I ve been coming for about a month now, very hesitant at first not knowing what I was walking into, but what could it hurt right ? I found this treatment center to be absolutely wonderful, everyone that works there is very knowledgeable about their job, and what they can help or do for you as the patient, you get a counselor and I got Mrs. Rachael who s fabulous, I couldn t have asked for anyone better for me; she s very kind, informative and understanding, and compassionate but at the same time strong and assertive which we need. Couldn t have asked for a better counselor for me. So today if you think should I go ? Yes! You should, because your worth it, and those that work there do their part to help you , so you can do yours . Best wishes !!

The VA in Sanford is legit. Recently retired (20 years ABN Infantry out of Fort Bragg, best job I ever had, #111 jumps into 4 continents) I had my very first visit and the staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. They fixed my hearing aids on the spot and ordered me spare parts, immediately gave me needed immunizations, coordinated meds be delivered to my home, got me in touch with dental, I met my new PCM he's super professional and it's awesome how I can talk freely in laymans terms and the PCM understands my symptoms without using medical lingo, and much more in a matter of a couple hours. I had nice conversations with the vets in the waiting room. I highly recommend this VA and give it a strong 5 star rating.

I've been coming here for over a year and every visit has been exceptional! The staff is helpful, efficient, and friendly, and I feel that they truly care about their patients. They are always patient with me and quick to answer any questions I have [no matter how trivial the question may seem] any time I go in for an appointment. The first few visits did take a little while as they needed to get my medical information and to work through trying different treatments/medicines. Now I mostly go for check ups - for these visits, they always get me in to see my doctor quickly and she is very good at making sure to take the time to actually listen and check in with me on how I'm doing with my medication. At the end of every visit they make sure I get a copy of my visit summary, and are very accommodating/considerate of my work schedule when they go to schedule my next appointment. The security guard during the afternoon shift is also great! Anytime it's dark out when I leave an appointment [during the winter months when it gets dark early] he offers to walk me out to my car to make sure I get there safely. Overall, wonderful experience every time I go in for an appointment!
