I’m super grateful to have found this resource for a loved one in need of help and redemption !! Patrick was extremely helpful, hopeful & accommodating!! It was refreshing to work with someone that cares so much !! Patrick is thorough and extremely knowledgeable about not only the logistics of this type of situation but also how the SC laws & justice system operates!! This was all extremely important in making this transition as smooth and beneficial as possible!

When I first heard of CRCI, I was immediately hopeful that we had found the place that could save my son's life. He was lost and struggling and in great need of rescue. At that time, it was a 3 month program & I was so excited when he agreed to go. After graduating, I could tell a big difference. Not everything he took away from there stuck right away. It was gradual, but eventually, over time, I could see him applying all that he had learned to make a better future for himself. Today, he has a wonderful relationship with Jesus. He is married & starting a family. We are so thankful to CRCI for being available and more importantly, afforable, for us. We have been fortunate to bare witness to the growth of this program and have seen many others, just like my son, go through CRCI and come out happy & successful. We are truly grateful.

The men I have met and work with at CRCI have been inspiring and motivating to me personally. The work they do in restoring lives is just incredible. May God continue to bless this organization.
I have been with Coastal Horizons for over a year and they have been great. Jessie Thomas has gone above & beyond to help me out multiple times. I had a family emergency and had to leave town on short notice and she made sure I would be taken care of while I was away. She really is great. The staff communicates very thoroughly. My treatment plan has been working very well, much better at Coastal Horizons than at other clinics I have been to in the past. Kim is very friendly and helpful and Alicia is an awesome therapist. 10/10 recommend for anybody wanting therapy or MAT.

I really like it there. The staff is great especially the nurse Jessie Thomas. She would check on me every morning about how I was feeling and how my recovery was going. She would call if I missed a day to make sure I was alright. I just felt like she really cared about how my recovery was going. For anyone who is struggling with opiate addiction I highly recommend this place.
