The time I spent at BBnB was life-changing! Latanya taught me a new way of life which I am still living today, eight years later. I needed to learn how to live a structured, disciplined life in society after incarceration and BBnB helped me obtain those skills. BBnB was a stepping stone in the journey of God’s plan for my life and I am forever grateful for the program and the staff!

Have had nothing but solid care from this clinic. I don't even live in the States but go back once a year. I make the appointment months in advance online. They send reminders. Staff and Doctors are perfectly fine. If I need to change the date/time for some reason (I usually do), there is never an issue. It's a solid clinic for sure. See ya' in two weeks!

My first visit to the Rock Hill Clinic this afternoon! Very positive experience. Check-in was easy and polite. NP (Doc) Doran was excellent, very interested and aggressive (in a positive way) in obtaining my L-O-N-G medical history. Her technical asst. Erica was great as well. I feel like I was in the company of two Professional ALL-STARS!!!!

Noticed all the bad reviews have 2 or 3 things in common 1- Felt there should've been (more) reminders to not miss the app. 2- Didn't like their tone. 3- Were tthere 1 or more years ago. Maybe they took these criticisms to heart last year, which is a little before I started visiting, since I get an almost annoying amount of reminders (phone, email, etc) and everyone treats me like family. But I'd like to address these complaints in order: 1- Aren't you a veteran? Have you no shame? When I'm told I'm due anywhere, by anyone, I just need the time/place/uniform from them (uniform= the "why" in the civi world). Sound familiar? I like that they "over-do" it with the reminders now, because missed apps are costly and disruptive, you're inability to manage your schedule and meet your own commitments means less available app slots for me and the rest of us who respected our battle buddies enough to not make them drag us out of the barracks to formation late. You got the last existing phone without a calendar/reminder function?🤨 Grow up, take responsibility, you're embarrassing us. Do push-ups😂 2- People should be nice to each other, but that also means compassion. If you need your health providers to kiss your butt and say my pleasure to every thank you they hear, you're also not being very compassionate. Don't be rude, sure, but as a former healthcare worker experienced in managing Karens, I can tell you the job is hard and underpaid enough to not have any time for extra "retail courtesy", that obviously fake level of servant-like submission to your "masters" (ie customers) some people seem to require as part of their expectation to be "wowed". If their attitude is what cost you (eg they wouldn't talk to you) then yeah, you should speak up, but one review whined that they didn't ask the right questions🤯 Seriously!? OK, so they don't get the CS award, but it's YOUR health! You got something you know you want to tell them, how bout you soldier up and say it then? They're not your boyfriend, and btw, he couldn't read your mind either, so be a (polite) grown up when you remind them they canceled your previous app and it's causing you hardship. They are caring human beings that can (in my experience) be reasoned with, not scrub adorned androids built to massage your delicate ego😉 3- My recent experiences defies older reviews, so I'll give those critical reviews the benefit of doubt and say sorry that happened last year, but my experience these days is different. Sure they can improve, honestly I'd have given them 4stars were it not for the unfair skewing of the average rating that uses old and questionable reviews, but they clearly care, and that's more than I've gotten from lots of fancy looking and expensive private facilities.

Hello, I was a Resident here for almost 2 years and I left 2025 June 27th, When I first got here it was rough, yeah and sure there was staff that weren't there for the kids and were there for the paycheck, but then you have the staff that were supportive and took time out of their day to talk to us and supplies while still remaining professional. I will like to give a shout-out to Derrick Falls, James Green, Jennifer Updike, Kayla Wentzky, Renee Little, Allison Clifford, Curtis Barnes. And Holley. Personally I see all these other reviews from pass residents and it does disgust me because all you have to do is follow the program and do what you are told. Also the food is great, this place could have served us residents crap if they wanted too. But overall, this place will break you, and rebuild you, but it's up to you how you want to be rebuilt.

I really do like this practice. Yes, its hard getting them to return calls but the psychiatrist and nurse i see are really nice. They both were extremely understanding. Also, they are the first doctors to spend over 30 mins each and every appointment! Every psychiatrist ive seen in the past (other practices) has you in and out of there office in 5 mins. So overall i am impressed with them. I have seen psychiatrists that were 100 percent self pay who were a joke.

