I gave them another chance after they sent me to a mental hospital that really messed me up a lot. They also gave me a job later on but I quit and I can't tell you why do to the HIPPA laws I now see Jerri as a therapist. I hate that my doctor Lauran went else where and they gave me a new one autumn I do not recommend here's why One she only wants to make money by giving you pills oh take this one now let's make you withdrawal and get off of it put and try something that I told her I am lashing out on people having manic episodes so then she said why don't we try adding well let's just say I didn't take it after speaking to my pharmacist and primary care doctor the drug could have caused me to go into a coma due to other health reasons. So I called and talked to someone very helpful and understanding and there giving me a new one they better pray he won't do the same or I am going back to my primary doctor to get my meds

I would say a good 80% of the staff at this place over the years have been absolutely terrible in my opinion. I went there all of my early teens until late teens and, even some after that due to no other options. I had multiple doctors overmedicate me which led to later physical health issues I will forever have. They do nothing but set you up with a therapist that you will not see more than once a month...Give you 2 mediocre sessions with them and then you are told that your therapist is either leaving the agency or there's some other issue for why you are now being see up with a new therapist. Again and again this happened. I have known few wonderful therapists that have worked here and all that have.. leave to work somewhere better. Most of these people are undertrained and underqualified. So many people in our community have been hurt, traumatized and neglected by this mental health office. Why is NO ONE doing anything?

If all you need is a prescription refill or annual labs they are ok. There are a few, but very few, that care at this clinic. Many tend to be rude and unprofessional. You will most likely not see an actual doctor, but a Nurse Practitioner or PA at best. Any real need is brushed aside. If you need a follow up they will tell you to drive down state or go to civilian urgent care. They will tell you one thing and do another. Would be best to let the local Vets get real medical attention through Community Care completely.

Just need to give a review of the care of an 90 yo elderly friend. He was placed in ICU for a pulmonary infection and other critical issues. Dr Beeman was the internist who managed his care. She was an incredible Dr. Very compassionate, friendly very concerned for him and us. She sat neck to him in the bed and just talked to him. Most Drs are always in such a hurry and she spent that extra few minutes that meant something! It has been about 4 weeks since he’s been discharged and he is still talking about her. Even got choked up today. The nurses, aides, food service, cleaners- everyone we encountered was amazing. Great floor staff!

It depends on what you are there for and what shift and staff. It is like day and night. I have been in there and had the most compassionate doctors with a very accommodating staff. That did everything they could to help when I went in there with an abscess in my tooth. But if you get the wrong staff, sometimes they are very short, and if there is something really serious, I would not put my life in their hands. My friend went in there bleeding out of his mouth, his ears and nose. He had a perforated ulcer, and they cauterized it, but did not know he had two other ulcers after doing a scope on him. They sent him home after six hours and he was right back and had to go to Midland. So I guess I would give them a 3.5 and this is a combination of all the interactions I’ve ever had with them. There are some doctors and staff that I can’t say too much about but then there are doctors and staff that are outstanding. It really is late night and day.
