I had a great experience with Dr. Barron. He’s calm, takes time to understand your situation, helps you feel comfortable with the hypnosis if you’ve never done it. He has many tools to provide for homework to help you dig in to the hypnosis practice and have ways to meditate outside the sessions. I was surprised how effective it was for a while. I would say instead of a 5 star I gave a 4 star just because it’s not perfect- 3 sessions wasn't enough for me personally, and scheduling more has been a challenge.

Shawn,
Thanks for the honest review. After the 3 session, if more are needed there is no extra cost. I know how life can throw us curve balls so it's part of my guarantee.

David Barron

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Addiction Treatments

Treatments

In New Hampshire, individuals can benefit from rehab programs that provide substance abuse treatment on an inpatient or outpatient basis. These programs typically utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and experiential therapies, together with family counseling, individual, and group meetings. These critical interventions provide an effective treatment program that will help you achieve sobriety and maintain it in the long-term.

Clinical Services

dizzy iconHypnotherapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy in New Hampshire involves several steps to healing. The therapist will first help you identify stressful conditions currently in your life. You'll then identify your thoughts and beliefs about these challenges. Next, you'll identify inaccurate thoughts, and lastly you'll change those thought patterns, which will lead to changed behavior.

Dialectical behavior therapy is a form of talk therapy. While it's similar to cognitive behavioral therapy, it adds a focus on intense emotions. Its goal is to help you learn to manage difficult feelings and make positive changes.

I recently had the opportunity to work with David on my struggles with public speaking. I was apprehensive initially, however the need for improvement was something I wanted. The experience was great and ultimately effective. Session 1 was good, 2 not as great as 1, and 3 was excellent. It works off your willing to work and believe in the change you’re seeking.

Response from the owner
Eric,
Thanks for sharing your experience. You did great and your review can help people better understand how hypnosis can help.
Warmly,
David Barron