Pasadena Villa really helped me. I was not wanting to do group but let me tell you. These sessions are thorough and gives you the space to share with others and learn the curriculum! I feel better, and I think I'm going to be ok. Update.....I'm still ok. Pasadena Villa has been a huge help in my healing journey and I truly feel that my life is forever changed. I feel so much more secure within myself, so much more confident in my ability to manage difficult emotions, and I feel at peace knowing I am capable of carrying myself into this next chapter with grace, courage, and vulnerability. Carly was truly a life changing presence for me and therapist. Justin has been an incredible support and accountability partner throughout this process. Shawna broke my brain in the most beautiful ways in art therapy and she challenged me to see myself in a different light. Alex helped me find a new love for yoga and mindfulness. These staff members truly care about you and I recommend this to anyone who feels a little lost.

My experience at PV has been life changing. Even at only one week here I learned so many skills on how to regulate my emotions. I was skeptical of the group setting but it actually helps you speak your mind and talk about hard topics that you normally wouldn’t to friends or family. Over my 5 weeks I’ve been treated with nothing but respect and empathy from every employee, my group and especially my therapist Alex who makes me feel seen and heard. I owe my life to Alex who supports me and validates me. Thank you to this program and everyone who helped me change my life.

I have been going here for a year now and I have had no problems. The difference in Mcleod and otherr clincs is Mcleod is really set up to help you succeed. If you come to people as people and treat the staff with respect and understanding, they will do the same for you. I have dosed at the other clinic in Gastonia before I came to Mcleod and I prefer Mcleod 100 percent. Staff really does care here about your life and your recovery. Abby is wonderful and will do whatever she can to help you if you have a problem, the nurses are all nice and polite, the front desk ladies are always friendly and smiling (even at 5 am), my counselor is great, and the peer support staff (Karen) is wonderful as well. So like the other review said, " you get what you put in,." If you want to have a better quality of life and become and maintain your soberity, go to Mcleod, they have everything there to help you get where you need.

I've had upset and downs but im dedicated to the quality service not only New Seasons as a whole brings.. but it takes the individuals working with you, as you learn you want to better your life!! If you don't want it still give it a try, you'll save your life and the loved ones that will hurt without you! 💯 Jejuan's one of the most caring pharmacists around, the nurses and insurance lady have smiles and patience as long as you're trying!! As far as people bashing couselors... It goes back to the goldden rule.. Treat others as you want to be treated, and if you feel it's unfair speak with the director- because she doesn't play when it comes to care of staff or patients.... This place has had its fair share of up-and-down in the last 10 years. But what I can say, is this, There is a counselor named Keith if you were a seasoned addict and you need genuine counselor, I want you to request Keith. This man has been in my life for 10 years, and as I came back-and-forth between clinics, he always became my counselor again. Never judgmental, Always always rational and you can’t help but to put a smile on your face when you’re around him his aura, It is purple. And I’m telling you right now he is a blessing to this place. The program director is also a counselor that has been there for a while and moved her way up. She is also fair and a sweetheart tells me to have a good morning every day. The financial person that does insurance she will work with you as long as you are doing for yourself and trying to make a better way for yourself they will help you. A lot of these bad reviews from people that are victim, mentality and don’t want to change their paradigm. It starts with the most important part, YOU

I am from California, I spent 3 months at the facility. They definitely over charge you for treatment. Their facilities aren't the best....however there are some people here doing almighty work. One such person is Hakim. He is a counselor here. He is a good man with a good heart, he cares about people. I wish he would transfer to California and be my counselor there. He really helped to see many things in a different way. He's very passionate about his patients and the job he does. I would guess they don't pay him nearly enough for how valuable he is to this facility. I hope to see Hakim again one day. There is also Jay who is often the only nurse in the dispensery. Either way folks like them are rare in today world.

This is a response to the last review I see, the lady with a small star on her icon. Methadone is a safe medication, it stops withdrawals from illicit opiates and does not get the person in treatment "high", which allows the patient to get their lives back. Please educate yourself on methadone and methadone treatment centers.

Obviously the people saying "one addiction for another" has very limited understanding of this treatment and addiction. Yes, this treatment can take years. This verses cold turkey/abstaining is night and day with success rates. Or I like to call that the "just pray about it and hope" method. BTW it doesn't work. If it did, nobody would have an addiction. These people complaining are still failing drug test and trying to play the system. Eventually u have to admit defeat and surrender to ur recovery and stop trying to use illegal substances by counting days till ur testing is done or sneaking in urine or basically trying to manipulate ur recovery process. I promise u will get out of recovery what energy u put into it as well . Yes, there are a couple nursed that seem to not get we r patients and we pay thousands of dollars a year to be there and yet they treat us as if we r at the dmv. One is down right rude and doesn't even look at us. She will not speak to us u less ahe has to. We will not miss her when she goes we just really hope she leaves soon.
