I’ve been hospitalized here twice due to suicide attempts and the staff is super kind. There isn’t much to do but the place is really what you make of it. The therapists, doctors, and nurses that come in are super knowledgeable and understanding. The main issues with this facility is cleanliness and how the worst of the worst also gets hospitalized there due to accepting people who have a criminal record or etc. . Led way for lots of creepy men who were always trying to be around me. Besides that they helped keep me safe when I did not feel like being alive.

I was recently at Lydia's house phase 1. I balked at the thought of going to a faith-based rehabilitation facility as many struggling with addiction will. The staff and interns at all of the ARC (Addiction Recovery Care) facilities are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. They really do care and it shows. If you are struggling with addiction and have been to other rehabs where God was only mentioned in step 3, then I urge you to give it a chance. God really lives in that house and through the people there. Patience, open-mindedness and acceptance are just two of their MANY loving traits. I was in Elizabeth's room across the hall from Mary's room and beside Hannah's room which is adjacent to Sarah's room. These are not the names of clients, rather the names given to each room in the house so given because they are women of the Bible who had miraculous births. if you are ready to birth a miraculous new life then give Lydia's house a call I promise you you will be glad you did God bless and have a wonderful day.

I had taken my daughter to numerous rehab centers and she always relapsed. After spending 30 days here she moved on to phase 2 at Beth’s blessings. I can’t say enough good things about this place so I’m just gonna say I’m so greatful for everything they have done for my daughter. My daughter is back to her old self and has found the lord and been saved. Addiction is hell and if you want to change your life and you have to want to, then I recommend this place.

In way it sucked (at first) but believe it or not it actually ended up being a great place for me. Were there some bumps on the road yes. Were there times I wanted to run home yes (I actually tried and didn't make it far) but at the same time nothing that you could go through there was any worse that being home in fact I think I maybe wouldn't be here today if not for good Ole dessie. I met some of the best people in my life here. I had some really good experiences. I finished high-school I am 29 and am married with 3 kids and a homeowner. I can honestly say none of those things would be true if not for them. I actually am a 2 timer I went for 6 months when I was 15 and it wasn't long enough. Got home and didn't make it 3 months had to come right back. Well anyway I guess my point is you don't make it there by accident or by bad luck and there are a thousand worse places they could send you I promise you.

I love this rehab center. From the moment I got here, the staff were super accommodating and helpful with my needs all the way from detox to programming and therapeutic needs. They were friendly and the services were plentiful. The food was great and I love the therapeutic rehabilitative environment they provided. I love STEPWORKS in Nicholasville, KY. My therapist was Alaina and she was such an amazing, caring, listener when I needed her. She is highly compassionate and intelligent in her field. She knew everything I needed her for and never let me down. Jen, the Facility Administrator, is such a sweetie. She listened and gave me great advice. The staff is truly emphatic. They have various addiction backgrounds and knew all the right things to say. They gave me advice I will keep with me forever. Duke, the amazing Duke. I will miss that little guy with all my heart. "Puppy!" is such an outgoing ESA dog. He loves everyone he meets and for being 9ish years old is still the king of his castle. He is so loving and a great fit to keep love in the air there. Having Duke there to lend his 4 legged care and compassion makes StepWorks such a loving place. Some might say they wanted to leave or they didn't like being there. Those people didn't finish the program or take it seriously. I wanted to leave numerous times, but after a while it wasn't because of the program, but issues I was having mentally. After talking with the staff and doing the much needed changes to myself mentally, I realized it was me and not them. You have to take the program seriously to benefit from it. You have to follow the rules, be involved with the classes, do your chores appropriately... All to gain what is needed to live the sober life. Don't use the program as a way to have shelter, food, utilities, to meet a lover. You will not gain what you need to keep from being a statistic. Do as your supposed to, and you will leave there a new person and a changed sober person. I did and I'm not looking back. Thank you StepWorks for all you did for me. I'm glad I didn't leave, I'm glad I followed the program and rules, and I know I'll be successful in life when I wouldn't have made it without your help. Love you all!!! Rehab Chick for life!! Amazing facility. The staff are awesome people. I was a mess when I got there and was way less than my best self. The staff gave me grace and space to process without judgement and with respect. They treat you like a person not a child or an inmate. If you need help this is the place to get it. I don't think I would've made it anywhere else.

The property is gorgeous, they have a lake with fish in it, a basketball court and acres of land, the house it’s self is pretty luxurious and they serve good quality home made food. I have been stuck in the never ending cycle of treatment for six years now. I have been to countless places that baby you and coddle you to death and focus on teaching people how to simply think better but never focus on the application of new behavior. Luckily, Liberty Ranch is much more focused on teaching people how to actually act better. If you want to turn your life around for good come to The Liberty Ranch and they will be your best bet to making a life long change. I am a year sober and have found some serenity and joy in life I believe that is in big part due to The Ranch and the people that run it. I would recommend it to anyone needing help for substance abuse and alcoholism.

Liberty Ranch has been the corner stone for my push to long term recovery. It is different than your average "cookie cutter" treatment. They deal with the real underlying issues and character defects that keep us in relapse mode.
I originally came here for 30 days and now going on 7 months in this program. I came here from California and have witnessed the benefits of the program working in my life. The property is beautiful and there are dogs there for that extra love and support! Highly recommend this place if you are serious about your sobriety. I am excited to get back to my family and friends. Excited for a start to a whole new life!

The Crisis Stabilization Unit literally saved my life. I walked in broken and defeated and left feeling hopeful for the first time in years. I don't know where they found all the wonderful people who work there but I'm glad I met every single one of them.
If you're struggling with an addiction or find yourself in a mental health crisis and fear is keeping you from taking the big step through the doors of a facility like that, please know that you will be met with nothing but love, kindness, patience and genuine concern that you get better.
My higher power and reason to stay sober is that I wouldn't want any of their efforts to have been a waste and, even though they'd never know if I drank again, the thought of disappointing any of the people who helped me get sober is reason enough to never back-slide.

Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.

Every staff member and nurse was extremely helpful in more than one way. Classes were helpful and provided useful information. The facility is super clean thanks to Mary. Nurses helped explain things to me, which is helpful considering I have a traumatic brain injury. Great people, great place. Thanks to the entire Hamblen County Helen Ross McNabb staff.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed

Great ER Staff, had 6 stroke in my abdominal cavity, 4 in my brain. My papaw is actually writing this review because i cant move my right hand anymore. Aaron Carter came out to the parking lot and got me out of the car, basically packed me in on his back. I dont know if i would be alive today without him.
