The receptionists are very courteous. Drs Dowdy and Cole are very professional and have assisted with my treatment for many years. I've had a traumatic year which would've ended with me being inpatient even 5 years ago! But with their skills training and the stabilizing medications I was able to cope without going inpatient. Stop researching treatment centers because this one is hands down the best!! I've been to several treatment centers and The Ridge is in a league of their own- for all the good reasons! Yes, it is a beautiful home like atmosphere with a lot of luxuries and outstanding food but the main reason I found The Ridge so helpful to me was the loving and supportive staff and amazing program. And the support doesn't stop when you leave! I enrolled in IOP and am plugged into the many alumni events they host. My recovery community is filled today with Ridge Alum and I owe my recovery to the tools I learned at The Ridge and all the continue support I get from them.

The Ridge is an incredible place to go to for treatment. They keep you plenty busy with group therapy sessions as well as 1 on 1 sessions with a councilor, and there are lots of things to do during recreation time. I’m grateful I was able to find a treatment center with staff that truly care about me and work to foster a friendly environment among all patients. If you’re looking for help I can think of no better place to go to than the Ridge for residential treatment.

Before coming to Lumiere Healing Centers I had been to other rehabs, not had a great experience, and was not willing to go back. Fortunately my family found this facility for me, and with a loving nudge, I reluctantly checked myself into detox. It was the best decision I've ever made in my life! I was in detox for 10 days followed by a 30 day residential program. From the nursing staff, to the counselors and case managers, I couldn't have been treated with more grace. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and I'm not kidding, I would have paid good money for some of the dinners I enjoyed at Lumiere. The rooms are kept clean, there's a TV and private bath in each of them, and the entire property overlooks one of the most beautiful golf courses in southern Ohio. Without Lumiere I don't know if I'd still be here today, but with them, I'm sober, working my steps, and living a happy wonderful life for the first time in decades. One of the better rehabs I have ever been do. Chef Lora deserves all the praise, a legitimate CHEF. Tvs in the rooms, it can get quite boring but you're able to go outside whenever you want, basketball was a great way to kill time. The food is absolutely terrific I can't say that enough. Nursing staff and doctors do try and meet your needs. They offer snacks like PB&J fruit, cereal whenever you want it. Juice dispenser. I've been to some places where you can't even get suitable drinking water. Just be sure to not bring any meds with you they will throw them away, also if you drive yourself, they will tow your car. I had to have someone drive two hours just to park it in a neighborhood near by.

Cedar Oaks Wellness was an absolute life changer for me. The campus and staff were both vital in my recovery. I cannot give enough thanks to AJ, one of the group facilitators. Her methods of teaching are unlike any other I have ever experienced, and absolutely changed my perspective on many aspects of my life for the better. She taught me how to cultivate true meaning and how to give myself grace that I lacked for most of my life. Hotel California by The Sea is the foundation in which my life of addiction stopped. I am extremely grateful for the staff and lifelong friends that I made during my stay there. Going to Hotel California by the Sea in Ohio changed my entire life.It's hard to find quality treatment near me. Hotel being located in Ohio made it so much easier to get the help that I needed while still being near my home. Their staff are so friendly and kind, they made me feel safe my entire stay. Their homes were super cozy and nice- better than any hotel I've ever stayed in!I'm so grateful to the staff and doctors who worked with me throughout my time at Hotel. I love this place! The staff are all incredibly sweet. They have snacks & hot chocolate for when you re in the induction room waiting on meds or your first time starting mat. They have either intensive outpatient or regular outpatient. The decision is based on the care they believe you need to succeed in your journey. Everyone is different. If you choose to do mat or come for groups/therapy, that s your choice. As long as you re not here from either jail or court. For me, I come once every week & I will soon go down yo bi weekly & then monthly. You have the option here to see a psychiatrist, which in my opinion is just great. Not all of us can find resources that work in our favor where they re all in the same building. They work with your schedule & needs. Please take the time to give this place a try if it s your first time seeking help for outpatient care. They are genuinely friendly & helpful. I ve been going here for a month & I feel like this time around I ve made transformations. We are all in this together! Get the help you need!

Great place to be now. Doctors,counselors,nurses, etc. Better ran now than before.Just took away a star because of how every time you need something and call and I needed to speak to my counselor for a minute has nothing to do with her but they want to know and ask and get rude if you don't tell them your private information that is supposed to be confidential..... It's understandable that they're trying to see if they can help with anything. But to keep prying to try to find out what it is about etc. Is not okay. Counselors and are the ones that, "need to know", why i need to speak with them. Period.

I am new to the VA Healthcare system and had my initial primary care visit today at the Clermont County VA Clinic and I was very impressed with the quality of care I received. The doctor was very thorough, listened to my concerns, and performed a detailed medical checkup. The RN and LPN were also very thorough and I felt they did their job great. The Check-in and Check-out staff were friendly and helpful. The "Vampire Team" who drew my blood for the lab work was awesome; I didn't feel a thing. Great job Clermont County VA Clinic! I was in this program in 2013 and even though it was not an immediate cure the people there gave you a wonderful start for healing. They were very caring and providing in every aspect.. Even at this late date, not cured but so much better off and grateful for having been there in that program.

My review would be 5 stars but today I was on my way to see my new counselor and pick up my weekly takehomes beforehand because I was told I could do that, they have bounced me around to several counselors for no reason. I had an appointment at noon and was under impression I could pick my meds up beforehand. But I guess I was supposed to come before twelve is what my new counselor said she told me. Difference of opinion but really my main reason for 2 stars is because I arrived at 12:11 and had my counselor let them know beforehand exactly what time id get there. So I just feel like the 2 nurses that were there , that one could of left their window open for me. I also understand that I should know dosing hours after a year, but since I come so early I had no need to learn them. I was so upset I had tears. I'm over it now but having to skip a dose today seems unjust. I already work 3rd shift and literally had to stay up to come to that noon appointment w new counselor. Because y'all have so many quit. I went from Andrea to Brent to Daniella and have to work around their schedules constantly.P.S. I've been attending for a year now , never been late, I always arrive between 6-8 am. I'm always respectful, so honestly it's very upsetting that I was turned away when I never bother anyone for anything. Thank you.Updating my review. The director kindly explained to me the situation and that's all I wanted. Thank you Kelly.

I attended the IOP at Changes and loved it! I was very apprehensive to attend group therapy, but it was truly the best decision I have ever made. My therapists, Jenna and Maddie, were so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. In group, you learn about skills to cope with anxiety and depression. The skills I have learned are truly life-changing and empowering. I attended therapy for one month.Every person I have met at Changes, from nurses to administrators and the psychiatrist, have all been kind, accepting and loving.Changes is a safe place to be yourself, be vulnerable and learn.
