Security guard failed to use legal action and appropriate measures open handed per legal regulations that are aloud. Also did not detain suspects until authorities arrival. I was told I could not file a complaint and that because I'm not a lawyer I wouldn't be able to file witness statements. Which is completely false, especially if you know what you are doing. Going for law suit if situation happens again.

Diamond Security Guards are so great one of the bus stations in my area is starting to look more like San Francisco streets. The security guard just sits there while the bus station is overrun with homeless people. Why station a security guard when there’s nothing they can do?

Absolute abhorrent and disgusting behavior by one of your clown guards!! He was seen on a viral video in CAPE CORAL library verbally & physically harassing a free, public, law abiding citizen!! Remi d your employees that they are SECURITY-- they're to observe & report! Estrella needs to be fired immediately

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! the "security guards" here in our community do nothing but sleep in their cars, park and play on their phones, drive by harassing home owners, instead of preventing theft, recognizing suspicious people, stopping speeders, keeping the homeless out, and actually doing their job!!! They have ZERO training, ZERO people skills, and ZERO knowledge of the law!!!

Currently watching a diamond security employee. Harassing a private citizen in a library in Cape Coral. This employee is unhinged and should be reprimanded or fired.
