I've had nothing but good experience with these people Andrew is amazing at listening and checking on you if he hasn't heard from you or if there's something going on he doesn't hesitate to let you know or check on you and just let you know that they're there for you. Carolyn is understanding but a bit stricter I believe she kind of can come off intimidating but she means well and she does care. And all the people at the front at the reception desk have always been so good working with me about getting appointments and those kind of things. I would say to the people that are giving bad reviews maybe you should give it another chance or maybe go somewhere else trying to find drugs because they're not going to give drugs that's not what they're for they're there to give you treatment and to help you and I'm not trying to offend anybody I'm just saying that this place is good for what it is and it has helped me and my son.

Pathways of Tennessee is the worst place to ask for help, I am not happy with the service I received in this place, if you want real results I advise you to look elsewhere.

Every lady there is a gift from God. From all the nurses, CNA's, the ladies in food service and the ladies that keep everything clean, the lady that lets you in and out, the ladies in the offices and David. You know we lost momma last week ( Ms Virgie), thank you all for taking care of her and loving her, cause I know she loved all of you. I wasn't able to visit like I wanted...momma was my best friend, but knowing she had you all, made me rest a little easier. Please continue to remember us in your prayers. How can thank you all for what you did day in and day out ever b enough. As I said, you all r truly God's Angels

The Waters in Union City Tennessee, Has good folks working here BUT THE FOOD IS SO BAD I CAN'T EAT IT!!! THERE IS A CONSTANT BAD SMELL HERE TO ME. LOCAL FOLKS DON'T OWN THE WATERS, SO THEY BUY THE CHEAPEST FOOD STUFF TO COOK AND SERVE PEOPLE. I WISH THE GOVERNMENT WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

The facilities are incredible and the staff is very professional, they care about the needs of the patients, the service they gave me was very good and I recommend it. The personalized approach that each patient receive is very efficient, I don't think there is another better place to go.

Most professional facilities, staff, clerical staff in the area. I can't speak for others and their needs, but I'm much happier there than I was at Pathways. The staff at Carey have really got an efficient and effective plan going on. Something I've not found anywhere else.

I would very highly recommend that I was an impatient that they treated me very well

Dr Famina with the behavioral health group at Mercy Health is an outstanding psychiatrist. She, along with the rest of the staff, literally saved my life. I highly encourage anyone seeking any type of help with your mental/behavioral health needs reach out to this office.

The care I received here exceeded my expectations. The food was good. I felt very pampered and welcomed and feel much better post-discharge.

This was my first time ever experiencing VA. I have heard bad things!. These ppl here, made it a great experience! Professional, friendly really felt like they care!. Oh and efficient!!

I have always been treated well by all personnel at this facility. I call every month to get one my medications refilled, always treated with respect. Very great staff, thanks for all the assistance you give me.

I was dealing with severe PTSD with night terrors on top of my anxiety and fear of my then husband and this place saved me. Mrs. Emily is who I see and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! When my dad passed away I didn t want to do anything especially go to the doctor but she was so concerned about my health that she FaceTimed me for my appointment because it was very important I was seen by her after just losing my dad from suicide. I love this place and can not thank them enough!

What I loved the most about Gison Recovery Center was that instead of only treating my addiction, they treated my whole body and how the addiction had affected it. That is something they don't do somewhere else.

I Spent time in Stapleton, there was alot of amazing, caring folks there. I was court ordered in as one angry prideful hurting drunk. I came home with a humble heart , full of gratitude and huge smile on my face , I had most caring, loving concealer but yet tough which I needed, her name was Glenda. I'm still sober after all these years I Thank God and Stapleton for that. Now my daughter going in morning, My love and Prayers following her. I Pray she gets the love and kindness and comes home with confidence knowing there's better life for her out here but yet she has to make that decision. Take care of her Stapleton.....Maggie Pain.

They have helped my adult son in many ways and he certainly has benefited from their services. They have addressed my son's needs and continue to do so without hesitation. I'm thankful to have their services

I took my son there when he was about 17 or so (he's 23 yrs old now) and they changed his life! He has autism and bipolar manic disorder. He wasn't diagnosed correctly at McKenzie Medical and the Dr here got him on the correct medication. We no longer live in Tennessee but I hope they see this and know he's still doing great (except for the seizures) Thanks for helping my son when no one else had a clue!I'd like to add that the medicaid in Tennessee is horrible! No dental or vision coverage??? What's up with that?? and finding a good Dr, especially a psychiatrist is a huge task. Glad to be back in Ohio where my son and I both are well taken care of physically and mentally. And we both have dental and vision coverage.

I've have had very positive experiences here. They assess and evaluate what your needs are. I've had phone appointments during COVID and video chats that went very well. Michelle, a staff member is a Godsend and very compassionate. She gave information of the whole process of where to begin in the programs. evaluation
