Please take the time to hear my story that went from the tragic loss of my counselor ending with resilience, strength, and triumph, as I successfully completed the course. LRADAC’s Outpatient Program was absolutely amazing and truly helped me change my life. From the beginning, Brooke, who placed me in the class that was the perfect fit, showed genuine care and understanding that set the tone for everything that followed. My counselor, Arianna, was beyond incredible. Everyone in my class would agree she was made for this work. She poured her heart into helping us and genuinely loved what she did. She had recently gotten married and was starting a new chapter in her life....Then, in a moment that shattered us all, we walked into class one day and were told the devastating news: Arianna had been murdered by her husband, who then took his own life. The pain was unimaginable. Continuing the program without her felt impossible—but we knew Arianna would have wanted us to push forward. And with the strength of our group, and the incredible support from the staff, we did just that. A special thank you to Casey, our life coach, whose dedication and encouragement helped carry us through such a dark time. This program works. The people at LRADAC care deeply, and I will never forget what they did for me—or the amazing spirit of Arianna. If you’re considering getting help, give this place a chance. It might just save your life.

The Oaks is where life begins anew. I went to the Oaks after drinking and more. How I got there is a story in its self. What I encountered at the Oaks was unbelievable. People who understood me and my problems. Then I was handed the book and my life changed. After my time there I’ve helped a few men myself get there lives back the same way. Once you learn the program you’ll have a better understanding of how to handle life. Since leaving the Oaks I’ve had many many great days. I’ve had meaningful relationships with people. I may have left my drinking buddies behind but I’ve gained some real friends. If you’re in need of help or someone you know does consider the Oaks because it worked for me when I thought nothing would.

Guest dosed here while in SC, to be with my daughter while she gave birth to my grandson. My home clinic is the BHG Nashville Treatment Center. I was in and out in minutes, they had my guest dosing paperwork, and all 27 doses ready for me when I got there. Not sure how they bill, but I know in Nashville they tell you the contract says one thing, when it says something else. Aiken BHG was on top of their assignments and did a great job. Wish I could give the Aiken location more than 5 stars!!

When I 1st started BHG I was literally the definition of rock bottom, if I would of waited another day to come, I probably wouldn't be making this review right now, fentanyl had taken over my life, when I woke up in the morning F is the 1st thing I would do, and think about, the min my eyes opened I was scheming on how I was going to get my pills for the day and of course my wake up for the next day or I wouldn't be able to get out of the bed. When I 1st walked in them doors and walked up to the reception desk she must of seen the pain and desperation on my face, before I could even say anything, she looked at me and said you can let it all go now, your going to make it, we are going to get through this together and she came out to the waiting area and gave me the mother's hug that I needed so much at that time, well she wasn't the receptionist, who are absolutely great, but her name is nurse Kelly, from that day forward February 16th 2022 I have not touched another fentanyl pill , patch or how ever I could get it in my system. By the grace of God leading me in them doors that day, to a group of some of the most caring people, I'm free , all the staff and counselors are just amazing and Daylin my counselor is beyond great, he has a way to instantly make you feel comfortable and you can tell that this just ain't a pay check to him, you can tell that his concern is sincere and he truly wants to be a part of your journey to be clean if I could give BHG 10 stars I would, Thank you BHG for saving me.

Columbia metro treatment center (New Seasons) has been a Joy to work with. Many people I know have mentioned how the services New Seasons has provided has improved their lives exponentially. They genuinely care and have a lot to handle and they handle it very professionally. MAT can be utilized for great things. It can bring someone to a stable point in their lives, so that they can start their recovery process without having to be in a problematic state with use. Often times, when folks who’ve had issues with substance use/misuse they are not able to hold down a job, their use affects other area’s of their lives, myself being a recovery coach, a peer support specialist I’ve seen so many people have a new leash on life once they’ve got the chance to utilize the services that New Seasons provides. They make sure that you take accountability, being that you are responsible for getting there to get whatever medication the individual chooses. The nurses, and counselors, along with the director are extremely compassionate and supportive of individuals who may need a little more support than others. If you, or a family member/loved one are thinking about making the decision to utilize medication assisted treatment/recovery, I HIGHLY recommend New Seasons. Your recovery is what you say it is!

