There were many things I didn't like while I was here like the horrible food and the deplorable living conditions. But I saw many people that were able to work the program despite this. There were also a lot of good people that truly cared about you. So at the end the good wins over the bad.

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

I was at my rock bottom, and I called shoreline after detox. They got me from detox to them and it was very easy, all of the people who work there really care. I have been clean for over 7 years now, and I honestly don't think I could have found a better place for me than this. It has been several years since I attended Grace Home, but I'm here today to say they introduced God into my life in a whole new way. I have gone through many trails since graduating but the tools and relationship with our God almighty I gained from this place has given me strength and power like no other. I have since regained my life in incredible ways, by walking with christ guiding me through out the way. I rebuilt relationships with Family, Got full custody back of my son, gained a incredible Church family, joined the chior and have been involved with many groups with in my church. Since then I have lost my Mother from cancer, then this past year my Grandmother but the peace I received from grace has been with me through it all. Thank you Ms Susan and Ms Anita for guiding me daily and reminding me that God has a greater purpose for me. For motivating me and sharing your testimonies amd your love for God. I am a Child Of God, and he knows the plans he has for me. I truly love you all at grace the pastors were amazing and taught us so much. Kinda miss our daily schedules lol. I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. I've been a patient here three times. The nurses and counselors are really nice and down-to-earth. They are friendly and like to cut up. The food is delicious and better than most cafeterias serve. The techs act professional and help is always available. There are groups that are mandatory unless you're ill and bedridden. (This is a detox.) There is a dayroom where you can watch TV and play board games, cards, or socialize. There iis a selections of books on display to choose from if you're a bookworm. A TV is also in your room, which is even more cool. Cell phones are prohibited. There is no smoking. You can request a nicotine patch. Counseling is optional. Visitation is available on a certain day during your stay. Overall, I recommend this facility. BRUCE HALL IS TERRIFIC!

I am absolutely 💯 % pleased with front desk staff, nurses, and the particular doctors I visit here. Dr. Friedman my pain doctor does acupuncture and Dr. Rothmeyer is excellent Chiropractor. I have been seeing both for awhile now, I honestly didn't think Acupuncture would be as amazing as it is, Dr. Friedman is awesome! I had an appointment for a blood draw today. Great check in procedures and Covid19 screening. Very pleasant and young lady who checked me in. As I waited in the waiting room, I sat at a social distance of 6-feet from the front entrance check in. I had no other places to sit because of the 6-foot social distancing guidelines. I saw each patient coming in and I couldn’t avoid hearing there names and last #4 of their Social Security Numbers. (Not good privacy), but what astonished me was the amount of Veterans who came in that didn’t even have an appointment just to stop in and drop things off for their PCM’s, or had questions, or wanted to talk about their health...hello, we are in a Covid19 and I couldn’t understand why there isn’t “common sense” being used, or not understanding that you just can’t drop in. I’ve ALWAYS have had great service at this VA-Trident clinic from the laboratory and they’ve always have been in time. When I did get called back, I was asked how I was doing, and I replied not well today! Ms Luz, responded, “that’s good”! I said, why did you just say that after I said I wasn’t doing good? Ms Luz (name badge said her name and that she’s from PERU , and she said that’s it’s just natural to say that. Well, I don’t think that this is a natural reply, and if you really ask someone how they are doing, listen to that persons response, and respond with sincerity. That’s why I gave a 4-star rating today.I

Great and they care. Took my child here and they have a great prevention team that goes to events. They also do parent meeting to help them out. Helped my child complete classes and taught him a lot about not smoking of vaping.
