This is an awesome place to go. The staff are AMAZING! Always friendly and listens and very patient and understanding! I recommend highly. The staff and doctor treat me like a human being not just some addict or number. They listen to me, don’t judge, and really care. And If I miss an appointment without calling, they call to check on me and make sure I’m okay. That speaks for itself. I’ve NEVER been to another place that does that, and that says enough. I’ll go here as long as needed then I’m going to try to work here! The girls at Spero saved my life. Forever grateful and thankful!!!!! :)

About three or four years ago i had went to this rehab. When i originally called they advised me that they have medical and a nurse on staff. I get there and it is twenty miles in both directions to any stores or houses in at least five to ten miles. I arrive and learn they do not have medical and was made to deep clean the house on my second day (extremely sick). Day three someone stole something so was made to sit in there floor in a small room with twenty to thirty other girls (puking profusely). Day four I was told the following morning everyone (including staff) were going to Frankfort ky to walk in a recovery rally (still profusely puking). Did not have an option but to ride in a van for four or five hours and walk for hours. I left to seek medical help and literally a car found me on the side of the road covered in feces and puke. THIS IS NOT A DETOX. I will never go back to tyner ky in my life.

Spent 31 days here . Love this place . The good Lord is there definitely ! We had lots of prayer , gospel music, recovery groups . I definitely recommend this place . Only issue I had was the phone safe list. I understand having but sometimes the one that you need and needs you and loves you to the end no matter what , you can't call if your not married . Besides that it's a wonderful place .. oh and u can't vape but I can smoke .. wonderful caring staff 🙏

This place hands down is the best rehab center to go to for help with addiction. They will help with anything you are struggling with. Me and my girl was homeless on drugs with nothing . Now we are on a path to greatness and out of the streets. TCC MADE MY LIFE GREAT AGAIN!!!

I would and have recommended them to anyone struggling with addiction. I probably wouldn’t be here without them

For those who are hurting, in darkness, lost- there is Hope. I recently completed their Long Term Treatment Program for alcoholism, drug addiction, and mental health disease. I realize today, God spared my "life", for Revive Ministries to help rebuild it! My wife, children, and family relationships are restored too! Through a belief in God, willingness, honesty about myself, and an open-mind to try something new, I am sober today! I am grateful for: the founders, the medical team, clinicians and counseling, those behind the scene at 800, case managers, shift supervisors, group peer support, kitchen/cook staff, facilities and dorms crew, Biblical principles, the program material, structured activities, and recovery tools, access to resources, God's Pantry, Manna Meals, Fatherhood Initiative, SH R.C.C. and outside recovery meetings, Common Ground Resource Center, New Dawn Counseling Services, and above all, Jesus for the Cross, and God's love, mercy, and grace.

Best thing that ever happened to me! And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. With the proper care and time they gave anyone can do this life changing thing and become sober and find their true happiness.God Bless the hard working counselors that taught me at New Hope Residential! I will never forget u! I love u all!

A BIG Thank You to VA hospital, facilities , doctors, nurses , social workers,and support staff for the love and health care given to my cousin, Billie J. We know your work is critical and difficult. We are so thankful and appreciative. She has improved greatly.

Both my granddaughter's go there. One is 6 and the other is 17. We have experienced nothing but kindness and understanding there. They treat us with respect and listen to all of us. They even go to our grandchildrens' schools. We love them all.

My name is Sierra, and this is a detail of my final appointment with connie. To begin, my background is this, I went to the emergency room march of 2023 because I wanted to kill myself, I went to woodridge for a bit and then they set me up with a therapist and a psychiatrist, I never once got to see the therapist in the same department, and connie was the psychiatrist, I suffer from borderline personality disorder and ADHD, for a year she prescribed me medication after medication that spiraled me further into total insanity, changing my medications on a monthly basis, never attempting to tweak dosages or anything, if something didnt work immediately she changed it, and I'm pretty sure that's what fried my brain so badly, we finally came to a combination that worked by chance after a year of me being incredibly patient and kind with her while she mocked everything I said and never once allowed me to actually explain my condition, and today she pulled that medication from me, I'll be honest, I snapped today, I just started sobbing when she told me that, I couldn't believe that the sanity I had finally managed to somewhat gain was being taken from me by this cold woman. She laughed as I sobbed and demonized my disorder as many mental professionals do when it comes to BPD, so I told her to pull all of my medications, and I left, and I will not be coming back.

The staff are VERY friendly. The accommodations were adequate. The food is pretty good. It's clean and well organized. It's a nice place to visit, but you wouldn't want to live there.

Can't wait to go back,maybe I'll stay a little longer this time

Best one I've been to the staff were awesome and the Drs were excellent and extremely knowledgeable 😃 I would definitely recommend.

My husband is incarcerated and was told that they were going to put him in behavioral health hospital to get help last Thursday and a week later they are now avoiding him and my phone calls. Apparently they really don't help people don't waste your time here .
