Security guard failed to use legal action and appropriate measures open handed per legal regulations that are aloud. Also did not detain suspects until authorities arrival. I was told I could not file a complaint and that because I'm not a lawyer I wouldn't be able to file witness statements. Which is completely false, especially if you know what you are doing. Going for law suit if situation happens again.
Diamond Security Guards are so great one of the bus stations in my area is starting to look more like San Francisco streets. The security guard just sits there while the bus station is overrun with homeless people. Why station a security guard when there’s nothing they can do?
