Sanctuary was very beneficial to my recovery process. There were a few standout employees (Candace, Kevin, Desiree, Chiara) who had sincere compassion and care for what I was going through. There was a sense of community there and always someone to talk too, you never felt alone.

I had never been to a detox or treatment center before, and detoxing from fentanyl felt overwhelming. But West Tennessee Detox was truly the best place I could have chosen.
From day one, the staff was incredibly polite, supportive, and attentive. They constantly checked on me, asking how I was feeling and if I needed anything. When I was too sick to get up, they even brought drinks directly to my bed – their level of care was remarkable.
The center is well-stocked with food, and they have a full-time cook who prepares fresh meals daily. The Smoking Lounge was also a great spot to relax during a tough process.
West Tennessee Detox helped me detox in the best possible way, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, compassionate place to begin recovery.

Hello all, I spent 10 days at this facility last week. The place is laid out well. You eat great and Nicky and Hollie allowed me to take care of my business while there. It was important to me and they made time for me. NO place is perfect, but they came really close so would I go back? Hopefully not needed but heck yes. These people have a good thing going! I came in to JACOA in May of 2023. I had been thru SOME SHIT. To say the least. And I needed some help and guidance on how not only to better myself, but HEAL myself.
And I tell you what. JACOA did that. Am I a completely healed human? Nope. Do I credit them for everything I've accomplished this far? Yes. Because THEY gave me the tools I needed. Every one of them. From the head honcho, down to the monitors every night taking us for chill breaks. I love them, to the core. Beth was an amazing counselor, and the rest of the counselors were awesome too. Kudos to a really great staff.
To elaborate? They taught me how to handle my anxiety and my stress. Without booze. Without weed. Just myself. Learning to live sober, was probably one of the best adventures I've lived so far. Because that, was wild. I read ten books in 28 days. I hadn't picked up a book since my mother died, nearly 9 years prior. And I was an avid reader.
I begged for the library keys, and eventually, I didn't have to beg. I was given them, because I proved I was responsible and could handle a door.
It takes one door at a time, sometimes.
And hey, the food wasn't too bad either!

JACOA was so amazing I went there twice!! I had been a chronic relapse for 20 years and the last treatment center I ever had Tn go to was JACOA!! That says a lot about who they are as a substance abuse program. The staff met me where I was in my journey with compassion and kindness ,because most of them had their own personal story of recovery. They got me! They really understood me!! They went above and beyond quarterbacking my care all the way to safe housing when I graduated the program. If you or a loved one are suffering with alcohol or substance abuse issues call JACOA! They will take care of you!

I was very apprehensive about going to a mental health facility. The staff here is amazing with assisting me with my mental health issues and seeing myself in a different light. Angel and Andrea are the first two staff members I met, they helped my with all the paperwork, insurance, and leave from work. Anything I needed they were there. I could stay home and do this online but because this place is as great as it is id rather drive 45 / 50 minutes too come here. The doctor is amazing, the staff is so nicely characterized. Spero Health has been helping me out tremendously. The Doctor Warhaftig is an awesome doctor. The counselor Xtasy Grinn is super awesome as well. I love group therapy and getting to talk about my addiction and how far I've come. Don't get me wrong I still struggle. But I still have a long way to go. I've been going to spero health since the end of March and early April. And this now May. I'm happy that I've chose to do my recovery treatment plan with spero health I'd highly recommend them and wouldn't have it any other way.

Crestwyn is A great facility! I am a Peer Recovery Specialist here at UT Addiction Medicine. When I need to refer one of our patients to a facility for detox, Treatment Crestwyn is top notch with their patient centered care! I can always count on Cassandra Clemons and Pretoria Griffin to immediately take the call, expedite the process and get them into detox in a timely manner. The therapist whom I saw was very nice and allowed me to have free will with how I speak, which is a good thing but also can be a bad thing too! Because I do have a potty mouth and it's something I can't help. Sorry but it is not that I don't like it there I'm really not sure it's what I'm looking for at the moment, but you have given me a little bit of hope that is going to help me out in the long run. We'll just have to wait and see.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Daybreak. The facility and staff are warm and inviting. They take the entire family under their wing and truly collaborate with all involved during the child's time there. We never felt confused, uncertain, or "in the dark" with our child's progression through the program. After a particularly traumatizing inpatient experience, we immediately felt at ease with Ms. Susie during our very detailed intake assessment. This feeling of ease continued with any staff we came in contact with throughout our child's time there, as we met regularly (weekly) with our child's therapist and psychiatrist. The option for patients to continue with regular outpatient group therapy once they've completed the partial hospitalization program (as they return to the "real world") provides extra support during that transition and helped us feel more comfortable with that transition as well. I am especially grateful for the gentle and caring way they held our child accountable and encouraged our child to take an active role in their mental health, treatment, and therapy. Our time at Daybreak improved the way we communicate and care for each other as a family, and I will be forever grateful for everything the people here did for us. The best way to wrap up how we feel about Daybreak is a direct quote from our child: "I love that place."
