My 5 day stay there was exceptional. The nurses were top notch and took very good care of me! Same with the doctors; top notch and took very good care of me as well. On top of the wonderful care by the doctors and nurses, the staff feed me 3 hot meals a day; carried in by an outside facility. I was able to choose what I wanted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, they had snack 3 times a day, between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, dinner and bedtime. I was quite miserable during my stay and everyone who worked there did their best to insure I was comfortable and okay. I am sure there are others like me that forgot to post just how wonderful this place is, right here in Fayetteville, NC. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did for me!!! From a 1 to 10, 1 being the worst, all the workers get a 10. I’m just so impressed and thankful for all of them!! Okalani Freshley 1 year ago I was a patient there and it wasnt actually bad my father was in one similar but his was in the early y2k but, Mr Tyrone and Mr V was my favorite people they both are very VERY gifted with life advice and patience, Ms seantress wasnt actually good she was very annoying, but that place has helped me with my mental health, stress, depression, ADHD, and social anxiety. They have a great director and the staff listen and care. If you have Medicaid you can dose free and even get free rides. No one out there should be suffering hell on earth withdrawals as long as this place is open. But like always, grown adults cry like little children if they mess up and have to face the consequences. Such as getting your take home meds taken away and having to go everyday. If you decided to get high and then have a dirty screen that is on YOU. In this regard it's like a daycare Center for childish adults. If you do the program as you should you can get your life back. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine! I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... If you follow the rules and work with them it will change your life. Deanna M is a wonderful team member there, she truly will help anyone and volunteer herself when she doesn’t have to and it does not go unnoticed. Many years ago I was toxic /very sick and Dr Davis did what he had to do with me and I am thankful for him being a good doctor. Soon after that I switched to Subs and at that time I really needed to! This group of medical professionals have been integral in my recovery and it was the long process for sure for me. I also am grateful to Louis for being a good director and offering to help me in certain ways. This place The nurses Dr.Davis, and the other staff have been nothing but absolutley awesome from day one. I have never had an issue that someone from the clinic didn't help me with. I have done a 100% turn around since starting there and I thank God for this place and staff they don't have to be there but they chose to be there help us to be better people. so yes 100000000 times I would recommend this treatment clinic to anyone having problems with addiction. but remember you have to have the want to to get better and you have to put in the work no matter what they do there but if u don't put in the work it will never help you. As a part of the MAT program, they make it very easy to get on a program and stay on that path, for as long as you need/want it. With various resources available at all times and therapy available if needed or wanted makes for a great place to start your recovery journey. Five men showed up on time, incredibly polite, respectful, and ready to work—and then proceeded to work their absolute butts off in nearly 100-degree heat. They carried all of my heavy furniture up two flights of stairs without complaining once. But what impacted me most wasn’t just the physical work they did. It was the attitude and character they brought with them. Moving is stressful under the best circumstances and doing it as a single mom while trying to get my kids and our lives settled into a new place felt overwhelming in the days leading up to this but having these guys show up and simply say, “We’ve got it,” meant more to me than they probably realize. Their kindness, work ethic, patience, and willingness to serve were such a beautiful reflection of what can happen when people are given an opportunity to rebuild their lives and choose to use that experience to help someone else. My biggest complaint is the high cost, currently $16 per day from $13 per day, this place makes a killing off of our mistakes but I guess you pay to play. From the time I started to now cost has gone from $12-$17 per day. I spent three days recovering in the surgical short-stay department, and the experience there was exceptional. The unit was clean, quiet, organized, and never felt chaotic. That made a real difference while recovering. The hallways were clear and easy to walk, which was important as I started getting up and moving after surgery. The nursing staff across every shift was outstanding. Everyone was kind, patient, accommodating, and responsive. They checked on me regularly without making me feel like I was constantly being interrupted, and I always felt that someone was available when I needed help. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of care, professionalism, and atmosphere throughout my surgery and recovery.
