i really appreciate the staff here, i understand that your job is not easy, reading the reviews i feel bad, i bet this is an overwhelming line of work, been twice and AMAd twice and they still do my assessment with grace every time even if i chicken out and don’t come, they still are nice to me any time i contact them. Withdrawal is a beach and comes with heightened emotions. I hope none of you guys take the reviews too harshly. I’ve been to several facilities but have and only want to come back to this one… there’s a reason there’s a waitlist !

A neurologist named Kristen, a nurse named I think Adriene, and a technician whose name I can’t recall at the moment, were especially helpful in expediting matters so that all testing and care would be completed so that I could be released in a timely manner. That manner being so that I could be home before a major storm occurred. For that I am truly thankful to those three ladies that were working on 01/24/2026, in particular and to Aiken Regional Hospital in general.

I what to Aiken Regional Medical Center ER with chest pains and tightening in my chest I was very pleased with the service that I received from the Regista until the end of my Service. The staff that was working on 02/05/2026 after 3:00 pm was "Johnny on the spot". Very knowledgeable and worked together as a team to take care of my heart condition, that could have easily when into cardiac arrest. Again I say "Thank you", I can't remember all their names, but Tanisha was one of the nurses and the ER doctor was Meikle, maybe misspelled, but that entire team was my hero in comforting my daughter and taking of me. ❤️🙏🏽

The Oaks is where life begins anew. I went to the Oaks after drinking and more. How I got there is a story in its self. What I encountered at the Oaks was unbelievable. People who understood me and my problems. Then I was handed the book and my life changed. After my time there I’ve helped a few men myself get there lives back the same way. Once you learn the program you’ll have a better understanding of how to handle life. Since leaving the Oaks I’ve had many many great days. I’ve had meaningful relationships with people. I may have left my drinking buddies behind but I’ve gained some real friends. If you’re in need of help or someone you know does consider the Oaks because it worked for me when I thought nothing would.

Please take the time to hear my story that went from the tragic loss of my counselor ending with resilience, strength, and triumph, as I successfully completed the course. LRADAC’s Outpatient Program was absolutely amazing and truly helped me change my life. From the beginning, Brooke, who placed me in the class that was the perfect fit, showed genuine care and understanding that set the tone for everything that followed. My counselor, Arianna, was beyond incredible. Everyone in my class would agree she was made for this work. She poured her heart into helping us and genuinely loved what she did. She had recently gotten married and was starting a new chapter in her life....Then, in a moment that shattered us all, we walked into class one day and were told the devastating news: Arianna had been murdered by her husband, who then took his own life. The pain was unimaginable. Continuing the program without her felt impossible—but we knew Arianna would have wanted us to push forward. And with the strength of our group, and the incredible support from the staff, we did just that. A special thank you to Casey, our life coach, whose dedication and encouragement helped carry us through such a dark time. This program works. The people at LRADAC care deeply, and I will never forget what they did for me—or the amazing spirit of Arianna. If you’re considering getting help, give this place a chance. It might just save your life.

Guest dosed here while in SC, to be with my daughter while she gave birth to my grandson. My home clinic is the BHG Nashville Treatment Center. I was in and out in minutes, they had my guest dosing paperwork, and all 27 doses ready for me when I got there. Not sure how they bill, but I know in Nashville they tell you the contract says one thing, when it says something else. Aiken BHG was on top of their assignments and did a great job. Columbia metro treatment center (New Seasons) has been a Joy to work with. Many people I know have mentioned how the services New Seasons has provided has improved their lives exponentially. They genuinely care and have a lot to handle and they handle it very professionally. MAT can be utilized for great things. It can bring someone to a stable point in their lives, so that they can start their recovery process without having to be in a problematic state with use. Often times, when folks who’ve had issues with substance use/misuse they are not able to hold down a job, their use affects other area’s of their lives, myself being a recovery coach, a peer support specialist I’ve seen so many people have a new leash on life once they’ve got the chance to utilize the services that New Seasons provides. They make sure that you take accountability, being that you are responsible for getting there to get whatever medication the individual chooses. The nurses, and counselors, along with the director are extremely compassionate and supportive of individuals who may need a little more support than others. If you, or a family member/loved one are thinking about making the decision to utilize medication assisted treatment/recovery, I HIGHLY recommend New Seasons. Your recovery is what you say it is!

I’ve been through it all growing up around alcoholism and watching friends and family members die from addiction! I started using drugs at a very early age and eventually got into some pretty heavy stuff! After countless arrests and surviving too many to count overdoses I finally found the way to true freedom!!! Uturn for Christ is not a rehab so you don’t get the “oh sweetheart it’s okay” or the “take this pill it will help” but what you do get is THE WAY! By building my relationship with the Lord I have found a way to be happy without needing drugs or alcohol! I have found a way to be someone people can trust and have rebuilt a relationship with family! I’ve learned to make better decisions about who I associate with, I’ve learned how to love and be loved and how to be the man God wants me to be! I am forever grateful to have a place that corrects the root of my problems not just putting a bandaid on the surface!

Excellent immediate care for my 19 yr old daughter who was having a severe mental crisis. The associate took us to a room and listened to our concerns then had a team meeting to formulate a plan of action. Today, one week later, we had a meeting with the intake psychologist and a treatment plan was devised. The fantastic front desk person coordinated the various appointments and furnished appointment reminder cards for each one. Mr.Peele the intake psychologist was superb as well!
