I have been attending Carolina treatment center ( methadone treatment) for almost 31/2 4 years and have had nothing but good experience with the Nurses and Dr . My counselor Rachael is awesome she does everything in her power to help with anything I need help and support with from referrals to just an ear to listen too on those difficult days... This is a busy facility best times to dose is 630am to 830am ... Be kind and respectful. Some people might want it more than others but it's not our place to judge. JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE.. Thanks 😊

I have been here at this treatment center for little
over 3 months. I couldn’t be more grateful than the help my counselor Rachael has supported me with and guided me with.
She hands down has been one of the most helpful people in my recovery process.

Courtney (works somewhere in the building) is extremely kind. Laura Taylor and Christine Hoener absolutely saved my life. They are the best care team in my life. They are both genuinely concerned about me. They treat me like a human and I’m actually heard by them. If Christine ever leaves, I don’t know what I would do. When I first met her she saw I was in crisis without me opening my mouth. It was the first time I felt like someone believed me. She listened to me and gave me the correct diagnosis!
Laura Taylor is kind and caring. I can’t say enough good things about her. I am so fortunate to have Laura as my therapist. I see many have horrible experiences at mental health.
My only bad experience is with a lot of those front desk staff on the 4th floor. I even had to swallow air real hard not to lose my composure. I often wonder why do they bother working at a place while adding to people’s traumas. A lot of them behind that window have absolutely no compassion. The 3rd floor staff have been very kind.

I am surprised there is such a fantastic facility like this place in Fayetteville, NC.
My 5 day stay there was exceptional. The nurses were top notch and took very good care of me! Same with the doctors; top notch and took very good care of me as well.
On top of the wonderful care by the doctors and nurses, the staff feed me 3 hot meals a day; carried in by an outside facility. I was able to choose what I wanted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, they had snack 3 times a day, between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, dinner and bedtime.
I was quite miserable during my stay and everyone who worked there did their best to insure I was comfortable and okay.
I am sure there are others like me that forgot to post just how wonderful this place is, right here in Fayetteville, NC. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did for me!!! From a 1 to 10, 1 being the worst, all the workers get a 10. I’m just so impressed and thankful for all of them!!

I was a patient there and it wasnt actually bad my father was in one similar but his was in the early y2k but, Mr Tyrone and Mr V was my favorite people they both are very VERY gifted with life advice and patience, Ms seantress wasnt actually good she was very annoying, but that place has helped me with my mental health, stress, depression, ADHD, and social anxiety. Thank you Mr V and Mr Tyrone for my stay, and I have met one person from there when I was and we are catching up now🙏🏽🤙🏼❤️
I am a patient here and have been for almost a year and it has changed my life and since Melissa has taken over things have gotten much better. Sometimes we would have to wait up to 2 hours for our medication and after working out some kinks it's a lot better

Recently awarded VA benefits, I had several questions. I went to the Fayetteville VA Medical Center ED as suggested by my Patient Advocate. I was seen by Sue at the Nursing Station Front Desk. She was wonderful, answering all of my questions and providing instruction and guidance; she even called me a few days later to follow up on my progress.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. I needed urgent care and I was able to see a doctor very soon after arriving and checking in.
Ignore any reviews that say this place is unorganized or unprofessional! It ran as smoothly as possible!!!! Went twice for testing each time was as pleasant as could be expected! The owner is a passionate and caring individual and her staff exhibits her moral. You are treated like family! PS during the COVID testing you were not supposed to go inside for your test. I’m assuming that’s why there were people breaking at the front desk. The COVID testing was all drive up and outside! Thank you for such a blessing to have an additional location to be tested!

Update (17 Dec 2024): I mistook this clinic for its sister clinic in Jacksonville, NC. They reached out to me promptly and are assisting me with getting switched over their clinic. MTF.
(16 Dec 2024) Waited over a month, had 2 interviews/assessments, totaling 2.5 hours just to be told they can't treat me because of alcohol issues. The other problems are what's leading to alcohol issue. I don't understand. I was excited about finding a place that could actually help after 14 years of searching. Looks as though I still haven't found it.
I went there for my 6 months evaluation. I also needed a Blood Glucose Meter. I was also give a rather valuable document, which listed all the contact data of my providers. I hope all healthcare providers, have done this. Now! I have everything at my immediate attention.

Always have had great service. Staff very helpful. Have seen staff stop what they were doing to help a disabled veteran trying to make their way to appointment windows.

The VA in Sanford is legit. Recently retired (20 years ABN Infantry 🤘 out of Fort Bragg, best job I ever had, #111 jumps into 4 continents) I had my very first visit and the staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. They fixed my hearing aids on the spot and ordered me spare parts, immediately gave me needed immunizations, coordinated meds be delivered to my home, got me in touch with dental, I met my new PCM he's super professional and it's awesome how I can talk freely in laymans terms and the PCM understands my symptoms without using medical lingo, and much more in a matter of a couple hours. I had nice conversations with the vets in the waiting room. I highly recommend this VA and give it a strong 5 star rating.

