This is a caring and wonderful counseling center. I’ve been helped tremendously by the faith based compassionate counseling here. If you are a believer, or even if you’re not but want to try a somewhat different perspective, I have found it to be a judgement free and accepting place of healing. I’ve met with Cheryl but everyone there seems kind and supportive as well. Highly recommend this practice!

Be careful… they say at the beginning that they work in network with your medical insurance and after some therapy sessions they let you know that you have to pay from your own pocket… so make sure they really work in network with your insurance to avoid surprises… 💸💸💸💸

I was seeing a therapist and out of the blue I was unable to reach her. I called and was told she would contact me when she could due to a family emergency. That’s understandable; however, there should be a supervisor or someone else I could talk to. Whoever picked up the phone rushed me off the phone and did not offer any kind of help. I now have to search for a new therapist. Very unprofessional.

We have no record of you ever seeing a counselor here. We do hope that you find the perfect counselor to help you.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.
