I cannot speak highly enough of the care I’ve received from Dr. Kavita Kothari and therapist Michelle Parrom at Atrium Behavioral Health in Concord. They have been an incredible support system through my journey with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Both are extremely dedicated, compassionate, and truly invested in my well-being. Their support goes beyond our sessions—they consistently provide helpful recommendations, resources, and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted promptly, especially during times when I struggle to focus on work and manage daily life. Dr. Kothari and Michelle always have my best interest at heart, and their commitment to helping me reach a better place emotionally and mentally means the world to me. The office staff also deserves recognition for their kindness and exceptional customer service. From start to finish, every interaction at this clinic has been welcoming and professional. If you’re looking for mental health support, I highly recommend Atrium Behavioral Health in Concord for their outstanding psychiatry and therapy services. You’ll be in caring and capable hands.

My daughter was seeing doctor Witte and we had to reschedule a couple times and then she canceled on us. I tried to get a different provider and was told we have to go through a whole process. The next thing I know I’m getting a letter saying my daughter is dismissed and can’t see any provider at Concord or Harrisburg’s office. The reason being because she didn’t follow medical advice, which very untrue we did everything Dr. Witte said. So now my daughter can’t get the help she needs. I thought doctors were supposed to care for their patients not prevent them from getting the care they need. Thanks a lot Dr Witte!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I started seeing Deborah S. a couple months ago , & I must say , she is the BEST therapist I've had my entire life! 🥰 She makes me feel so validated & heard ! I feel incredibly safe, and I feel I can express my feelings without the need to hide anything! Like finally someone is validating what I've been dealing with my whole life , finally I feel understood in dealing with my mental illnesses that I can't explain to anyone !! She actually gives me some hope !! Which has not been a thing with past experiences... she's always giving me new, important information that no other therapist or doctor ever explained to me!! She actually listens & understands! I'm just super grateful for her, and for A Helping Hand of Wilmington 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you a million times over!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️ UPDATE!‼️‼️‼️‼️ I'm still seeing Deborah S. As my therapist , and I'm still loving her !!! She has helped me in ways that no other therapist ever has ! It's been about a year now that I've been going to "A Helping Hand " and while my condition is very complex, I'm definitely improving thanks to Deborah! All of the staff are super nice , Jim , at the front desk is awesome! He's very on top of things , and always making sure patients are comfortable & feel welcome while in the waiting room , offering us coffee , water , ect.. and he's always a pleasure to talk to ! I can't say enough good about the staff & the care that I get there!! Still recommend 10/10!! ♥️♥️

I've had a phenomenal experience And I'm not ashamed to say it. The customer service is pass reasonable. I feel like they do all they can especially if and when they could even with others that I've communicated with. Especially as long as you get their on time as they say.Do what you're supposed to and get the h*** out of there. Mrs. Kirsten & Mrs KELSEY are the best !!! . I've got the opportunity to meet and deal with pretty much most of the staff on a 1 on 1 basis . Not ashamed too say it. 😉 I'm looking forward too some phenomenal news tomorrow as far as me not supposed to have to complete the course from Mr. Lee...the gentleman that's over the program as a whole. Now tomm. I'm posting pictures etc. I would love ❤️ everyone's opinion?, seriously maybe tonight.....I swear my DUI & MY IMPLIED CONSENT IS ESPUNGED....BUT LIKE I SAID BY GODS GRACE I PRAY ALL THIS GOES AWAY TOMM. 🙏...
