I was recently at Lydia's house phase 1. I balked at the thought of going to a faith-based rehabilitation facility as many struggling with addiction will. The staff and interns at all of the ARC (Addiction Recovery Care) facilities are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. They really do care and it shows. If you are struggling with addiction and have been to other rehabs where God was only mentioned in step 3, then I urge you to give it a chance. God really lives in that house and through the people there. Patience, open-mindedness and acceptance are just two of their MANY loving traits. I was in Elizabeth's room across the hall from Mary's room and beside Hannah's room which is adjacent to Sarah's room. These are not the names of clients, rather the names given to each room in the house so given because they are women of the Bible who had miraculous births. if you are ready to birth a miraculous new life then give Lydia's house a call I promise you you will be glad you did God bless and have a wonderful day.

I had taken my daughter to numerous rehab centers and she always relapsed. After spending 30 days here she moved on to phase 2 at Beth’s blessings. I can’t say enough good things about this place so I’m just gonna say I’m so greatful for everything they have done for my daughter. My daughter is back to her old self and has found the lord and been saved. Addiction is hell and if you want to change your life and you have to want to, then I recommend this place.

Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.

Every staff member and nurse was extremely helpful in more than one way. Classes were helpful and provided useful information. The facility is super clean thanks to Mary. Nurses helped explain things to me, which is helpful considering I have a traumatic brain injury. Great people, great place. Thanks to the entire Hamblen County Helen Ross McNabb staff.

They lied to me my whole stay they never tried to help me I was there for 5 maybe 6 days and the whole time the doctors and everyone lied to me they said I wouldn’t have to go home due to what was happening and that I’ll stay there until I go to residential the whole time I never made 1 phone call to my dad cause of reasons and stuff I even refused the family session they last day I was there was a Wendsday meaning visitation I was supposed to have a visit but around the time comes no one showed up so I had one of the doctors call my grandma no Awnser so she called my dad to see where my grandma was then got off the phone told me my grandma sick and the baby to fussy but then later that night I was pacing in the hallway they came said u have a special visitor I said ok thinking it was Dcs so I went they took me to the lobby and discharged me and apparently when she called my dad said she wasn’t visiting cause I was getting discharged the whole thing was a lie that really triggered me that day. I ran away just to get put back in the hospital and discharge me back in this home to this day only being like three or four days since I’ve been there but still haven’t heard about any residential that they so-called said they put referrals in still sitting here thinking like this place didn’t help me when I was 12 years old either I’m 17 now I was there when I was 12 three different times that place was so traumatic. It wasn’t even funny that caused me a lot of hurt, but I thought this time being five years later, it would be differentnow they lied to you. It’s crazy. Don’t ever send your kid back there. and if they Say there’s a number You can reach your concerns don’t call it cause there’s really no point. They really don’t care that place is so raggedy. It’s not even funny. The worst place to ever put a kid or a human in general.

If i could give less, I would. My daughter was admitted there for almost 3 weeks after being missing for over a month suffering from a psychotic break. I was in constant communication with her case manager & therapist voicing my concerns for her care & safety regarding being released. I felt like she was not ready to be released due to the fact that she would not communicate & wouod get very upset & agitated when asked questions, etc & wouldnt agree to any options they were giving her. They escorted her out of the facility upon discharge, even though she begged to stay, and dropped her off on the side of the street downtown with no phone, no id, no money, nothing. And now she's missing again & I have no idea where she is. When I called to voice my obvious concerns I was met with a very sarcastic response & a statement that she didn't meet the criteria for inpatient. Period. I am beside myself with worry for my daughter & her safety!

This is an awesome place to go. The staff are AMAZING! Always friendly and listens and very patient and understanding! I recommend highly. The staff and doctor treat me like a human being not just some addict or number. They listen to me, don’t judge, and really care. And If I miss an appointment without calling, they call to check on me and make sure I’m okay. That speaks for itself. I’ve NEVER been to another place that does that, and that says enough. I’ll go here as long as needed then I’m going to try to work here! The girls at Spero saved my life. Forever grateful and thankful!!!!! :)

Ive been going here and the prior location for about 5 years I guess. Dr. Brudecki has been outstanding. What makes a facility is its doctor/doctors and staff. Dr. Brudecki does everything she can to help in anyway. Ive never felt rushed in the least. Its like she has all day when in reality she's very busy. One of the worse things a dr can do is to give the patient the feeling they're in a hurry..She is caring and has a sweet personality. I have never had a bad experience from any of the staff. They've all been super nice. I'm not one for writing reviews often but wanted to give this the recognition it deserves.

I have been receiving excellent health care and dental care from Cherokee Health System.
I love my Doctor Laura Brudecki who listens well and counsels me on all my health concerns.
I trust her decisions on my care and referrals she makes. She has been treating me for close to 4 years now.
I also like Tanya Hodges and Dr. Green for my dental care and trust them as well.
The in house labs and X-rays are very handy.
The only limitation is that they don’t take walk ins when there is something urgent.
I understand they have a walk in clinic now in strawberry plains.
I recommend Cherokee Health for all health care needs.

This place is a joke . Had a love one call and say they wanted to come home . Get a call a little later . And the staff said she was going to stay. Then said she would call me the next day . Its been 2 weeks . No call from her and no answer on the phones . And no call back from 500 messages . So I would not recommend this for no one . Sorry but the truth is the truth .

