If I could give SIX STARS for Tony/IOP I would!! The IOP (intensive outpatient program) he runs here in WTC (Wilmington Treatment Center) outpatient is nothing short of life changing. This is the first time I’ve ever enjoyed coming to an iop. Tony makes the program not only enjoyable, but also informative. I have learned more about myself, and how to change my life, MORE in the last two months sitting in this group with Tony, than I ever have in 10 years of therapy. I can’t say enough good things about Tony and this program. If you are struggling with substance abuse and are ready to get help, do yourself a favor and check out both the inpatient and outpatient programs that WTC has to offer.

Carolina Treatment Center of Fayetteville is an addiction treatment facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Fayetteville is conveniently located an hour from Raleigh. This organization focuses on treating individuals who are struggling with opioid addiction. The primary treatment they offer to help clients is medication assisted treatment (MAT).
I have been attending Carolina treatment center ( methadone treatment) for almost 31/2 4 years and have had nothing but good experience with the Nurses and Dr . My counselor Rachael is awesome she does everything in her power to help with anything I need help and support with from referrals to just an ear to listen too on those difficult days... This is a busy facility best times to dose is 630am to 830am ... Be kind and respectful. Some people might want it more than others but it's not our place to judge. JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE.. Thanks

I ve been coming for about a month now, very hesitant at first not knowing what I was walking into, but what could it hurt right ? I found this treatment center to be absolutely wonderful, everyone that works there is very knowledgeable about their job, and what they can help or do for you as the patient, you get a counselor and I got Mrs. Rachael who s fabulous, I couldn t have asked for anyone better for me; she s very kind, informative and understanding, and compassionate but at the same time strong and assertive which we need. Couldn t have asked for a better counselor for me. So today if you think should I go ? Yes! You should, because your worth it, and those that work there do their part to help you , so you can do yours . Best wishes !!

I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!

Yes I have been here since 2004 I have seen many changes in that time... About 3 and half years ago I transferred to Myrtle Beach treatment specialist.... I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... The director is GREAT. The whole staff is great... I love my counselor here. They have updated their facility too... I give crossroads .

Recovery is a process and you are going to get out of it what you put into it. I guarantee anyone giving less than 4 stars to Coastal didn't come there looking for real help. The front desk and intake coordinator are hands down the heartbeat of the office. These two make you feel like family. The counselors run groups as well as individual sessions and are definitely top tier without a doubt. John, Lindsey, and Oksana will always hold a special place In my heart. The outreach coordinator Frank calls it like he sees it and that gets him some hate but he would give the shirt off his back if it meant keeping you from using. The house managers, transport staff, and medical staff are out of this world. If you WANT the help, it's at Coastal but you're going to have to do the WORK!

When I first heard of CRCI, I was immediately hopeful that we had found the place that could save my son's life. He was lost and struggling and in great need of rescue. At that time, it was a 3 month program & I was so excited when he agreed to go. After graduating, I could tell a big difference. Not everything he took away from there stuck right away. It was gradual, but eventually, over time, I could see him applying all that he had learned to make a better future for himself. Today, he has a wonderful relationship with Jesus. He is married & starting a family. We are so thankful to CRCI for being available and more importantly, afforable, for us. We have been fortunate to bare witness to the growth of this program and have seen many others, just like my son, go through CRCI and come out happy & successful. We are truly grateful.

In July 2015, I entered the Myrover-Reese Fellowship Home. 3 1/2 years later I just purchased my own house. They gave me the foundation to follow and I worked the program. They helped me get my life back. CLEAN AND SOBER! I can't say enough about the facility and the staff. Thanks again!
