I was dealing with severe PTSD with night terrors on top of my anxiety and fear of my then husband and this place saved me. Mrs. Emily is who I see and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! When my dad passed away I didn’t want to do anything especially go to the doctor but she was so concerned about my health that she FaceTimed me for my appointment because it was very important I was seen by her after just losing my dad from suicide. I love this place and can not thank them enough!

What I loved the most about Gison Recovery Center was that instead of only treating my addiction, they treated my whole body and how the addiction had affected it. That is something they don't do somewhere else.

They are strict in a silly way but there is only one nurse here & she is doing a great job. The day shift seems to be scared for their jobs. The staff at night are seem to be mostly concerned for the clients

This place saved my life they genuinely care for the people its about helping you become a better you I owe them my life I was as addict who was drowning in addiction and they pulled me up and showed a new life thank you to the entire staff

Awesome programs that help a lot of people out, and good staff who care

I enjoy working with my Psychiatrist and Therapist. They are warm and welcoming. I did not feel judge or uncomfortable speaking to them. My only complaint was having to wait a year to start seeing the Therapist, however I was able to start seeing my Psychiatrist right away. Also I use the pharmacy at the CCC, Genoa. The keep track of my prescriptions and will refill them when needed and let me know they are ready to pick up. I never have to work about running out if I forget to get the refill.

I've had nothing but good experience with these people Andrew is amazing at listening and checking on you if he hasn't heard from you or if there's something going on he doesn't hesitate to let you know or check on you and just let you know that they're there for you. Carolyn is understanding but a bit stricter I believe she kind of can come off intimidating but she means well and she does care. And all the people at the front at the reception desk have always been so good working with me about getting appointments and those kind of things. I would say to the people that are giving bad reviews maybe you should give it another chance or maybe go somewhere else trying to find drugs because they're not going to give drugs that's not what they're for they're there to give you treatment and to help you and I'm not trying to offend anybody I'm just saying that this place is good for what it is and it has helped me and my son.

Pathways of Tennessee is the worst place to ask for help, I am not happy with the service I received in this place, if you want real results I advise you to look elsewhere.

Very family oriented facility. These people saved my life like literally! From me almost dying on some meds prescribed by another facility to getting me back on the correct meds! Everyone here is friendly and very professional. They will go above and beyond to help with your independent needs and concerns. Heaven sent! They will help you as long as you're willing to help yourself. Mental health is not any different from any other medical condition. There are so many stigmas surrounding mental health. Some of the greatest people had or has some kinda mental health thing going on. Our minds our simply BEAUTIFUL! NEVER be ashamed to seek mental health help it will change your entire life! Sometimes, we need the right people in our corners to get our brain health back on track. And this what they did for me. I am very grateful for my entire treatment team! Thank y'all! Just to name a few Abby, Cali, Tori, Brent, Crystal, Gordman, Andrea and the entire Carey Counseling Team! We have to keep our mental health intact to be able to keep our physical health intact and vice versa. I love y'all 😘. Happy Blessed, safe and prosperous holidays to everyone always and abundantly!

The facilities are incredible and the staff is very professional, they care about the needs of the patients, the service they gave me was very good and I recommend it. The personalized approach that each patient receive is very efficient, I don't think there is another better place to go.

They know how to help.

I have struggled with addiction for most of my adult life. i have sought help at different times, but the service i get at Restart Recovery seems different. The staff, particularly the manager actually listened to my questions and concerns, instead of telling me what i should do. They were compassionate and spoke kindly. I would reccomend anyone who is seeking help in their fight to at least call and see what they can do for you. They have already helped me more than i can possibly explain here

Wonderful staff!!

I have been going too spero health for almost 3 years and i really do love coming here. I could stay home and do this online but because this place is as great as it is id rather drive 45 / 50 minutes too come here. The doctor is amazing, the staff is so nicely characterized. Nobody here is judgemental towards you. Ive never had any majors problems here and any minor problems such as insurance or whatever it may be has always been taken care of fastly. They listen and care. Thank you spero health.

