Mountain Comprehensive Care Center is, in my opinion, is the best place to go to for help! I learned to deal with my mental illness and addiction, and they were not interested in my race or religion but only in the need of help I had. The staff is patient with you and they know some people take their time for recovery. Thank you!

This review is a little late in the making. This treatment facility, it's programs and it's staff were great. This is the type of treatment center you want when you are truly ready to change. I've seen a lot of ppl just quit and leave because of, well , you name it. If a person isn't truly ready for change then any excuse to leave is good enough no matter what treatment center it is. If you or a loved one or someone you know has a problem with addiction and is ready, I mean truly ready for positive change then I believe Westcare will help you do it.

This place changed my life I'm now clean an sober , I have regained my family , a job , and the knowledge , and tools that I needed to suceed being sober. My counselor Mr Ratliff understands the mindset of an addict . We all have a choice to either get clean or not . And the people that run off or give bad reviews in my opinion dont want to change , if nothing changes then nothing changes . I spent my whole life giving in to drugs the easy way it takes work to stay clean .

I have been in treatment since August 7 2023 and I love the nurses and the counselors they are the best especially my counselor she is very easy to talk to. I also like the ladies up front, they are very nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone who wants the help.👍

She truly cares and treats patients from the heart. She does a wonderful job explaining diagnoses as well as any medications she may prescribe. She ensures that all of my questions are answered adequately before I leave the office. Her bedside manner and personality are the best in health care. I've been going to OVP for awhile.now. It's funny how years can go by without notice.. Anyway. This business houses a Nurse Practitioner, a psychiatrist, and therapists. A few of each, I 🤔 think. They are all professional yet welcoming and kind. Julie makes me laugh so much. ☺️ They take walk-ins, on the spot most times, and are no less hospitable for it. It's always clean, well stocked with linen, paper dresses(lol), and blood pressure cuff and stethoscope. It's a great place and I hope I it stays there on 6th and 20th for a long time to come

I love these people!!! Been going there for 5 years. Besides a few NP changes, it's been the same people. Georgeann is my therapist, and would move heaven and earth to help me, and has. Dr. Agarwal is my psychiatrist. She seems a bit stern (she has to be in her field), but after she gets to know you she's very sweet and considerate. Finally, my adorable NP, Amber. I have a rare medical condition and the first time I met her, I told her that my colon was hanging out my abdominal wall. (They actually were.) She was a big advocate in helping me get my surgery during the height of the pandemic. She has taken the time to learn about my condition, and goes above and beyond.
