The African American Receptionist in the front is very very rude. She has the worst attitude and deserves to be fired . I’m sure she has many complaints. I will take this higher and higher until she is fired she is a disgrace to your company . This is a place of business with injured people mentally and physically not a place where attitude should be tolerated from employees . Please fix the issue your lose many more customers . I don’t recommend here because of her but the PT therapists are the best !!!!!!

My child was referred to Easter seals from his pediatrician, whom also referred him to birth to three for speech delays. The appointment itself went great, but today I called to ask why they hadn’t sent the results of his hearing test over to the pediatrician, (since he had a follow up appointment and said they received anything from them) the receptionist was rude! Talking over me multiple times, telling me to call the Waterbury office to make an appointment which he didn’t need, (again I was calling about the results). Had she let me speak she’d know the reason for my call. After multiple attempts to tell her the reason for my call I asked if I was speaking to a professional because of her nasty ghetto attitude. Would not recommended, customer service is a 0 I called at 2:06 in the afternoon lol you guys should really get a new receptionist and listen to the call I made. I’ll be sending an email as well.

Levels of Care

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.
