Excellent new facility! Im so great full for the government! Staff in the lab were so professional and very up beat Eric was the first person whoever drew blood and I would have never known had I not watched. Excellence in the Medical field right there Thank you Eric!

This place is awesome. I've only had one bad experience and that was while been locked up in the mental treatment ward the first time but other than that it's been great including my 2nd visit to mental ward. They are very professional and caring at this hospital.

Air hugs for all you do.. valet parking folks are kind & quick, love the red coat service, Chaplin is so nice. Women's clinic fabulous. Not sure how all the specialties keep up with everything. LOTS of stuff. Smiles and compassion are priceless for all.

Guest dosed here while in SC, to be with my daughter while she gave birth to my grandson. My home clinic is the BHG Nashville Treatment Center. I was in and out in minutes, they had my guest dosing paperwork, and all 27 doses ready for me when I got there. Not sure how they bill, but I know in Nashville they tell you the contract says one thing, when it says something else. Aiken BHG was on top of their assignments and did a great job. Wish I could give the Aiken location more than 5 stars!!

When I 1st started BHG I was literally the definition of rock bottom, if I would of waited another day to come, I probably wouldn't be making this review right now, fentanyl had taken over my life, when I woke up in the morning F is the 1st thing I would do, and think about, the min my eyes opened I was scheming on how I was going to get my pills for the day and of course my wake up for the next day or I wouldn't be able to get out of the bed. When I 1st walked in them doors and walked up to the reception desk she must of seen the pain and desperation on my face, before I could even say anything, she looked at me and said you can let it all go now, your going to make it, we are going to get through this together and she came out to the waiting area and gave me the mother's hug that I needed so much at that time, well she wasn't the receptionist, who are absolutely great, but her name is nurse Kelly, from that day forward February 16th 2022 I have not touched another fentanyl pill , patch or how ever I could get it in my system. By the grace of God leading me in them doors that day, to a group of some of the most caring people, I'm free , all the staff and counselors are just amazing and Daylin my counselor is beyond great, he has a way to instantly make you feel comfortable and you can tell that this just ain't a pay check to him, you can tell that his concern is sincere and he truly wants to be a part of your journey to be clean if I could give BHG 10 stars I would, Thank you BHG for saving me.

I liked most of the staff and Nurses. I really liked Ashlyn, Christy, and a black nurse that worked night shift. The food was pretty good and they kept it clean and with several things for me to do. It helped me a lot being there

I recommend this place for anyone that needs help for addiction weather it be alcohol or drugs.

Linking professional competency, care and compassion. Not so easy in healthcare today, but from my family’s recent experience I’d say all three were far above our expectation while at Prisma Richland Hospital. My 33 yr old none verbal, non ambulatory daughter was transported last week to 10 West. During her 5 days there we experienced an incredible staff that took extreme pride in their patient care, presented themselves with positive attitudes and behavior that was refreshingly compassionate. Too many exceptional professionals to mention, but I truly mean ALL staff members: charge nurses, techs, dietitians, doctors and neurology team, lab techs and others. Each day I kept thinking, “surely one person is going to let us down, approach with a terrible attitude or appear to not want to do their job”. That never happened. Not once. We are home with hearts full of gratitude and thankful for putting our trust in Prisma Richland.

Did a pretty good job of patching me up after a serious injury requiring 13 stitches however they had me thinking my pain was going to be long term or for the rest of my life the moment they took out the stiches my pain hen stretching went away

The nurses and doctors are great; I’ve been all throughout this hospital at this point. Especially the pediatric emergency room, who I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of getting familiar with due to my kid’s chronic condition. Those ER doctors are top notch and I’m extremely thankful for all that they do. They (and the nurses) do a great job of keeping the atmosphere positive. There are some downsides. The parking situation is atrocious. If I had to go to the main building or the children’s hospital next door, it’s sometimes a quarter-mile walk from the car, if not more. ER parking is also very limited. The admissions process in the main building (5 Medical Pk) is odd. It’s very cramped and they seem primarily like a debt collection service, with actual assistance being secondary. Like they’re gatekeeping medical services until they’re satisfied that your balance is paid. Very “corporate America healthcare”, if you will. E.g., you go through this whole process of sitting down, meeting some admin person in an extremely cramped room who goes through this whole script, just for them to say “oh, you don’t owe anything! Take the elevator to the second floor”. They always seem to have contemptuous attitudes (I suppose I would too in that role, though). Regardless, I’ve never seen this in any other hospital. It’s strange and makes me question the hospital’s priorities. They also seem very understaffed for doctors and nurses in some areas, while other offices are fully staffed. I totally get it, but it’s worth mentioning. Plenty of admin staff tho! The security guards can be… less than professional. I’ll set off the metal detector at the ER and they don’t even get off their cell phone, but just wave me through 🤷‍♂️. Don’t try to use the “wrong door” though. Only time I’ve seen them do anything security-wise is straight up screaming at people if they try. Must moonlight as TSA agents, lol. Negatives aside, the doctors and nurses are fantastic. Admin side is hit or miss.

This program changed my life it gave me my life back and help me navigate through life everyday now I own my own car I stay in my own place I pay my own bills and I work my own job stuff that I wasn't able to accomplish before I came to better but not broken this was the best decision that I ever made in my life it changed my life so if you want life-changing experience this is a place to go to

The time I spent at BBnB was life-changing! Latanya taught me a new way of life which I am still living today, eight years later. Everyone involved in the ministry are great people. This is an amazing place to come if you want to gain and maintain a lifestyle based in recovery drom addiction!

I had a ok time Ms. L was very nice to me Ms. Miranda was very nice to everyone she helped me out when I was crying I had one friend and the only bad thing that did happen was during groups a boy forced me to touch his dick... I have major ptsd so I cried that night Ms. Kayla (I think that's her name) was a amazing tech! ♡ they played lil peep for me when we could request music (alot of other places I been to didnt!!) I did so well I got out after being there for only 5 days! some of these reviews are different opinions but other than that I got out happy !!! ♡♡

This place helped me so much! I was there for around 7 months back at the end of 2018-2019 i even completed my GED there. And now im married and expecting my first baby. I couldn't be happier. Yall completely changed my life. The staff are so caring and the principal there was awesome! And my therapist Anne was perfect for me i couldn’t of asked for a better one!
