I have been using this facility for a year now and its been nothing but a positive experience. Staff and doctors have been helpful, understanding, and have provided top notch care. This facility provides care for everything possible and if they cant fit you in they will refer you out to community care. Only negative thing I can say is after the new system was in place messaging has become a little less effective. Hopefully that will get better after everyone gets better using it. This place is genuinely lifesaving. The PHP/IOP programs are group therapy in a class-like setting where you learn coping/emotional regulation skills. As long as you're willing to put in the effort then this place can really make a positive change. Most of the staff are very caring, and Madi in particular is genuinely one of the best people they could have had for the job here. I get my meds when I need them. Some body usually answers the phone depending on what day it is and time of day. I also like how all the Services all in one building. They Offer a lot of programs that will help you but you have to be willing to put in the work. Case management is amazing those woman that work up there are the best on what they do. The psychiatrist we found is a gem, who shares her professional advice after listening to our experiences and concerns. Dr. Kaitlyn Pollack is professional, understanding and friendly. However, finding a therapist that you trust and respect is a process, because you likely will have to try a few before finding the right person to help you. We went through six therapists in six months at the Xenia location, because they shuffled us from one to another regardless of the fact that my daughter was there for help with separation anxiety. Leslie Boston 4 years ago I've been a client on and off for multiple years for Substance Use Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder. I've always been pleased with the care I receive. I've participated in their IOP, PHP, After-care, individual therapy, and psychiatric programs. I've received medical help including the Vivitrol shot. The counselors are great (I've had at least seven different ones) and care about their clients. They are able to refer to higher levels of care if needed. They accept Caresource. EVERY person working there is amazing and will help you with anything they can. Sad to see Brittany go she was a great counselor. I’ve read the few negative reviews and without question can tell you they aren’t true. I was one of their first clients and they definitely worked with my work schedule and whatever else i had come up in life. Honestly no bs there isn’t a single thing i can say bad about them at all. I am very grateful for everything they have done for me and the big part they played in changing my life.
