Better days is a high care level facility with outstanding staff. The classes are center focused on useful tools to assist you when you are ready to get back on track. This facility is a prime example of care from cleanliness all the way to the ability to give the attention/self care one deserves. The message each facilitator brings to the group session echoes through as it becomes understood with the time you choose to give toward it. Not only was the space inviting but you are gifted with an excellent chef who cares deeply about serving you the highest quality of cuisines. There was no room for error when creating this oasis of an experience. You know you re in the greatest of hands when coming here. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
Inpatient Inpatient rehab provides intensive treatment for clients exiting detox, those in early recovery, and those at an elevated risk of relapse. Unlike outpatient drug rehab, clients receiving inpatient care reside at the facility for the duration of the program. The length of stay may range from two weeks to 18 months or more, depending on the client's needs and the program's design. Inpatient treatment typically involves extensive addiction education and recovery-focused life skills training.
Intensive Outpatient Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.
