Talbert House- Turtle Creek Center is a halfway house that serves as a community corrections program for federal, state, and county offenders. The process begins with an assessment to determine the appropriate treatment plan for a residential program. Services include case management, substance use disorder treatment, mental health treatment, criminal and behavior modification, restitution and child support, frequent and random drug testing, education, employment readiness, verified and monitored community employment, and a variety of supportive activities that ultimately help move participants toward a new way of living. Transportation to and from work within an 11 mile radius is also offered. In the cases where electronic monitoring is needed, it will be utilized.

At Aspire Health Partners, the Medication Assisted Treatment Program provides medications along with comprehensive medical, psychiatric, and behavioral counseling. FDA approved medications are used to support withdrawal from opioid drugs and to help maintain long term abstinence. By combining medication with mental health treatment, a greater chance of success is achieved for long term abstinence.

Mental health treatment focuses on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and other challenging psychiatric conditions. Individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy all serve as ways to deliver mental health support. These services can be administered in an inpatient setting, within an outpatient setting, or at a clinical office. At Talbert House, this will be experienced during the residential stay.
