Sanctuary was very beneficial to my recovery process. There were a few standout employees (Candace, Kevin, Desiree, Chiara) who had sincere compassion and care for what I was going through. There was a sense of community there and always someone to talk too, you never felt alone.
The therapy helped me discover my issues , better understand them and deal with them head on. I now have better tools to help me move forward with life more positively. Ultimately, I really learned with this experience - you get out of it what you are willing to put into it.

Sanctuary absolutely changed my life. I didn’t think the betterment of my mental health would ever be possible, but with the help of my therapist Luke, I was able to get control of my mental health and on the path to loving myself for who I am. I have been attending here since 2019 when I tell you that they are wonderful trustworthy people and I have been seeing Mrs. Christy Goforth She is the Best Counselor I have ever had in my life she is a true blessing and she is God she she is someone whom you can be 100 percent honest with about anything and she will have your back and she tries her best to point you in the right direction I have been doing a whole lot better since I have been seeing her I love her
