Ed’s words are amazing, some people think he’s a hardass but this gentleman cares about everyone who walks in the door. Karmen cares about us just as much as Ed does too and is a great human being. Sean and miss juanita are two of the best counselors I have ever dealt with. Miss Fayth who was my counselor is totally awesome and is going to do am amazing job in her new role her. The food was the only drawback here as it was terrible. Lamont, who is a cook here was the shining star of the culinary team put heart into his cooking and was the best there but it’s too bad I only got taste his food two times before I transferred to Php. Overall my stay was fantastic. There were a few negative people on staff but I’m Not going to put them on blast here but I’m sure they know they are. I took him to the ER and expressed how he was feeling. The guy came around to him asked a few questions and we went right in. Set in the lobby about fifteen minutes and he was going into a room. The doctor came in and accessed him and admitted him. The ER was filled to capacity, actually over capacitated. The care that they gave him was over and beyond. The same night he was moved into another room in the ER. The care was also amazing. He was comfortable and they were very attentive. The next day or the day after he was moved to the PICCU unit on the 7th floor,where he received the best care ever. Thank you Mikayla,McKenzie, Casey,Katelyn and a few others that I cannot remember their names! SHOUT OUT to the amazing Dr. Joshua Watson!!! I missed you this weekend. They offer counseling and medication treatment as well as other services. I have been a patient at Port Health and utilize zoom counseling sessions for my mental health needs. All of the staff have been professional, and I am more than happy with the results that I have seen in myself since beginning counseling at Port Health. Although I use zoom meetings, they also offer more traditional sessions in person and are more than happy to accommodate patient needs. While progress in mental health can be particularly difficult to measure quantitatively, since starting counseling at Port Health I have noticed incredible changes in my attitude, ability to cope, deal with complex emotions and situations and even when I make a mistake, I am more conscious and aware of my choices and their impact on the world and myself. Port Health has been vital at a time in my life when I was uncertain how I would get beyond the loss of my father, and immediately after losing my mother, without a major mental health breakdown. That breakdown did not occur, and I credit Port Health Wilmington for helping me see my way through one of the most challenging times in any person's life. I could not imagine my life today without the incredible staff at Port Health Wilmington. More importantly I credit them with helping me realize in real terms that my decision to abstain from medication treatments was correct, but I could not have made that decision intelligently without knowing and believing that should I have needed medication treatment that the staff at Port Health was ready to support me in any way that I would need. None of them have accepted no for an answer and has been diligent in their efforts. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine! I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... These people WILL work with you as long as you’re patient, and polite. No, it won’t happen overnight, but be patient and you will get everything you need. My therapist, Leah offers EMDR for trauma. They have telehealth options, as well as in office if you prefer and they got me a medication management referral within a week! They are professional, caring and you don’t feel like you’re in a factory but a family type atmosphere. I highly recommend ATI to anyone who needs 1 on 1 care and compassion. Jay Christiano 1 month ago I cannot thank ATI enough for everything they have done for me. I was a patient for a year and half due to having both my knees replaced in 2025. I started my physical therapy treatment in December of 2024 at the little river location. Every member of staff that I worked with was always very pleasant, professional, a joy to work with. They were a huge sense of relief and encouragement for me. Leading up to my first surgery. After my first knee surgery I continued my treatment at the Myrtle Beach location. I was challenged and very encouraged by my treatment. I could not believe how much better of a quality of life I had after I started my treatment. Everyday I grew stronger and more secure in my abilities. I was so successful that just 10 weeks post op I was able to travel internationally. When I returned home I continued therapy leading up to my second surgery. After my second surgery I would get frustrated and discouraged with myself at times but every time I left therapy my mood would instantly lift and I would feel so much better. I was so happy that they encouraged me, pushed me, and got me better than I was before my surgeries and just 12 weeks after my second surgery I was able to travel internationally again. I never thought that my recovery could go this well and I definitely didn’t think I would be able to travel so soon after both my surgeries. I attribute all my success to the absolutely wonderful and professional staff at ATI. I would recommend that if you need physical therapy to definitely use ATI.
