I was going to a clinic in Cincinnati... They were very rude and disrespectful. I put up with that for 4 year's!! We'll not anymore!! I found this place in Lebanon and they are great. Respectful friendly and furthermore they really care! Great people, for great recovery!!

Before coming to Lumiere Healing Centers I had been to other rehabs, not had a great experience, and was not willing to go back. Fortunately my family found this facility for me, and with a loving nudge, I reluctantly checked myself into detox. It was the best decision I've ever made in my life! I was in detox for 10 days followed by a 30 day residential program. From the nursing staff, to the counselors and case managers, I couldn't have been treated with more grace. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and I'm not kidding, I would have paid good money for some of the dinners I enjoyed at Lumiere. The rooms are kept clean, there's a TV and private bath in each of them, and the entire property overlooks one of the most beautiful golf courses in southern Ohio. Without Lumiere I don't know if I'd still be here today, but with them, I'm sober, working my steps, and living a happy wonderful life for the first time in decades. Thank you Lumiere from the bottom of my heart. If you or any of your friends or family members need help with drugs or alcohol, please check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

One of the better rehabs I have ever been do. Chef Lora deserves all the praise, a legitimate CHEF. Tvs in the rooms, it can get quite boring but you're able to go outside whenever you want, basketball was a great way to kill time. The food is absolutely terrific I can't say that enough. Nursing staff and doctors do try and meet your needs. They offer snacks like PB&J fruit, cereal whenever you want it. Juice dispenser. I've been to some places where you can't even get suitable drinking water. Just be sure to not bring any meds with you they will throw them away, also if you drive yourself, they will tow your car. I had to have someone drive two hours just to park it in a neighborhood near by.

Brightview in Wilmington, Ohio has truly been a lifesaver for me. The staff there is truly compassionate and caring. I was an emotional mess when I first stopped there. I didn t even have an appointment, but I knew I had to get help right away. I ll be forever grateful to the nurse, Linda, who came to my aid. She welcomed me and my tears with open arms. All of the other staff are truly amazing as well. My Dr. Don truly has a heart of gold and my counselor Lisa is Heaven Sent! I ve never felt judged or uncomfortable in any way. Everyone that works there is amazing! My thanks goes out to Paula, Lola, Amanda and ALL the staff that have been there to help me through the struggles life has thrown at me this last year. I can t recall all the names of the other smiling faces that greet me each time I go there, but they all have a way of making me feel like I m seeing a friend. Awesome job, Brightview! I really feel like God guided my way to you! Thank you!

Cedar Oaks Wellness was an absolute life changer for me. The campus and staff were both vital in my recovery. I cannot give enough thanks to AJ, one of the group facilitators. Her methods of teaching are unlike any other I have ever experienced, and absolutely changed my perspective on many aspects of my life for the better. She taught me how to cultivate true meaning and how to give myself grace that I lacked for most of my life. My counselor Carmela taught me how to be present in the moment and to avoid the constant worry of the future. The discharge coordinator Ben was also a huge help in keeping me on the right track and presenting me with options of continued treatment with honesty. The nursing staff and resident assistants were very professional and personable, as well as Jeff and Betsy in the kitchen. Beyond the hot meals they served, the genuine care they showed created a comfortable atmosphere. Their attention and precision of each persons dietary needs was impressive.Thank you AJ and thank you Cedar Oaks

If ur looking for a great place to get ur life back on track I highly recommend this place the time I spent there going through the detox stage then the residential was great the staff is so friendly and helpful I got to give a shout out to Carrie,Amy,Alyssa,Lee.the RA and Betsy the chef and a real big shout out to my girl AJ you gave me so much hope. As a resident at Sibcy House I received A+ level care. The care team assembled for me was outstanding. Presenting with multiple diagnoses, they addressed each with professional and caring treatments. I highly recommend Lindner Center of Hope and Sibcy House for anyone seeking mental health care.

Dr Rodriguez how do I tell you in a brief sentence of a lifetime with the doctor he has been with me through the ups the downs and all around. The very worst he has been with me through the passing of my very most precious husband that I loved more than life. I have to say really Dr Rodriguez there's no better doctor out there he's the best. He has seen me through so many different things and I've always gotten through them with his help thank you very much. And really thank you is not enough.