This would probably be my go to place any time I'm suicidal again. Its amazing. You see a doctor daily and the environment is amazing. You can watch tv,or play board games or cards all day. You can literally sit on a phone call with someone all day,as long as you want. You can be in your room too all you want and relax,sleep more of you want. Food is amazing,and they make sure you're full. I went when there wasn't alot of people so they were constantly giving us seconds. Staff is sweet and chill. You can color or draw all day if you want. Sadly the showers were like luke warm or cold. But you can shower any time and as many times as you like. It felt like home. You can even wear your own clothes there and make sure to bring an abundance of clothing to wear and be washed daily. You can see a psychiatrist and doctor and all daily and i felt like they really listened and cared how i felt and helped me pave a way to success. And if i needed a med to try out it was easy to get approved for,such as an inhaler for my asthma or something to help me sleep better. Just tell them and they will try it out for you that night or the next. They also have coffee,which may appeal to others but not me,i dislike coffee. You do have to be in your rooms by ten pm i believe,but you don't have to be asleep,just in your room.

The environment and the staff were great during my stay. I will say that the communication could be a bit better because I didn’t know I was discharging until the last minute but other than that I have no complaints.

I have been attending here since 2019 when I tell you that they are wonderful trustworthy people and I have been seeing Mrs. Christy Goforth She is the Best Counselor I have ever had in my life she is a true blessing and she is God she she is someone whom you can be 100 percent honest with about anything and she will have your back and she tries her best to point you in the right direction I have been doing a whole lot better since I have been seeing her I love her

I am writing this in behalf of my husband, Tony Branscum. Ms. Christy is an awesome cook. The food is excellent. (It must be because he has gained 18 pounds in 2 weeks).

This is the breaking point for my recovery. I would not be where I am today without them, they saved my life and helped me get better! Thanks to everyone who changes lives here!

The staff here ,are very helpful,friendly & provide many services, for behavioral, mental health services, etc. I have been going here, getting help for years. I would recommend them to anyone .

I ain’t gonna lie I did not like going to counseling my first go round. I wasn’t ready for the help. The 2nd time i loved going. & between both times my counselor did act differently because they could see that I was trying vs before when I was not. & I understand completely why I got different vibes. I didn’t want help. then when I did they all helped me. I see some reviews saying staff was rude ect. Personally not once was anyone just rude to me. Now did some make it clear they seen threw my bull, yup. As she should have! absolutely recommend going there if you genuinely want help! If you do not want help and ur there for other reasons they wil be able to tell. I even ended up homeless for 5 months, basically like my little sister died, I missed counseling sooo much & they still worked with me & tried to help even tho they could have kicked me out for not going only cuz they knew I was actually trying. I have mad love for all these people after round 2. Before tho I did not at all. basically ur vibe depends on the vibe you will get. but it wouldn’t be helpful for them to just act like they didn’t notice ur not trying.

I’ve been here 3 times now and I had a good experience. Great staff. You get to talk to a psychiatrist everyday. I got 2 months of regular treatment in 6 days! Thank you Kandace, Chris, and staff!

I went there twice. The first time was back in December and the second time was in January. The first time was horrible the first night I didn’t sleep at all. The workers there seemed professional and helpful. The only issue I had was the lack of communication to the outside world. If your like me then your always busy so being locked in a building that only lets you use the phone at 5pm did me more harm then good. I will admit there are a few employees who genuinely don’t care about you. There is only one licensed physiatrist there and he didn’t seem to care to chit chat with his patients. When I was there I enjoyed playing cards and watching tv with the other patients they were really good people and it saddens me to see such pure and good people struggle with mental illnesses. There wasn’t much to do except wake up take meds and eat. At the end of each day we had group therapy. The food was great and plentiful and the meds really evened out my moods and made me more calm. Because the meds helped with anxiety my BP went from 160/75 to a low 123/85. I was glad to be a patient there and I think it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety disorder, psychosis although I wasn’t hallucinating. And the second time I went I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety disorder, and a NOS personality disorder.

Here's hope is the place responsible of my recovery. They showed me the path to sobriety and besides that they also showed me how to keep it that way. A great experience which let me put my life back in track.
