is always there to listen and help clients as well. I truly feel so welcomed and know the great staff here are here to help you. I have the best counselor I have ever had in all my life. All the counselors are good and Carol only chose the best for us. Addiction is a disease. These people are here to help you, and guide you to the help you deserve. Mo is one of the nurses here and so informative and helpful. Always have a smile on her face.