Went there are new staff and new Program Director it's been 4 years since I went back I came from another clinic wanted to switch back to Sanford because its way closer then the other clinci go to and not to metion i am a resident of lee county so when I switched Dr.Gwen was not there until that following week so I guessed dose and I was discharged from my previous clinic so i did paper work basically every thing but see Dr.Gwen I had done at sanford so when Dr.Gwen received my file she rejected me as a patient would not dose me could dose at my old clinic because I was discharged so I could attend Sanford Dr.Gwen is a NP not actually a doctor she's been doing ridiculous stuff to people not letting them return after years of being gone always lowering clients dose because they have drugs in there system we pay to go there and are asking for help but she lowers there dose sends them to higher level discharges them this is a clinic not everyone's perfect I feel she has no copasion once so ever staff members that have worked with her previous had said she's very different she needs to change categories because she doesn't need to be working around attics or recovering attics all she's doing is not right once so ever:)Sanford Treatment Center needs a New Real Dr a actual Doctor no Nurse Practitioner she needs to make a change go somewhere else hopefully soon

Never thought id be saying im so close to being 100% sober. If it wasnt for this clinic id still be in bed in pain and tears wondering where life is gonna take me the next day .. All the staff are excellent, and the Black Nurse there is so kind and polite, cute too..when i make it thru this chapter ill have them to thank. If your looking to get sober this is definitely the place to do so.

It works if you want it to, it's all the eye of the beholder, I know it's helped me and I don't lie to myself I'm going to be going here for the remainder of my days! Are until I figure out a miracle! As for the ones saying it's a place to get high don't really knows how this works! And the people there are good people, they do care but they can't bend the rules for you.
This place does outstanding work n really helped me when I was going through things emotionally and they helped me find a place to live when I had no where else to turn. They helped me with food n all n I am so grateful for my team there

I may not like the location but I am very pleased.....,also I am not a patient here anymore moved away but I am truly grateful staff very polite, I.e. getting copy’s of my records. I am a guardian of my little cousin goes here for therapy virtual with Denotra Winston since she was 6 years old she now 10 years old and I have seen big improvement on her depression with hard times going on with COVID I would recommend anyone to come here for treatment. Thank you Carolina outreach outstanding. 💕

On and off because I have to get help for myself and and traveling all the time because of certain situations of my life....., My first Therapist’s name was Maria Rivera Known me for a very long time she referred me last year to Natasha Schauer to join the DBT group and also for individual therapy. I was scared of change but doing best I can ....I am now 33 years old and I just wanted to say thank to all and truly honor to say these two wonderful ladies Maria Rivera and Natasha Schauer and Lacey as a backup just everyone in general really has been so Patients with me when I was at crisis and very understanding not only did I save my own life but they made a difference of saving me in a way making a difference to understanding me just being there And believing me made a difference It Impacted me to think things threw before acting on bad decisions...., also the improvement on everything just in general just impressed me ...,, yes there was ups and downs for my situations but my therapist always found a way to work through them by communication not only hearing me out but listening to understand me!!!!! is a huge difference . Somethings are just out of our control but the communication being there is wonderful Even with this stay at home situation that’s going on right now on the virus thing reaching Out was truly amazing how Carolina outreach manage to help Not only me but others and taking the time to work all together taking small steps each day. I love this place! They are fast and friendly! Very professional and always super helpful. I dont understand these other reviews. I have never had an issue here. It is actually the best overall medical office I have ever been to. I go in, get seen right away and they are very thorough. I cant say enough good things about being a patient there. I have been involved with Stedman Wade Family medical in Stedman NC for 15 months. I highly recommend them due to the love and care that everyone shares with each patient and their loves ones. Just always keep in mind Stedman Wade Family Medical center is open at normal business hours for a quick and availability to been seen with a medical professional for any medical needs or concerns. They always try to fit patients in ASAP if needed or will be directed and handled in the appropriate and professional way. Anyone looking for good professional care please give Stedman Wade Medical Center a call they are awesome.

I want to thank these people so much they went above and beyond to help me on a Saturday! Tammy was on the phone for an hour to make sure they she got everything straightened out for me so I could be a guest. Things don’t always go as intended but good people help good people when they are in need. 10/10 would recommend!
This place and these people changed my life! Teresa and Claire worked to get me into detox and from there a rehab & I've been clean ever since! I got out of rehab in December and I do online group therapy 3 times a week w Daymark. Highly suggest their services!
