When I came to the program, I didn't know what to expect, but with the tools I acquired and learned to use, I started to understand recovery is my decision to do, not something done for me. This facility saved my life. The director there is not only knowledgeable in addiction, but he is also very knowledgeable in recovery. My family lived in Chicago while I was in South Carolina, and for the first time they felt safe once I got to Ace Recovery for Men. The setting is wonderful and peaceful, and there is plenty of peaceful ways to get in touch with yourself going there. I loved learning about CBT, and I loved the style of teaching about the 12 steps. If I could I would give this facility a 10/5 rating for giving me the ability to live a happy life. I can't thank God enough for the people that run this facility, and their patience to help me become myself again.

I have had nothing but a positive experience so far! I moved from Florida to North Carolina on July 30th 2025. I needed a new outpatient facility to go to and this place ended up being LITERALLY 2 MINS from my new home! They told me, to be seen, I was able to come in any time on a Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The day I walked in I did a psychosocial analysis right away with a doctor on Zoom, and then they got me set up with a follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist within 1 week. I went to the facility, sat in a room and met with the doctor on Zoom. They arranged for me to do a weekly virtual outpatient group, again on zoom, and medication assisted treatment for the Suboxone and mental health medications I take. It is very important for me to have my medication and this place made sure I did NOT miss one dose. The transfer from my Florida outpatient facility to this one was a smooth transition. 5 stars!

This is a nice complex and Nicole Hayward,the site manager is very helpful and kind. Westley Cain is our maintance man and he is so helpful and kind to the residents. They are great to fix problems in our units. Each Tuesday , Mr Cain go to kings gate and get the residents a plate . Ms. Hayward knocks on each door to give us a plate. They don't have to do this , but they are great and respectful to the residents. I live in the back and sitting on our deck and watching the birds is peaceful. Ms Hayward and Westley Cain work together to make Sierra Gardens one of the best apartment units to live. It is so peaceful to live here and I rate this complex the best among Apartment complexes.in Hamlet and Rockingham. Our secure doors into Sierra Apartments make this complex very safe. Especially at night , the outside lights shine and brighten the whole outside complex. I recommend these apartments to anyone.

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

They have offices all over. I have just met the latest Nurse Practitioner and she is dedicated to making sure everyone is cared for in a healthy way that is optimum for your healing. I have been attending Carolina treatment center ( methadone treatment) for almost 31/2 4 years and have had nothing but good experience with the Nurses and Dr . My counselor Rachael is awesome she does everything in her power to help with anything I need help and support with from referrals to just an ear to listen too on those difficult days... This is a busy facility best times to dose is 630am to 830am ... Be kind and respectful. Some people might want it more than others but it's not our place to judge. JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE.. Thanks 😊

I have been here at this treatment center for little
over 3 months. I couldn’t be more grateful than the help my counselor Rachael has supported me with and guided me with.
She hands down has been one of the most helpful people in my recovery process.
Please don’t let anyone ever dim your shine and continue being here for the ones that need you, because your guidance and words truly has been one of the things I appreciate the most!

Courtney (works somewhere in the building) is extremely kind. Laura Taylor and Christine Hoener absolutely saved my life. They are the best care team in my life. They are both genuinely concerned about me. They treat me like a human and I’m actually heard by them. If Christine ever leaves, I don’t know what I would do. When I first met her she saw I was in crisis without me opening my mouth. It was the first time I felt like someone believed me. She listened to me and gave me the correct diagnosis!
Laura Taylor is kind and caring. I can’t say enough good things about her. I am so fortunate to have Laura as my therapist. I see many have horrible experiences at mental health.
My only bad experience is with a lot of those front desk staff on the 4th floor. I even had to swallow air real hard not to lose my composure. I often wonder why do they bother working at a place while adding to people’s traumas. A lot of them behind that window have absolutely no compassion. The 3rd floor staff have been very kind.
