I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. Thank you Owls Nest Recovery... may you be proud of the difference you make in the world. You are making sober soldiers that carry this message to others. God is moving in this place... keep it up!

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! This place has assisted me in turning my life around. The people that work in this place, engage you ..challenge you to become a better YOU. Their programs are true. When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. To those two individuals whom have had to deal with me when i attended their program...I thank you immensely.

I've been a patient here three times. The nurses and counselors are really nice and down-to-earth. They are friendly and like to cut up. The food is delicious and better than most cafeterias serve. The techs act professional and help is always available. There are groups that are mandatory unless you're ill and bedridden. (This is a detox.) There is a dayroom where you can watch TV and play board games, cards, or socialize. There iis a selections of books on display to choose from if you're a bookworm. A TV is also in your room, which is even more cool. Cell phones are prohibited. There is no smoking. You can request a nicotine patch. Counseling is optional. Visitation is available on a certain day during your stay. Overall, I recommend this facility. BRUCE HALL IS TERRIFIC!

They discriminate against people with service dog saying do they have to watch out for other consumers to make sure they don't get stressed out but when the person that has the service dog for depression and anxiety needs it because they're getting stressed out to the point where their heart rate gets too high and that oh they don't care about that they have to call corporate office and see if it's okay so if you have a service dog I wouldn't recommend working there

I was at my rock bottom, and I called shoreline after detox. They got me from detox to them and it was very easy, all of the people who work there really care. I have been clean for over 7 years now, and I honestly don't think I could have found a better place for me than this. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

Dr. Hammond is working with me for my parenting classes. Since starting, I've become closer with my kids, calmer, more understanding, and my kids even mentioned specifically that I have changed so much. They even told me they enjoy talking to me more now. I no longer yell at my kids, or get overwhelmed, or overly frustrated. Communication is so much easier. And I even utilize what I learn in each class, in my everyday life aside from parenting. I absolutely love these classes and am thankful for this program.

Excellent and experienced staff that are passionate about helping people. They know how to meet people where they are in the midst of active addiction and through out the recovery process. From detox to graduation and beyond they are capable and caring about the patients they serve. Highly recommend for those who are struggling with alcohol and addiction.

Waypoint saved my life. I’ll forever be grateful for what Whatpoint did for me. Even though it took me multiple times coming through I didn’t give up because I knew there was hope. The staff there were very good and encouraging even when I would come back. If it wasn’t for the program and some of the staff as defeated as I was coming back over and over I would have continued to give up on myself. Lane gave me a lot of hope and only wanted the best for me. Thankful for waypoint and it being part of my journey in recovery. 11 months ago I didn’t think I’d ever be able to stop and stay stopped. Today I have hope and my life just keep getting better everyday. Would recommend this program for anyone who wants to start living a new and better life.

I am surprised there is such a fantastic facility like this place in Fayetteville, NC.
My 5 day stay there was exceptional. The nurses were top notch and took very good care of me! Same with the doctors; top notch and took very good care of me as well.
On top of the wonderful care by the doctors and nurses, the staff feed me 3 hot meals a day; carried in by an outside facility. I was able to choose what I wanted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, they had snack 3 times a day, between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, dinner and bedtime.
I was quite miserable during my stay and everyone who worked there did their best to insure I was comfortable and okay.
I am sure there are others like me that forgot to post just how wonderful this place is, right here in Fayetteville, NC. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did for me!!! From a 1 to 10, 1 being the worst, all the workers get a 10. I’m just so impressed and thankful for all of them!!

I was a patient there and it wasnt actually bad my father was in one similar but his was in the early y2k but, Mr Tyrone and Mr V was my favorite people they both are very VERY gifted with life advice and patience, Ms seantress wasnt actually good she was very annoying, but that place has helped me with my mental health, stress, depression, ADHD, and social anxiety. Thank you Mr V and Mr Tyrone for my stay, and I have met one person from there when I was and we are catching up now🙏🏽🤙🏼❤️

She was wonderful, answering all of my questions and providing instruction and guidance; she even called me a few days later to follow up on my progress.
