This place helped me get my CDL back, I appreciate this place 🙌 slowly getting my life back together, thank you shoreline, yeah they don’t answer the phone often, you can just go in person and get a lot more done than you can over the phone, so for anyone wanting to go here or already here and don’t get any results, I’d say just show up in person, write down every date and time they give you and don’t leave until you get answers, but as long as you do right you should be able to complete this program for sap in 2-3 weeks.

I have been a patient at Shoreline for 2.5 years and from the beginning the entire experience has been pleasant. As a part of the MAT program, they make it very easy to get on a program and stay on that path, for as long as you need/want it. With various resources available at all times and therapy available if needed or wanted makes for a great place to start your recovery journey. The only thing that I feel like needs improvement is the group therapy for the IOP groups. Everything else is absolutely đź’Ż

I have been going here for years and the psychiatrists and the counselors are great. I currently see Dr. Hassan + my counselor is Fran. I like them both! The thing I'm mad about is for the last year, they cannot keep your scheduled appointments straight. On 3 - 4 occasions my appointment had been changed and they said they changed it in the computer, only to later find out later that it was NEVER changed in the computer. They have even changed my counselor and put a date in the computer for me without consulting, confirming, or even talking to me! I just got that auto voicemail saying that I have an appointment with this new counselor and on this date. Nobody told me any of this! I called and made them put me back with my counselor + back on the original date and time! It is insane that they cannot keep appointments straight in the computer!

I am not sure why there are bad reviews. But my daughter receives treatment here and the staff has been above and beyond and everyone has been friendly. It's been a long journey trying to find the right treatment, and this place has been a blessing. I would recommend over and over again. People need to realize mental health practices are hard to come by and people who take their time to help others isn't an easy job. So if someone is rude, maybe think for second, that they might be going through something too. Help isn't always suppose to be easy but it's a step that will lead you to a better path. I'm no counselor just an egineer mom.

Everyone here, including the nurses and front desk staff, have been incredibly positive and kind. I have been with this practice for over a year and am currently seeing psychiatrist Dr. Shetty, therapist Bethany, and peer advisor Phillip. My team is incredibly supportive and helpful, and I have finally found a combination of medicines that works for me. In between psychiatrist visits, I meet monthly with Bethany and Phillip to learn various life skills and distress tolerance. I strongly recommend anyone struggling with parenting, relationships, or personal trauma to meet with these two individuals. Thank you for all you do!

This place saved my life. They have a great director and the staff listen and care. If you have Medicaid you can dose free and even get free rides. No one out there should be suffering hell on earth withdrawals as long as this place is open. But like always, grown adults cry like little children if they mess up and have to face the consequences. Such as getting your take home meds taken away and having to go everyday. If you decided to get high and then have a dirty screen that is on YOU. In this regard it's like a daycare Center for childish adults. If you do the program as you should you can get your life back.

I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn’t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!

Yes I have been here since 2004 I have seen many changes in that time... About 3 and half years ago I transferred to Myrtle Beach treatment specialist .... I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... The director is GREAT. The whole staff is great... I love my counselor here. They have updated their facility too... I give crossroads đź’Ż.

The AA meeting club serving the Grand Strand with at least 5 meetings a day. If you think you have a problem with alcohol, this is a great place to seek out help from those who are trying to stay sober one day at a time. I sought out this place when I move here in 2015 to replace the meeting house I attended in Indy since 2000. It's a wonderful program that saved my life and continues to improve my life on a daily basis. It's going to be sunny today!

I am so grateful to find McLeod hospital is close to my new home. As a new resident I was concerned about going to the hospital and when I had to call an ambulance my experience was so perfect from beginning to check out. I was in PCU. The Doctors, nurses, tech, and cleaning people. Everyone so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I received the very best care and it was far superior to my previous experience in South Florida. I will never move away from McLeod Hospital. Even the food was good! Everyone worked as a team. I am so grateful!

