I am a patient here and have been for almost a year and it has changed my life and since Melissa has taken over things have gotten much better. Sometimes we would have to wait up to 2 hours for our medication and after working out some kinks it's a lot better

Melissa was a pleasure to work with..she was fast accurate and smooth with the intake..everything went well and I was dosed in no time...fastest intake I've ever experienced here!!! I was impressed

Recently awarded VA benefits, I had several questions. I went to the Fayetteville VA Medical Center ED as suggested by my Patient Advocate. I was seen by Sue at the Nursing Station Front Desk. She was wonderful, answering all of my questions and providing instruction and guidance; she even called me a few days later to follow up on my progress. Sue gets five stars plus

This place does outstanding work n really helped me when I was going through things emotionally and they helped me find a place to live when I had no where else to turn. They helped me with food n all n I am so grateful for my team there

I may not like the location but I am very pleased.....,also I am not a patient here anymore moved away but I am truly grateful staff very polite, I.e. getting copy’s of my records. I am a guardian of my little cousin goes here for therapy virtual with Denotra Winston since she was 6 years old she now 10 years old and I have seen big improvement on her depression with hard times going on with COVID I would recommend anyone to come here for treatment. My name is Leticia M. Kirk. I go by Letty I been going to Carolina Outreach for a long time on and off since I was a 18 years old. On and off because I have to get help for myself and and traveling all the time because of certain situations of my life....., My first Therapist’s name was Maria Rivera Known me for a very long time she referred me last year to Natasha Schauer to join the DBT group and also for individual therapy. I was scared of change but doing best I can ....I am now 33 years old and I just wanted to say thank to all and truly honor to say these two wonderful ladies Maria Rivera and Natasha Schauer and Lacey as a backup just everyone in general really has been so Patients with me when I was at crisis and very understanding not only did I save my own life but they made a difference of saving me in a way making a difference to understanding me just being there And believing me made a difference It Impacted me to think things threw before acting on bad decisions...., also the improvement on everything just in general just impressed me ...,, yes there was ups and downs for my situations but my therapist always found a way to work through them by communication not only hearing me out but listening to understand me!!!!! is a huge difference . Somethings are just out of our control but the communication being there is wonderful Even with this stay at home situation that’s going on right now on the virus thing reaching Out was truly amazing how Carolina outreach manage to help Not only me but others and taking the time to work all together taking small steps each day. It is actually the best overall medical office I have ever been to. I go in, get seen right away and they are very thorough. I cant say enough good things about being a patient there. I have been involved with Stedman Wade Family medical in Stedman NC for 15 months. I highly recommend them due to the love and care that everyone shares with each patient and their loves ones. Just always keep in mind Stedman Wade Family Medical center is open at normal business hours for a quick and availability to been seen with a medical professional for any medical needs or concerns. They always try to fit patients in ASAP if needed or will be directed and handled in the appropriate and professional way. Anyone looking for good professional care please give Stedman Wade Medical Center a call they are awesome.

This is my second time joining Restoration Family Services years apart & each time has been amazing. My first therapist was great, I was with her for a year. My new therapist years later is also amazing. They are great at their job & have helped me so much. Also the front desk staff is so kind. This place really gives me hope. Glad to be back in good hands

I've seen some negative reviews about Maxine, although I've had the opposite experience. Maxine does have a strong personality, however, she has been extremely professional, helpful and loving over the past two years while working with me and my children. Their behaviors have shifted for the better since Maxine has come into our lives and I am so grateful for her and the services she provides.

Maria is the best in daymark lillington .she helped in my recovery and to receive housing . I couldn't have asked for a better substance a use counselor.

I have a class with Ms. Savannah three times a week and she is truly a god send. I didn't think therapy would be worth going but she makes it such an amazing atmosphere and I'm so glad I'm in her class. It has made a difference in my life.

I do group therapy online 3 days a week w Savannah and she's the best! Everybody I've ever met who works at a Daymark is genuinely kind and caring. Thanks for all that you all do!!!

They are great, the two ladies in the front always treating you like family. My therapist Mrs Gene is an amazing person. I have not seen her in a year but I can't forget her. They helped me get better but I got to see them again because I want to drive buses at schools. I got to see if it's okay. Though I'm doing great but I had happened went to hospital for severe pain and doctor said I need to take the same meds I was prescribed but those meds made me feel different. I don't have those thoughts anymore. But better safe than sorry. Regardless, I would refer anyone to this location.

I have not any issues at all yet. I've seen some of the reviews on here. We as the patients are at fault, only because we should call a day ahead to make sure our appointment is on point if not you will the doctors. Or if someone is not going to be there they let you know. I messed up once thinking that the doctor would be there Thursday, and they are there certain days. So don't take it on them for bad appointment. These people has helped me with my mental health, and they accommodate to others too in case of emergencies, I seen it for myself. I think that's great because we can't be selfish and think you are the only one with the same problem, that I'm going through.

My overall experience with Green Leaf Care Center has been phenomenal. What I loved about it is when we did the initial tour, I noticed both the caretakers and the residents were happy. They were doing activities and some physical therapy. Some people were in the dining room and they were just getting ready to eat meals and have a good time. They also have outings for those who are capable. My mother was very excited that they went on an outing to view Christmas lights. She hasn’t stopped talking about it! The surroundings and the area are peaceful, and the rooms are spacious. I just feel safe with her being on this property. The staff that assists me anytime I call with concerns have been great. I would say that they have succeeded my expectations, and they really care about their residents. I am happy I can trust them to ensure my mother has the level of care she needs.

Great team! I love my case managers and the director is beyond kind and respectful. Definitely recommend this place for people who need mental health services

They have therapists, medical assistants and even doctors. Great place, don't let that random 1 star review perturb you. My therapist is my 3rd therapist now, and easily the best one.
