The secretary//office ladies are top notch! I bring my boyfriend from union city often and any time I've gone in as well, weather to wait or get a drink or go to the bathroom, they are always so friendly and personable//charming. It's nice to see a smaller organization with employees that aim to please and always give you a warm welcome. 🥰 & I'm not even a patient of theirs 🫣💗💕

I have been going too spero health for almost 3 years and i really do love coming here. I could stay home and do this online but because this place is as great as it is id rather drive 45 / 50 minutes too come here. The doctor is amazing, the staff is so nicely characterized. Nobody here is judgemental towards you. Ive never had any majors problems here and any minor problems such as insurance or whatever it may be has always been taken care of fastly. They listen and care. Thank you spero health.

My daughter, who is a dancer and revealed she had an eating disorder, tried PHP but after 7 weeks was "recommended" to residential treatment. We heard about the Victory Program from someone who saw their presentation at a conference and felt it was our best chance for her. We sent her far away from where we live so she could try this program. The team she had a McCallum place and the Victory program seemed to turn a switch in her brain that readied her for recovery. The Victory program pushed her to understand not just her relationship to dance, but also to exercise. The program helped her untangle how her feelings, anxieties, thought processes, ect. shaped/fed her disorder. I am so grateful we found this program.

This would probably be my go to place any time I'm suicidal again. Its amazing. You see a doctor daily and the environment is amazing. You can watch tv,or play board games or cards all day. You can literally sit on a phone call with someone all day,as long as you want. You can be in your room too all you want and relax,sleep more of you want. Food is amazing,and they make sure you're full. I went when there wasn't alot of people so they were constantly giving us seconds. Staff is sweet and chill. You can color or draw all day if you want. Sadly the showers were like luke warm or cold. But you can shower any time and as many times as you like. It felt like home. You can even wear your own clothes there and make sure to bring an abundance of clothing to wear and be washed daily. You can see a psychiatrist and doctor and all daily and i felt like they really listened and cared how i felt and helped me pave a way to success. And if i needed a med to try out it was easy to get approved for,such as an inhaler for my asthma or something to help me sleep better. Just tell them and they will try it out for you that night or the next. They also have coffee,which may appeal to others but not me,i dislike coffee. You do have to be in your rooms by ten pm i believe,but you don't have to be asleep,just in your room.

The environment and the staff were great during my stay. I will say that the communication could be a bit better because I didn’t know I was discharging until the last minute but other than that I have no complaints.

I've had nothing but good experience with these people Andrew is amazing at listening and checking on you if he hasn't heard from you or if there's something going on he doesn't hesitate to let you know or check on you and just let you know that they're there for you. Carolyn is understanding but a bit stricter I believe she kind of can come off intimidating but she means well and she does care. And all the people at the front at the reception desk have always been so good working with me about getting appointments and those kind of things. I would say to the people that are giving bad reviews maybe you should give it another chance or maybe go somewhere else trying to find drugs because they're not going to give drugs that's not what they're for they're there to give you treatment and to help you and I'm not trying to offend anybody I'm just saying that this place is good for what it is and it has helped me and my son.

Pathways of Tennessee is the worst place to ask for help, I am not happy with the service I received in this place, if you want real results I advise you to look elsewhere.

Very family oriented facility. These people saved my life like literally! From me almost dying on some meds prescribed by another facility to getting me back on the correct meds! Everyone here is friendly and very professional. They will go above and beyond to help with your independent needs and concerns. Heaven sent! They will help you as long as you're willing to help yourself. Mental health is not any different from any other medical condition. There are so many stigmas surrounding mental health. Some of the greatest people had or has some kinda mental health thing going on. Our minds our simply BEAUTIFUL! NEVER be ashamed to seek mental health help it will change your entire life! Sometimes, we need the right people in our corners to get our brain health back on track. And this what they did for me. I am very grateful for my entire treatment team! Thank y'all! Just to name a few Abby, Cali, Tori, Brent, Crystal, Gordman, Andrea and the entire Carey Counseling Team! The facilities are incredible and the staff is very professional, they care about the needs of the patients, the service they gave me was very good and I recommend it. The personalized approach that each patient receive is very efficient, I don't think there is another better place to go.

Rachel is the best!!!! Only thing I hate about AHS is you have to go through readmission after either spiraling or postpartum.....where you'll be needing your meds IMMEDIATELY. 😒

I never felt rushed, or dismissed by her. She listens thoroughly and provides great feedback. I really felt seen, heard, and welcomed by her services. She is a phenomenal therapist and I would recommend her to anyone asking. The staff overall were friendly and made me feel welcomed.
