I was admitted to the psychiatric hospital wing in March and long story short, this place saved my life.
I was in a really bad place and had the wrong medication prescribed to me, it was so bad I went to the ER because I was thinking about hurting myself. Spencer is 5 hours away from where I live and I was terrified of going that far but I believe it was where I was meant to go.
The nurses were AMAZING, the groups were extremely helpful and supportive, and the psychiatrist was kind and understanding. I was there for 4 days and felt completely safe and comfortable there. Never once did I feel judged.
To the staff that took care of me, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I started seeing Dean not too long ago and I've had a great experience so far. He is very fast-paced which may not be suitable for everyone, but I liked him. He knows what he's doing and is patient, answered all of my questions and helped me decide what is best for me.
