Real talk, in all seriousness, I couldn't say enough positive things about Vancouver CTC. They were apart of my story at my lowest low, and I genuinely credit Angela, Ken & Teresa (if you've been or end up going, you'll know who I am referring to) for helping get me back into recovery and helping change my life. Today, I have 130 days sober and am rebuilding my life. That aside, I cant thank the staff at VCTC enough for the positive impact they have made on my life. Honestly, I could list them all, every staff member is incredible and perfectly fulfills their roll. I've been to 5 other MAT clinics, and honest to God, VCTC is better than all 5 combined. Believe that.
Thank you for supporting me on my journey,

This place saved me.
At first arrival, I was sketched out for sure. I was about to leave when two of the staff, Scott and John spoke with me and put me at enough ease to check in to the detox facility. I had so much trepidation but once I was in, I was so happy I stayed. Each and every one of the staff is amazing! From the nurses who are awesome(Boo especially), the BHT’s who genuinely care and go above and beyond to bring as much comfort as possible during my stay, to the therapists and medical clinicians, all were a huge part of my recovery. Even the C level, Bethany was present and available when needed.
The food was great and regularly improving.
The beds were comfortable, rooms are basic but everything that is needed. The room I was in had a Roku tv so I was fortunate but from what I heard every room will be getting one which is nice to be able to be able to secluded myself when I wanted and just zone out to shows to pass time.
All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for any detox needs.

Vancouver, WA | Lifeline Connections- Vancouver is a substance use disorder treatment center and dual diagnosis treatment center located in Vancouver, Oregon. They use evidence based addiction treatment approaches and therapeutic interventions that target the whole person mind, body, and spirit. Lifeline Connections- Vancouver offers residential treatment services | Treatments Programs Payment Options | The Women's recovery center is absolutely amazing. From the facility to the food to the best staff I've ever gotten care from (and I've been to treatment more times than I care to admit), it's just wonderful all around. I honestly want to go back as an employee someday just because I love them so much. There isn't one person on staff that's uncaring or rude or hard to get along with. They all love the work they do and it shows. They listen to everyone's unique needs and do their absolute best to accommodate what they can and if they don't there's a darn good reason for it. The schedule is great, not too much but not too little.. the food is incredible, you get to go to the YMCA and go for walks with Go the Distance, they take those that choose to go to church.. I just can't say enough good about them. I still call and check in and they get excited to hear from me and are cheering me on but I've relapsed in the past and had to go back and they welcomed me with open arms. No shame or judgement at all. It's honestly the best treatment center I've ever gone to and would highly recommend it to anyone..

The Lifeline Women’s program has done so much to help me on my journey to recovery. Through the classes and peer led panels at Lifeline I have gained a support system that will continue to help me on my journey. I love the staff, it is a group of individuals who absolutely care about every single woman who enters the doors. They take the time to get to know each patient and their needs. You will have the opportunity to visit one of the medication assisted centers to get on either Methadone or Suboxone, you will have access to mental health counseling which includes equine therapy, you can visit the dentist and the doctor while a patient. All of your needs will be met while you are a resident at Lifeline. You will even get the opportunity to earn a nice pair of walking/running shoes, a new sports bra, a medal and a certificate after completing 10 “Go TheDistance” walks.

Individual counseling, group therapy, skills classes, educational programming, medication evaluation, and psychiatric care are available. Clients may work with staff to determine the length of treatment needed to address their personal area | Treatments Programs Payment Options | PEOPLE stop leaving bad reviews bc of the hospital, this isn't the hospital it's a group therapy organization that's run out of the hospital.
Adapt+ is by far and large one of the greatest group therapy organizations I have ever been in. They are a hybrid IOP and PHP organization, providing both scheduled group therapy and partial hospitalization. All of the counselors and psyciatrists are compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. They are one of the only programs I have been in where feedback was given and actually taken into consideration and eventually put into place. I really cannot recommend this place enough, they are truly amazing.
People wonder why mental health is so bad in this country. I can confidently say that Adapt+ is not contributing, instead choosing consistently effective mental health treatment over money.

Im only giving 5 stars because the staff here is nice and they listen well and always help out when my husband has stomach episodes. My husband and i came in again today first time in a few months he's gotten sick like this, he has a cancerous cyst in his esophagus that causes issues with his stomach so he’s on a special diet until we find out what triggers him. Sometimes he eats something that sets him off and he ends up puking and dry heaving until he cant stand and he can’t keep any fluids down so i bring him here to get an IV with fluids so he doesn't dehydrate! The doctors, the nurses, the medical assistants, everyone here is wonderful they always listen to me and do great with him. What saddens me is today i was in the waiting room with him and there was a hand full of people staring at him while he was puking and dry heaving, and making comments and telling people not to sit next to us because they thought he was contagious even though i had clarified he is not and that its a pre existing condition. It became so uncomfortable to the point i wheeled my husband into the hallway and waited there and stood in front of him so no one could stare. Everyone in the waiting room didn't even show signs of being sick, no one was coughing or puking or pale or had any visible sickness. They all just sat around on their phones chit chatting and staring at my husband and making comments, and half of them got into a room before my husband who is in agonizing pain. One of the women in there kept announcing that she had cancer, and was even being disrespectful to the staff, and talking down of the staff saying no one here knows how to do their job, she offered me these odd candies for my husband and I politely turned her down and she immediately caught an attitude. Y’all need to grow up. Im sure if you were in my husbands position or my position you wouldn’t enjoy that either. So folks think before you speak.

Vancouver is the 293rd most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $52089. This is lower than the average cost of $56539 for addiction treatment in Washington and lower than the national average cost for drug rehab of $57,193.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Vancouver vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below. There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Vancouver. Most rehab treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Vancouver that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here's the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment near Vancouver.
Blue Cross Blue Shield is the most widely-accepted insurance for drug rehabs in Vancouver, with 17 treatment centers in the city accepting their insurance. UnitedHealth Group is the 2nd most popular with 14 treatment centers accepting it followed by Cigna in 3rd accepted by 13 drug rehabs.
Vancouver has the 124th highest rate of drug use nationwide among nearly 400 cities surveyed. This number reflects the combined use of cocaine, heroin, meth, and marijuana, displayed individually below. The percent shown for each drug represents the number of residents in Clark county that have reported ever using the following drugs, so these numbers should not be interpreted as direct evidence of current drug use in Vancouver or Clark county as a whole.
In 2023, Vancouver had the 310th highest number narcotics violations out of 330 cities nationwide, with a total of 49 reported drug-related incidents that year. This includes cases of public intoxication, drug arrests, narcotics found during house calls and traffic stops, and any other drug-related crime.
Keep in mind these numbers are dependent on accurate record keeping and reporting laws by local police and sheriffs, and may not fully reflect all drug related crime in Vancouver. All values are per 100,000 population.