The receptionists are very courteous. Drs Dowdy and Cole are very professional and have assisted with my treatment for many years. I've had a traumatic year which would've ended with me being inpatient even 5 years ago! But with their skills training and the stabilizing medications I was able to cope without going inpatient. They do an effective job of giving you the tools, motivation, and support that one needs to succeed in recovery. I'm very thankful I found this facility. I've been blessed with 6 successful years in my recovery.

I love Brightview I've been going there for almost 2 years and I've never been to a treatment center that I honestly love going too .

Hotel California by the Sea was one of the best decisions I have ever made. With all the stress trying to seek help, they made it so comforting. From Detox to the classroom, all the staff knew your name and were always there to help. Everyone was incredibly friendly and insightful. They truly care for their clients, and make the necessary accommodations throughout your treatment plan. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for treatment.

Hotel California by The Sea is the foundation in which my life of addiction stopped. I am extremely grateful for the staff and lifelong friends that I made during my stay there. Without a doubt would recommend this facility to anyone serious about wanting a change. The three things that have kept me sober and grounded to this day are patience, open mindedness, and willingness and these principles were suggested by my daily reflection, meditations, and group sessions that I had there.

Going to Hotel California by the Sea in Ohio changed my entire life.It's hard to find quality treatment near me. Hotel being located in Ohio made it so much easier to get the help that I needed while still being near my home. Their staff are so friendly and kind, they made me feel safe my entire stay. Their homes were super cozy and nice- better than any hotel I've ever stayed in!I'm so grateful to the staff and doctors who worked with me throughout my time at Hotel. This is the longest I've ever stayed sober outside of treatment, and I can't thank them enough for that.

Short wait time. Great nurse practitioner. Most staff members are patient.

I love this place! The staff are all incredibly sweet. They have snacks & hot chocolate for when you re in the induction room waiting on meds or your first time starting mat. They have either intensive outpatient or regular outpatient. The decision is based on the care they believe you need to succeed in your journey. Everyone is different. If you choose to do mat or come for groups/therapy, that s your choice. As long as you re not here from either jail or court. For me, I come once every week & I will soon go down yo bi weekly & then monthly. You have the option here to see a psychiatrist, which in my opinion is just great. Not all of us can find resources that work in our favor where they re all in the same building. They work with your schedule & needs. Please take the time to give this place a try if it s your first time seeking help for outpatient care. They are genuinely friendly & helpful. I ve been going here for a month & I feel like this time around I ve made transformations. We are all in this together! Get the help you need!

Great place to be now. Doctors,counselors,nurses, etc. Better ran now than before.Just took away a star because of how every time you need something and call and I needed to speak to my counselor for a minute has nothing to do with her but they want to know and ask and get rude if you don't tell them your private information that is supposed to be confidential..... It's understandable that they're trying to see if they can help with anything. But to keep prying to try to find out what it is about etc. Is not okay. Counselors and are the ones that, "need to know", why i need to speak with them. Period.

The staff at BrightView are extremely helpful and they care about their clients! They tend to go out of their way to make sure clients get the best chance to at sobriety. Thank you!

Kayleigh is my favorite person at Beckett Springs, she is so kinda and beyond helpful. I felt very comfortable talking to her. even though she does the insurance part but it was a good start for me and it s beckett springs. just her kindness helped me get started here! Thank you Kayleigh!!!!

It s been years since I attended And it has still to this day been one of the best mental health experiences of my life. I d choose this one if I was you.

I attended the IOP at Changes and loved it! I was very apprehensive to attend group therapy, but it was truly the best decision I have ever made. My therapists, Jenna and Maddie, were so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. In group, you learn about skills to cope with anxiety and depression. The skills I have learned are truly life-changing and empowering. I attended therapy for one month.Every person I have met at Changes, from nurses to administrators and the psychiatrist, have all been kind, accepting and loving.Changes is a safe place to be yourself, be vulnerable and learn. Make the choice to attend, you won t regret it.

All the staff are professional and attentive to a patients needs. The skills I ve learned will help me navigate my mental and physical health for the rest of my life. I would recommend Beckett Springs Changes to anyone who needs help learning and achieving better mental health.

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. . I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

I have been at eastway for years excellent! Staff too work with great doctors.and I'm just not saying that just too be saying that it's true I've always been able too get my meds which is one ofthe important reason too go to eastway other than the nurse staff and Doctors.If you need help I highly recommend eastway.ps I'm doing very well on my meds and help from my case manager. Remember everything doesn't go your way . But the Doctors know thier job. You just have too do your part also.