Columbia Metro New Seasons has helped me in so many ways that the other 2 local treatment centers couldn't. The Dr explained why other treatment wasn't working for me and got me where I need to successfully complete treatment. Metro uses an app on your phone where you can pay/check in. I don't have to wait in a line and give personal information in front of others in treatment. Metro made me comfortable by giving me privacy to personal information. None of the other centers care about privacy. I even get my treatment behind a closed door. The staff Counselors/Nurses/Pharmacist/Director go above and beyond. I highly recommend Metro to anyone who is ready for treatment. Metro New Seasons is a professional center.

I have never shared anything this personal but I felt others need to know what help they can offer you. I can't say enough good about New Seasons on Chris Rd West Columbia. I was a patient for 3 years in Charlotte, NC at New Seasons. The difference is nite and day. The new director Carol is an Angel. I can't say enough good about her and the changes she has made here. She is so compassionate and caring for all of her patients and staff. She has an open door policy and no matter what she is always there to listen and help clients as well. I truly feel so welcomed and know the great staff here are here to help you. I have the best counselor I have ever had in all my life. All the counselors are good and Carol only chose the best for us. Addiction is a disease. These people are here to help you, and guide you to the help you deserve. Mo is one of the nurses here and so informative and helpful. Always have a smile on her face.

Three rivers was good. The staff was excellent and very caring and very attentive. They cared lots about me when I was about to have a seizure and anxiety attacks the one thing that really I didn’t like was the patients That would threatened me, even though they had a shot to calm them down after the shot wore off they would continue harassing us the patient that weren’t even bothering them My social worker, Psychiatrist and every other therapist were excellent. The food was OK. There were sometimes that it upset my stomach, but overall there was food that I actually liked. I’m grateful that they also provided us with snacks and I thought it was cool for the behavioral bucks. The one thing I would suggest is having more soap in the public restroom by the nurses station and always be sure that it’s completely clean and also clean the restrooms in the rooms. The janitor was very good. I would also suggest putting the really aggressive, patients that wouldn’t comply put them in another unit separate from the other people because they’re very violent and they sometimes threatened the staff nurses on call and also I would suggest you guys provide Bibles. I believe that they would be very soothing and would comfort those in need additionally with therapy Overall I had a good experience besides the fact of some of the violent patients. Thank you for helping me stay on top of my medication and the very kind thoughtful therapist.

If you are struggling with your mental health and believe that you need to go to a facility, please go here. I can only speak from my experience though, so be sure to read and take into account the other reviews that are posted. The nurses and staff were very kind and considerate. They made sure that I felt comfortable and safe there. They make sure to give you hospital scrubs, socks, toiletries and undergarments if needed. The food there is….interesting. It isn’t too bad, but don’t expect anything Michelin Star rated. The TV is on most of the time, besides when we have group therapy or are getting ready for bed. I have visited 4 times in the past 2 months once for my mom one for my child and twice for myself( initial and follow up visit) I will say this is one of the fastest hospitals I’ve ever visited all four times we were all seen right away! Staff was super friendly and very helpful! This is an old facility so not the cleanest look wise but I haven’t had any issues! I will say that if you’re in a lot of pain and looking for something to manage your pain this is not the hospital for you as from what I gathered they are trying to fight the opioid crisis by not prescribing pain Meds (I looked this up after my mom was seen after her knee replacement in excruciating pain and was given morphine while being seen but nothing at discharge and also after I had my access cut and drained and was sent home with ibuprofen! luckily I have a pretty high pain tolerance) overall they are an amazing hospital depending on your needs I will return and bring my children back!
