I was in a really bad place and had the wrong medication prescribed to me, it was so bad I went to the ER because I was thinking about hurting myself. Spencer is 5 hours away from where I live and I was terrified of going that far but I believe it was where I was meant to go.
The nurses were AMAZING, the groups were extremely helpful and supportive, and the psychiatrist was kind and understanding. I was there for 4 days and felt completely safe and comfortable there. Never once did I feel judged.

They have a 24 hour salad bar along with three meals per day which I really enjoyed.  The residents I witnessed all did a complete 180 from the time they checked in as time went along.  I give all staff and the facility an A.  I Definitely recommend this place to anyone suffering from alcohol or drug addiction.  I met many amazing people through this place that I now get to call my friends.