Spent 31 days here . Love this place . The good Lord is there definitely ! We had lots of prayer , gospel music, recovery groups . I definitely recommend this place . Only issue I had was the phone safe list. I understand having but sometimes the one that you need and needs you and loves you to the end no matter what , you can't call if your not married . Besides that it's a wonderful place .. oh and u can't vape but I can smoke .. wonderful caring staff 🙏

After seeing some reviews on here I was worried about meeting with meeting Connie. I honestly love her. I've meet with her and she listened. When the frist medicine didn't work, she found me another, and said "if this wasn't work will try another and another. We'll find you something" and that ment the world to me. She has been nothing but kind and helpful.
As for Dawn again. She is really wonderful. She listens and she cares. She's so bubbly and you can tell she enjoys her job.
Don't always listen to the negative reviews. I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. 😌

This is such a wonderful place. John is AMAZING! Connie is AMAZING! The receptionists are AMAZING! The wait time is almost non-existent, which is appreciated. I leave my appointments feeling like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I would recommend Hawkins County Mental Health 10/10 times to someone in need.

I’ve been hospitalized here twice due to suicide attempts and the staff is super kind. There isn’t much to do but the place is really what you make of it. The therapists, doctors, and nurses that come in are super knowledgeable and understanding. The main issues with this facility is cleanliness and how the worst of the worst also gets hospitalized there due to accepting people who have a criminal record or etc. . Led way for lots of creepy men who were always trying to be around me. Besides that they helped keep me safe when I did not feel like being alive.

Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

I love this rehab center. From the moment I got here, the staff were super accommodating and helpful with my needs all the way from detox to programming and therapeutic needs. They were friendly and the services were plentiful. The food was great and I love the therapeutic rehabilitative environment they provided. Teaching you the skills you need to give yourself basic skills to enter society again like cooking for yourself, doing basic chores, the classes were easy to comprehend.

I love STEPWORKS in Nicholasville, KY. My therapist was Alaina and she was such an amazing, caring, listener when I needed her. She is highly compassionate and intelligent in her field. She knew everything I needed her for and never let me down. Jen, the Facility Administrator, is such a sweetie. She listened and gave me great advice. The staff is truly emphatic. They have various addiction backgrounds and knew all the right things to say. They gave me advice I will keep with me forever. Duke, the amazing Duke. I will miss that little guy with all my heart. "Puppy!" is such an outgoing ESA dog. He loves everyone he meets and for being 9ish years old is still the king of his castle. He is so loving and a great fit to keep love in the air there. Having Duke there to lend his 4 legged care and compassion makes StepWorks such a loving place. Some might say they wanted to leave or they didn't like being there. Those people didn't finish the program or take it seriously. I wanted to leave numerous times, but after a while it wasn't because of the program, but issues I was having mentally. After talking with the staff and doing the much needed changes to myself mentally, I realized it was me and not them. You have to take the program seriously to benefit from it. You have to follow the rules, be involved with the classes, do your chores appropriately... All to gain what is needed to live the sober life. Don't use the program as a way to have shelter, food, utilities, to meet a lover. You will not gain what you need to keep from being a statistic. Do as your supposed to, and you will leave there a new person and a changed sober person. I did and I'm not looking back. Thank you StepWorks for all you did for me. Amazing facility. The staff are awesome people. I was a mess when I got there and was way less than my best self. The staff gave me grace and space to process without judgement and with respect. They treat you like a person not a child or an inmate. If you need help this is the place to get it. I don't think I would've made it anywhere else.

When I say Willow Ridge saved my life, it’s an understatement. Everyone that works there is devoted to every individual’s needs, comfort, and improvement. I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care.
Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape.

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction.
What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions.
Today, I am sober and living a life beyond my wildest dreams, and I owe it all to the amazing team at Willow Ridge. If you're struggling with addiction, please don't hesitate to reach out to them. It was the best decision I ever made!!

The team goes above and beyond to help create a treatment plan that works best for the situation. This place is extreme however, the circumstances that led me to the ranch.. they were quite extreme, and I would say that this place saved me. At the very least it taught me how to live correctly.

The property is gorgeous, they have a lake with fish in it, a basketball court and acres of land, the house it’s self is pretty luxurious and they serve good quality home made food. I have been stuck in the never ending cycle of treatment for six years now. I have been to countless places that baby you and coddle you to death and focus on teaching people how to simply think better but never focus on the application of new behavior. Luckily, Liberty Ranch is much more focused on teaching people how to actually act better. If you want to turn your life around for good come to The Liberty Ranch and they will be your best bet to making a life long change. I am a year sober and have found some serenity and joy in life I believe that is in big part due to The Ranch and the people that run it. I would recommend it to anyone needing help for substance abuse and alcoholism.

Liberty Ranch has been the corner stone for my push to long term recovery. It is different than your average "cookie cutter" treatment. They deal with the real underlying issues and character defects that keep us in relapse mode.
I originally came here for 30 days and now going on 7 months in this program. I came here from California and have witnessed the benefits of the program working in my life. The property is beautiful and there are dogs there for that extra love and support! Highly recommend this place if you are serious about your sobriety. I am excited to get back to my family and friends. Excited for a start to a whole new life!

The Crisis Stabilization Unit literally saved my life. I walked in broken and defeated and left feeling hopeful for the first time in years. I don't know where they found all the wonderful people who work there but I'm glad I met every single one of them.
If you're struggling with an addiction or find yourself in a mental health crisis and fear is keeping you from taking the big step through the doors of a facility like that, please know that you will be met with nothing but love, kindness, patience and genuine concern that you get better.
My higher power and reason to stay sober is that I wouldn't want any of their efforts to have been a waste and, even though they'd never know if I drank again, the thought of disappointing any of the people who helped me get sober is reason enough to never back-slide.
