I've been going to this clinic for years and to be honest I would recommend them to anyone who needs help. They treat everyone with respect and they do whatever they can to help. They can be at times a little busy but it's just the hours because they are only open from 5am to 10am. But they really try to do their best on getting you in and out. Starting Point is really a great place and the doctor is so funny and he doesnt talk to you like most doctors. He talk to tou where you understand he doesn't say all these medical words lol. Also he will answer any questions you have.

What an outstanding experience at Starting Pont, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! I would recommend this center to anyone who needs a real change!

My daughter is in program and she’s doing wonderful!!! The staff is wonderful. They helped change my daughter’s life.

The help is here if you want it. Seek and you shall find. If you really want serenity and happiness, you have to be willing to go to any length to get it. The desire to change. No reservations left, and when rock bottom hits, you will want and desire change and nothing will stop you in finding it.

No words can convey the amount of love and gratitude I feel for this place. I was completely lost and broken when I arrived at the doors of Any Length, with absolutely no hope for a future. Any Length loved me until I could love myself, and they gave me the tools and foundation that I needed to thrive in this world.

Recovery here is second to none. Addiction had plagued my family for generations. My brother(Adam) and I both received I design for living here that works in rough going. We have a family member who just had a very positive experience at ACE Recovery. It was the right place for him, and we are so very grateful to ACE for offering a program like this. We all feel hopeful now, which didn't seem possible before.

I’ve been to in-patient treatment 9 times; but ACE is in a class of its own. ACE taught me that I am responsible for my own recovery and offered the support and guidance necessary for me to learn how to heal. First visit to see my grandson. I was impressed, but would really like a tour of the place. Only seen cafeteria. Praying he comes out a changed young man.

This place is awesome. I've only had one bad experience and that was while been locked up in the mental treatment ward the first time but other than that it's been great including my 2nd visit to mental ward. They are very professional and caring at this hospital.

Air hugs for all you do.. valet parking folks are kind & quick, love the red coat service, Chaplin is so nice. Women's clinic fabulous. Not sure how all the specialties keep up with everything. LOTS of stuff. Smiles and compassion are priceless for all.

I’m honestly not sure why this hospital has so many bad reviews. This review is solely based on labor and delivery, and my experience was excellent. I recently moved from NOVA (Northern VA) and was very hesitant to give birth in SC, especially with our first baby. After struggling to get appointments with other recommended practices, Prisma had same-day availability—and from that point on, everything was positive. From the moment we arrived for my scheduled C-section, the entire staff was kind, helpful, and reassuring. As someone with high anxiety around procedures and pain, I truly felt heard and cared for. My pre-op nurse, Jenna, was amazing—she even answered my call the day before and ended up being my pre-op nurse the day of the c-section. The anesthesiology team was also fantastic: calm, attentive, and very reassuring. Post-op care was just as great. My nurses Jenni and Alexus, along with lactation consultants Justine and Nancy, went above and beyond. As a first-time mom choosing to breastfeed, their support meant everything. I chose Dr. Carter for my scheduled C-section, and she was absolutely incredible—knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel like more than just a patient. I originally considered traveling back to VA to deliver, but I’m so glad I didn’t. Overall, I’m extremely grateful for the care we received and would absolutely recommend Prisma’s labor and delivery team.

They took great care of my daughter while she was there almost 2 weeks. I was with her almost entire time, sleeping in fold out chair, they were accommodating. I recommend them

Not so easy in healthcare today, but from my family’s recent experience I’d say all three were far above our expectation while at Prisma Richland Hospital. My 33 yr old none verbal, non ambulatory daughter was transported last week to 10 West. During her 5 days there we experienced an incredible staff that took extreme pride in their patient care, presented themselves with positive attitudes and behavior that was refreshingly compassionate. Too many exceptional professionals to mention, but I truly mean ALL staff members: charge nurses, techs, dietitians, doctors and neurology team, lab techs and others. Each day I kept thinking, “surely one person is going to let us down, approach with a terrible attitude or appear to not want to do their job”. That never happened. Not once. We are home with hearts full of gratitude and thankful for putting our trust in Prisma Richland.
