I've been going to this clinic for years and to be honest I would recommend them to anyone who needs help. They treat everyone with respect and they do whatever they can to help. They can be at times a little busy but it's just the hours because they are only open from 5am to 10am. But they really try to do their best on getting you in and out. Starting Point is really a great place and the doctor is so funny and he doesnt talk to you like most doctors. He talk to tou where you understand he doesn't say all these medical words lol. Also he will answer any questions you have.

What an outstanding experience at Starting Pont, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! There were many things I didn't like while I was here like the horrible food and the deplorable living conditions. But I saw many people that were able to work the program despite this. There were also a lot of good people that truly cared about you. So at the end the good wins over the bad.

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

When I came to the program, I didn't know what to expect, but with the tools I acquired and learned to use, I started to understand recovery is my decision to do, not something done for me. This facility saved my life. The director there is not only knowledgeable in addiction, but he is also very knowledgeable in recovery. My family lived in Chicago while I was in South Carolina, and for the first time they felt safe once I got to Ace Recovery for Men. The setting is wonderful and peaceful, and there is plenty of peaceful ways to get in touch with yourself going there. I loved learning about CBT, and I loved the style of teaching about the 12 steps. If I could I would give this facility a 10/5 rating for giving me the ability to live a happy life. I can't thank God enough for the people that run this facility, and their patience to help me become myself again.

I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. Thank you Owls Nest Recovery... may you be proud of the difference you make in the world. You are making sober soldiers that carry this message to others. God is moving in this place... keep it up!

When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. To those two individuals whom have had to deal with me when i attended their program...I thank you immensely.

I've been a patient here three times. The nurses and counselors are really nice and down-to-earth. They are friendly and like to cut up. The food is delicious and better than most cafeterias serve. The techs act professional and help is always available. There are groups that are mandatory unless you're ill and bedridden. (This is a detox.) There is a dayroom where you can watch TV and play board games, cards, or socialize. There iis a selections of books on display to choose from if you're a bookworm. A TV is also in your room, which is even more cool. Cell phones are prohibited. There is no smoking. You can request a nicotine patch. Counseling is optional. Visitation is available on a certain day during your stay. Overall, I recommend this facility. BRUCE HALL IS TERRIFIC!

Went there looking for a complete treatment plan including inpatient and outpatient. The service during the inpatient program was really good but my only complaint is that I would have preferred the program to be longer. And then after the outpatient program I would have like to have more aftercare.

PEDS unit took great care of my 2 year old daughter who needed stitches in her fingers. I would highly recommend for any child. Hannah took great care of all of us making sure we were comfortable and brought snacks and stuffed animals for our baby and then held an iPad for her while she got stitched up. Courtney did the stitches and did a great job.

I can’t say anything about the rest of the hospital but the staff at the day surgery department were all wonderful!!!! Starting with the lady at the front desk for check in who was very friendly. Kimberly and Sydney were very nice and the rest of the ladies who I’m not sure names were
