I have been attending Carolina treatment center ( methadone treatment) for almost 31/2 4 years and have had nothing but good experience with the Nurses and Dr . My counselor Rachael is awesome she does everything in her power to help with anything I need help and support with from referrals to just an ear to listen too on those difficult days... This is a busy facility best times to dose is 630am to 830am ... Be kind and respectful. Some people might want it more than others but it's not our place to judge. JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE.. Thanks 😊

I have been here at this treatment center for little over 3 months. I couldn’t be more grateful than the help my counselor Rachael has supported me with and guided me with. She hands down has been one of the most helpful people in my recovery process. Please don’t let anyone ever dim your shine and continue being here for the ones that need you, because your guidance and words truly has been one of the things I appreciate the most!

I’ve been coming for about a month now, very hesitant at first not knowing what I was walking into, but what could it hurt right ? I found this treatment center to be absolutely wonderful, everyone that works there is very knowledgeable about their job, and what they can help or do for you as the patient, you get a counselor and I got Mrs. Rachael who’s fabulous, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better for me; she’s very kind, informative and understanding, and compassionate but at the same time strong and assertive which we need. Couldn’t have asked for a better counselor for me. So today if you think should I go ? Yes! You should, because your worth it, and those that work there do their part to help you , so you can do yours . Best wishes !!

This place saved my life!!

I am a patient here and have been for almost a year and it has changed my life and since Melissa has taken over things have gotten much better. Sometimes we would have to wait up to 2 hours for our medication and after working out some kinks it's a lot better

Melissa was a pleasure to work with..she was fast accurate and smooth with the intake..everything went well and I was dosed in no time...fastest intake I've ever experienced here!!! I was impressed

I’ve been going to this hospital and I must say that I have received excellent service from all the medical staff in all the departments. No issues whatsoever. I have always been treated with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

Always have had great service. Staff very helpful. Have seen staff stop what they were doing to help a disabled veteran trying to make their way to appointment windows.

VA Fayetteville is an outstanding facility staffed with awesome people. I will be forever grateful for their care and thoughtful treatment as I battled cancer. They identified my disease so that my Oncology team could kill it. Then Urology treated my bladder and urinary after effects. Thanks Dr Lopez and RN Hill.

Appreciate the support and professionalism demonstrated by all. From the appointment setting to the intake session and first meeting with my counselor--everyone has been kind, polite and considerate of the support needed.

Update (17 Dec 2024): I mistook this clinic for its sister clinic in Jacksonville, NC. They reached out to me promptly and are assisting me with getting switched over their clinic. MTF. (16 Dec 2024) Waited over a month, had 2 interviews/assessments, totaling 2.5 hours just to be told they can't treat me because of alcohol issues. The other problems are what's leading to alcohol issue. I don't understand. I was excited about finding a place that could actually help after 14 years of searching. Looks as though I still haven't found it.

An excellent resource for military counseling. I recommend this place to anyone who needs help in the military. From personal to couple counseling, I have been impressed and helped by every councilor I’ve used with them and very grateful for this option.

This place does outstanding work n really helped me when I was going through things emotionally and they helped me find a place to live when I had no where else to turn. They helped me with food n all n I am so grateful for my team there

I may not like the location but I am very pleased.....,also I am not a patient here anymore moved away but I am truly grateful staff very polite, I.e. getting copy’s of my records. I am a guardian of my little cousin goes here for therapy virtual with Denotra Winston since she was 6 years old she now 10 years old and I have seen big improvement on her depression with hard times going on with COVID I would recommend anyone to come here for treatment. On and off because I have to get help for myself and and traveling all the time because of certain situations of my life....., My first Therapist’s name was Maria Rivera Known me for a very long time she referred me last year to Natasha Schauer to join the DBT group and also for individual therapy. I was scared of change but doing best I can ....I am now 33 years old and I just wanted to say thank to all and truly honor to say these two wonderful ladies Maria Rivera and Natasha Schauer and Lacey as a backup just everyone in general really has been so Patients with me when I was at crisis and very understanding not only did I save my own life but they made a difference of saving me in a way making a difference to understanding me just being there And believing me made a difference It Impacted me to think things threw before acting on bad decisions...., also the improvement on everything just in general just impressed me ...,, yes there was ups and downs for my situations but my therapist always found a way to work through them by communication not only hearing me out but listening to understand me!!!!! is a huge difference . Somethings are just out of our control but the communication being there is wonderful Even with this stay at home situation that’s going on right now on the virus thing reaching Out was truly amazing how Carolina outreach manage to help Not only me but others and taking the time to work all together taking small steps each day. I'm very pleased with this doctor's office! I actually went to the wrong office and am so glad I did! (Now a patient there). From all of the staff to Dr.Jordon it was a wonderful experience! She is great! Everyone was so polite and pleasant to deal with. Not to mention how clean it is! It's hard to find a Dr/staff that is wonderful. I highly recommend this place!!
