PEDS unit took great care of my 2 year old daughter who needed stitches in her fingers. I would highly recommend for any child. Hannah took great care of all of us making sure we were comfortable and brought snacks and stuffed animals for our baby and then held an iPad for her while she got stitched up. Courtney did the stitches and did a great job.

I can’t say anything about the rest of the hospital but the staff at the day surgery department were all wonderful!!!! Starting with the lady at the front desk for check in who was very friendly. Kimberly and Sydney were very nice and the rest of the ladies who I’m not sure names were

Dr. Hammond is working with me for my parenting classes. Since starting, I've become closer with my kids, calmer, more understanding, and my kids even mentioned specifically that I have changed so much. They even told me they enjoy talking to me more now. I no longer yell at my kids, or get overwhelmed, or overly frustrated. Communication is so much easier. And I even utilize what I learn in each class, in my everyday life aside from parenting. I absolutely love these classes and am thankful for this program.

First I would like to say this place is great for people who need to get the helped they need , they work with you , they are patient with you if you need someone to talk too when family doesn't call they definitely the right ones to talk too beside your therapist. I got admitted On 6/15/25 - got the helped I needed with my postpartum depression & MDD 🫶🏾 I can’t remember all the BHA’s Just know I remember faces . I got discharged 6/23/25 best decisions I made . Thank to all the BHA , managements , the Therapists , the Psychiatrist / the nurses & Everyone that’s there but SHOUTOUT TO MS.LAQUANDA ❤️🫶🏾 she’s a blessing like the rest of the staff . Thanks for helping me & believing me I can do it 🥹 I loveeee youu alll - from Mikayla to Rebound 🫶🏾 with love

I have 2 ratings, one for the staff and for the business. For the staff, therapy and the rest of staff. Most Amazing people, caring, loving, and great listeners. They need more people to help, especially when you have patients who need one on one. They helped me see the directions I needed to go. I feel like, if I could have stayed a little longer (4 or 5 more days). Do not lose these wonderful caring people. To name a few, Precious, Hope, Teresa, Lee, and Quan! These people need help on the floor, and they will have more time to work with All patients. I am sitting home crying 😢 all time. You can not help someone (with serious depression)enough in 4 days! Thanks for listening.

This was my second time there. This time they helped so much! They helped with my seizures. They made sure i was ok physically. They even sent me to the hospital to get checked. Everyone was so nice and understanding. I felt like a human there. Like i mattered. I felt appreciated and loved by all the staff and peers i met there. My doctor Debbie and rob the social worker helped so much. I went to Rebound after Three Rivers because they just discharged me when i wasn’t safe at home. They found me a safe place to go. Also like i mean some staff were mean but i just showed them kindness. But overall it was a very good experience. I am grateful for Rebound. It saved my life! I was completely honest and they helped me. Thats all u gotta do no matter how scared you are always be honest! Everyone’s experience is different but mine was so great! I would def recommend Rebound to my family and friends. The staff that i want to recognize is Lee, Shidaya, Rob, Debbie, sydney, and especially Maddy! She made me felt heard and like i mattered! Sydney was always joking it made my day! I also made alot of connections with the peers. I made some friends and keep in contact with them. But also every concern i had or felt uncomfortable they dealt with it!

The Insight Program has worked for us. We came to Insight after a very long and windy road fighting multiple additions with our son. Our journey had included a wilderness program, residential treatment, a recovery high school, and a local adult PHP and IOP. There were glimmers of success at each step along the road but nothing kept him stable for any length of time. After an unsuccessful attempt at college, we knew we had to find something else. We began this part of the journey at Full Circle-Charlotte and after 8 weeks, the counselor called and referred us to The Insight Program for more intensive help. Our son knew about Insight through a friend who had found success on their journey and he was willing to try. He completed IOP in July 2024 and is still actively participating in the program 20 months later. He is sober 20 months and addiction free for 10 months. What made the difference? The sober community made the difference. The Insight Program offers the kids 24 months of support after the IOP including individual counseling sessions, nightly meetings, weekend sober events, and peer support. Our son struggled off and on in the program but the kids were there to keep him on track and the counselors offered guidance and support when he needed it most. As parents, we were welcomed into the parent support groupwith open arms. We were able to find our own community of parents, both experienced and new to the journey, who actually related to our story and who offered so much support, understanding, and guidance. "It takes a village to raise a child". It takes an even stronger, more specialized, more supportive village to raise a struggling child. We found our village at The Insight Program. And I am so grateful that we did.

Faced with a serious challenge with our teen son, we didn't know where to turn. We trusted the knowledgeable and compassionate staff at The Insight Program. Their proven expertise in the area of teens and young adults who misuse drugs and/or alcohol and who also struggle to maintain mental health balance is UNMATCHED. Participating in the program has transformed our family for the better and our son for the best! Check it out...you will not be disappointed.

this place is amazing, i’ve been coming here regularly for over a year now and it’s impacted me in the best ways. this place is the reason im happy and sober. the counselors are amazing and the community has always had my back. i will forever love insight.

I have a friend of mine who attends this place daily. He looks forward to going. They teach about cleanliness, creating a resume, they talk about life in general. They watch films and movies too.

InnerVisions is an awesome safe place to learn about areas pertinent to one's growth process. The more you come and participate the greater the results you experience. The staff are resourceful, respectful and honest offering varied services to those who come here. The food is wholesome and served with care and a smile. This great program should be offered worldwide! To gain insight thru Peer Support Recovery Services at  InnerVisions is an opportunity to overcome obstacles within you and in the world as you learn needed tools in the occupational interpersonal- social, and personal realm and is not to be understated or devalued. I chose this location for my 3rd birth, I wanted to attempt a VBA2C and every other provider wouldn’t even allow me to attempt, but the providers at the Providence Location had SEVERAL team meetings to ensure advocacy, knowledge and support to make this dream of mine come true. I delivered by 3rd baby boy via vaginal birth on 2/1, delivered by Midwife Ifeoma Ilo! She was incredible! Several times I wanted to give up but she educated, advocated and supported me!! I couldn’t ask for better providers or support team.

the Presbyterian Hospital ER has been the only ER I go to for need of help for a medical problem that I have had over the year's they are very good with getting you in and seeing how to help you with your medical problems I give them a 5-star rating every time

I was in the ER at this hospital a few weeks ago. There were a lot of people there, but they took me in immediately, assessed me and made decisions based on that assessment. I sat for 2 hours and was seen before some people sitting there already when I came in. People need to understand that Emergency rooms are for emergencies. Yes, your broken finger hurts, and tummy is upset, and they will get to you, but its not more important than someone with serious trauma.The Huntersville population has exploded over the last few years and the hospital ER is being used as an Urgent care. If you're waiting 5 hours my guess is there are a lot of people in the back being treated for something more life threatening. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors that work long 12 hour shifts to help save lives. I know you care about your work.