My husband and I came in this week to L&D for our newborn and have had the best care team! Our primary nurse was Camille & she was absolutely amazing. So attentive and comforting during this special time. Dr. Emerson delivered our little baby and made this experience so memorable! A Truly Grateful Thank You I cannot say enough good things about the men from the Local Christian Recovery Center who came to help me move this weekend. Five men showed up on time, incredibly polite, respectful, and ready to work—and then proceeded to work their absolute butts off in nearly 100-degree heat. They carried all of my heavy furniture up two flights of stairs without complaining once. But what impacted me most wasn’t just the physical work they did. It was the attitude and character they brought with them. Moving is stressful under the best circumstances and doing it as a single mom while trying to get my kids and our lives settled into a new place felt overwhelming in the days leading up to this but having these guys show up and simply say, “We’ve got it,” meant more to me than they probably realize. Their kindness, work ethic, patience, and willingness to serve were such a beautiful reflection of what can happen when people are given an opportunity to rebuild their lives and choose to use that experience to help someone else. I am incredibly grateful to every one of them. They didn’t just help me move furniture—they helped make a really big, exhausting day feel a whole lot lighter. ❤️ If you’re looking for an organization to support, please consider supporting the Christian Recovery Center. I want to thank Carl and his team of men who recently came out to our house and did a great job of cutting, ,cleaning ,blowing and then removing all the leaves ,sticks and debris from our property . I had recently gotten out of the hospital and could no longer do the physical work and my 90 year old mother was still recovering from a broken femur so I reached out to CRCI and I believe within a few weeks my request's were honored and we are very grateful! Carl was the best, he was the leader of the crew and they were all so nice and polite! God Bless

First impressions do matter!Someone answered the phone and asked .. “What can I do for you?’’That one question put this mom at ease immediately.I had a crisis and I was met with patience, compassion and a plan.Sometimes all it takes are a few kind words from a stranger .His name is Patrick and it shaped how I would see him going forward.I know that God placed him in my path of uncertainty and he delivered.I know without a doubt after spending his day assisting my family that he has a genuine desire to help and a servants mindset.I am so glad he answered my phone and will be a part of my sons journey to regaining his life..Thank you CRCI staff for making an awkward day doable.I wnt soon forget your kindness.

I've been with Circle Park for 7 months now. I can't say enough. This place has been with me every step of the way. The counselors have been right by my side any time I've needed them and for anything I've needed them. They offer counseling services as often as I need. This place has assisted me in turning my life around. The people that work in this place, engage you ..challenge you to become a better YOU. Their programs are true. When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. To those two individuals whom have had to deal with me when i attended their program...I thank you immensely.

I've been a patient here three times. The nurses and counselors are really nice and down-to-earth. They are friendly and like to cut up. The food is delicious and better than most cafeterias serve. The techs act professional and help is always available. There are groups that are mandatory unless you're ill and bedridden. (This is a detox.) There is a dayroom where you can watch TV and play board games, cards, or socialize. There iis a selections of books on display to choose from if you're a bookworm. A TV is also in your room, which is even more cool. Cell phones are prohibited. There is no smoking. You can request a nicotine patch. Counseling is optional. Visitation is available on a certain day during your stay. Overall, I recommend this facility. BRUCE HALL IS TERRIFIC!

I’m honestly not sure why this place has bad reviews. I went to this facility for one year. The desk ladies were so sweet and helpful. I feel like you get what you give. My 1st counselor and I did not line up due to schedules and I got switched to Brandon. Brandon was one of the best counselors ever. I’ve had quite a few over the years but he was one of my favorites. I am a female and he was a male and I felt very comfortable with him. He was great at listening, remembering, etc. He would research and help you with anything you need. A counselor should be like that- a recovery friend helping you reach your girls. The doctor Tanisha(who isn’t there anymore) was great as well. The dosing nurse Vicki is also amazing. I will truly miss everyone here and am very grateful to them in my recovery process.

I have been with Coastal Horizons for over a year and they have been great. Jessie Thomas has gone above & beyond to help me out multiple times. I had a family emergency and had to leave town on short notice and she made sure I would be taken care of while I was away. She really is great. The staff communicates very thoroughly. My treatment plan has been working very well, much better at Coastal Horizons than at other clinics I have been to in the past. Kim is very friendly and helpful and Alicia is an awesome therapist. 10/10 recommend for anybody wanting therapy or MAT.

To be completely honest, this place is amazing..if you work it and do what you supposed to do. This place will be the best thing that ever happened to you. I know it changed my entire life. I graduated April 2025 and I am so grateful I had the experience of being at the chrysalis center. They are amazing people and I am so glad I chose to select this place..the employees there are like family and still are and they are so kind and loving. I couldn't have chose a better rehabilitation center. Thank you all at chrysalis center for all you have done for me. I will never forget it! I love you all!
