I am incredibly grateful for Coastal Recovery and everything they did for me. I came in feeling hopeless and unsure if recovery was even possible, but the staff never gave up on me. Frank, Barry, Stew, Ms. Wendy, and Dr. Mark went above and beyond to support me during one of the hardest times of my life. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Because of them and the program at Coastal Recovery, I am now 10 months sober and continuing to build a life I’m proud of. I felt seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. Coastal Recovery gave me the tools, confidence, and foundation for long-term recovery, and I will always be thankful for this place and the people who made my recovery possible.

This place saved my life. They have a great director and the staff listen and care. If you have Medicaid you can dose free and even get free rides. No one out there should be suffering hell on earth withdrawals as long as this place is open. But like always, grown adults cry like little children if they mess up and have to face the consequences. Such as getting your take home meds taken away and having to go everyday. If you decided to get high and then have a dirty screen that is on YOU. In this regard it's like a daycare Center for childish adults. If you do the program as you should you can get your life back.

I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn’t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!

Yes I have been here since 2004 I have seen many changes in that time... About 3 and half years ago I transferred to Myrtle Beach treatment specialist .... I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... The director is GREAT. The whole staff is great... I love my counselor here. They have updated their facility too... I give crossroads 💯.

What an outstanding experience at Ralph's, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! I would recommend this center to anyone who needs a real change!

I broke my clavicle and had surgery April 10,2026. I am avid golfer and was really anxious on getting back to playing. I called many physical therapy places which couldn’t get thru the red tape to get me schedule. On the same day I was calling those places I was blessed enough to call ATI and got Ryan on the phone who made an appointment for me. After expressing my concerns in 20 minutes. I have since been their working with Jason and Aaron and I’m returning to golf on June 10 almost 3 weeks earlier than expected. Due to their recovery program and seeing them 3 times a week. They are professional, caring and you don’t feel like you’re in a factory but a family type atmosphere. I highly recommend ATI to anyone who needs 1 on 1 care and compassion.

I cannot thank ATI enough for everything they have done for me. I was a patient for a year and half due to having both my knees replaced in 2025. I started my physical therapy treatment in December of 2024 at the little river location. Every member of staff that I worked with was always very pleasant, professional, a joy to work with. They were a huge sense of relief and encouragement for me. Leading up to my first surgery. After my first knee surgery I continued my treatment at the Myrtle Beach location. I was challenged and very encouraged by my treatment. I could not believe how much better of a quality of life I had after I started my treatment. Everyday I grew stronger and more secure in my abilities. I was so successful that just 10 weeks post op I was able to travel internationally. When I returned home I continued therapy leading up to my second surgery. After my second surgery I would get frustrated and discouraged with myself at times but every time I left therapy my mood would instantly lift and I would feel so much better. I was so happy that they encouraged me, pushed me, and got me better than I was before my surgeries and just 12 weeks after my second surgery I was able to travel internationally again. I never thought that my recovery could go this well and I definitely didn’t think I would be able to travel so soon after both my surgeries. I attribute all my success to the absolutely wonderful and professional staff at ATI. I would recommend that if you need physical therapy to definitely use ATI.

Everyone here, including the nurses and front desk staff, have been incredibly positive and kind. I have been with this practice for over a year and am currently seeing psychiatrist Dr. Shetty, therapist Bethany, and peer advisor Phillip. My team is incredibly supportive and helpful, and I have finally found a combination of medicines that works for me. In between psychiatrist visits, I meet monthly with Bethany and Phillip to learn various life skills and distress tolerance. When I called here, I had very little hope that I would be able to get help. One, I dont have insurance. And, two, self pay rates are insane and too much for me to afford. So I was pretty hopeless but called anyway. Im really glad I did. Everyone that has reached out has become an advocate in my name, each one truly dedicated to finding a way around the barriers so that I could get help. None of them have accepted no for an answer and has been diligent in their efforts. On top of that, they keep in touch with me and im not even a patient yet Hands down it has been an experience that has renewed my faith in people. Laura and Jason both made me feel like they cared about what was happening to me and wanted to get me help. I felt cared for and not judged. It meant a lot at a time when it was make it or break it for me.

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! I am surprised there is such a fantastic facility like this place in Fayetteville, NC. My 5 day stay there was exceptional. The nurses were top notch and took very good care of me! Same with the doctors; top notch and took very good care of me as well. On top of the wonderful care by the doctors and nurses, the staff feed me 3 hot meals a day; carried in by an outside facility. I was able to choose what I wanted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, they had snack 3 times a day, between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, dinner and bedtime. I was quite miserable during my stay and everyone who worked there did their best to insure I was comfortable and okay. I am sure there are others like me that forgot to post just how wonderful this place is, right here in Fayetteville, NC. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did for me!!! From a 1 to 10, 1 being the worst, all the workers get a 10. I’m just so impressed and thankful for all of them!!

I was a patient there and it wasnt actually bad my father was in one similar but his was in the early y2k but, Mr Tyrone and Mr V was my favorite people they both are very VERY gifted with life advice and patience, Ms seantress wasnt actually good she was very annoying, but that place has helped me with my mental health, stress, depression, ADHD, and social anxiety. Thank you Mr V and Mr Tyrone for my stay, and I have met one person from there when I was and we are catching up now🙏🏽🤙🏼❤️

I want to thank Wilmington treatment center for teaching me how to use the tools to get me on the path that I am meant to be on. Ed’s words are amazing, some people think he’s a hardass but this gentleman cares about everyone who walks in the door. Karmen cares about us just as much as Ed does too and is a great human being. Sean and miss juanita are two of the best counselors I have ever dealt with. Miss Fayth who was my counselor is totally awesome and is going to do am amazing job in her new role her. The food was the only drawback here as it was terrible. Lamont, who is a cook here was the shining star of the culinary team put heart into his cooking and was the best there but it’s too bad I only got taste his food two times before I transferred to Php. Overall my stay was fantastic. There were a few negative people on staff but I’m Not going to put them on blast here but I’m sure they know they are. I’m proud to be Alumni now

There were many things I didn't like while I was here like the horrible food and the deplorable living conditions. But I saw many people that were able to work the program despite this. There were also a lot of good people that truly cared about you. So at the end the good wins over the bad.

The Kennedy center is a really good place to go if you are interested in recovery and actually want to get help and participate. They’re very helpful and considerate in knowing that sometimes things happen, and sometimes you make mistakes. They help you a lot with coming up with a plan, and keeping you busy while in recovery. The Kennedy center has helped me a lot in realizing that I had a problem and want to get better. And they’re also doing their best at helping me to get better. Also have to give a shoutout to Amanda, Theresa, and Debbie and Julie. They’re super nice and my favorites. Also, Bob Ross on the TV.

Great experience! Hello I just have to give a great big shoutout to the crew in FLORENCE Hospital McLeod. I had a procedure done on Tuesday morning @9. From the door all the way to the surgery room everyone was just the GREATEST. Dr. Wilcox did the surgery. I was very pleased with everyone.
