They introduced me to narcotics anonymous which is a program. I never had tried before and just recently got two years clean. They sent me up for the beginning to stay clean. It is the only place I’ve ever seen where when you get to go to meetings you’ll see the staff there and they treat you like family not a number. I also used to work for the same program, which is ARIA and both experiences were phenomenal. I highly recommend this if you want to change your life it changed mine. The men and women there had made me feel like a human being. They helped me through the re-entry process and were professional yet human. This is the type of treatment center you want when you are truly ready to change. I've seen a lot of ppl just quit and leave because of, well , you name it. If you or a loved one or someone you know has a problem with addiction and is ready, I mean truly ready for positive change then I believe Westcare will help you do it. I know, I was one accept everyone was done listening by the time i went. The complaints from Alumni,,, Everything changes and at 2:30 a.m., they are asleep, leave them alone. The building isn't supposed to be comfortable. It's not the Hampton. It's a starting point for Recovery. It's a place if personal discovery, acceptance and overcoming our self-induced crises with like minded people, staffed by those who did it already. It's not for everyone, but it could be, if you want it. There will never be a perfect rehab. It's addiction treatment. The help is there, again, if you want it and will get up everyday and get it.
