I cannot thank the individuals at this facility enough for their willingness to go well above and beyond. They have been immensely helpful in assisting our family with a complex situation and seeing to it that we receive the help we need. They have truly taken this situation to heart and offered genuine care and concern. They've made things possible that would have otherwise been a major set back. We appreciate them for stepping in and being a life line for us!

I absolutely love the services I receive from here. Akiba Singley is the absolute best TCM I’ve come across. No matter what time of day you reach out to her about any issues you’re having or anything for that matter she makes it her main priority to make sure she able to accommodate and get you the services you need.

It absolutely changed my life. I’ve been through many rehabs in search of happiness outside of me. Looking to be fixed. This place teaches you that as long as you look outside of yourself for the answers to what’s going on inside yourself you will fail, that being said this place merely gives you the tools of recovery and a guide to use them. That being the main concept at this place is why I believe I finally succeeded. The program counselor is a no BS brilliant educator and will absolutely be an unforgettable force in your recovery. It’s the most affordable place in the country as far as no insurance cash payment. The environment is beautiful, the rules or “expectations” are absolutely understandable if you’re a reasonable adult so moral is always high amongst the guys, the kind of learning you receive is engaging, thought provoking, useful and fun, and also there’s a dog! I used to think the spirituality thing in recovery was corny nonsense. This place taught me it’s the key to leading a healthy life, being the best father, being the best husband, being the best servant of God as I know him. I will remain spiritually fit because of the tools and methods this program so so kindly provided me with. Thank you to Counselor Jeff!

This is a nice complex and Nicole Hayward, the site manager is very helpful and kind. Westley Cain is our maintance man and he is so helpful and kind to the residents. They don't have to do this , but they are great and respectful to the residents. I live in the back and sitting on our deck and watching the birds is peaceful. Ms Hayward and Westley Cain work together to make Sierra Gardens one of the best apartment units to live. It is so peaceful to live here and I rate this complex the best among Apartment complexes.in Hamlet and Rockingham. Our secure doors into Sierra Apartments make this complex very safe. They are such a great place to go if you need MAT. In my recovery process I did choose to do MAT. I’m 3 years sober from addiction and it’s wonderful. If you follow the rules and work with them it will change your life. Deanna M is a wonderful team member there, she truly will help anyone and volunteer herself when she doesn’t have to and it does not go unnoticed. Many years ago I was toxic /very sick and Dr Davis did what he had to do with me and I am thankful for him being a good doctor. Soon after that I switched to Subs and at that time I really needed to! This group of medical professionals have been integral in my recovery and it was the long process for sure for me. I also am grateful to Louis for being a good director and offering to help me in certain ways. This is a great facility all around if you are trying to work the steps, use MAT, and eventually be totally sober. Thank you to everyone.
