I just left here and I cannot say Enough positive things about all the staff members there! I was only there for detox however, there is a lot of loving and understanding staff there that really care about the clients I cannot say enough About Divine especially as she did my intake and was top tier vibes, And every Single tech there in addition to her. The counselors are great, As well as the case manager is Ashley and Kevin they are the dream. And I cannot forget Krystle! Krystle Is the new Alumni Coordinator Who just started and she was also super helpful During my stay and also got me set up with their new alumni app to keep in contact with everybody. I was there which I think is a fantastic idea. I would list more names however I don t remember everybody s name. The nurses are fantastic as well. They really stay on top of the detox clients and the residential as well. The clients that come in are fantastic. I had a really good group at the house. I was grateful that they allowed vapes And the amount of breaks that you get. The groups are fun and informative. They helped me detox as comfortably as possible from something I didn t realize was in what I was taking. I m so glad I went to this place. They saved my life. To anyone that would need To get help this is the place to go and one word of advice is to advocate assertively for yourself so you don t get lost in the mix. It s also in a nice area, super quiet. Next to the police station, funny enough. Thank you to everyone there who was supportive through my mental health issues, and addiction issues.

I just finished my detox at Avenues in Dublin NH and now I am headed to Bucks Avenues for the PHP program. My experience here has been nothing but amazing, the facility is beautiful and peaceful. The staff has been so supportive, they truly care about your well being and want you to succeed and have a brighter future. I have learned so much about myself and my addiction that it has changed my life. For those struggling with addiction I highly recommend coming here, you will not regret it. I cannot say enough good about Aware Recovery Care going back to February 2023. My first involvement was with their In-Home Detox team consisting of RN Jenn Aguire and nurses Tabitha and Krystal who came to my home for at least seven straight days to get me detoxed. This was critical to me as at the time I was unwilling to enter in residence detox having had a negative experience in the past. I credit them with saving my life. Their kind and compassionate care showed me that there was indeed some hope for me going forward. Following detox Aware counselors Sam Hayes and Amber Gelinas continued home visits working very closely with me in keeping me on the road to sobriety. I also received monthly assessments by an RN and a session with a Psychiatrist. After six months my insurance lapsed but thankfully I was eligible to enter their Alumni Program consisting of multiple Zoom meetings during the week with Aware professionals. In addition they also host various events in different locations with other Alumni of the program. You always feel that Aware is right there with you every step of the way. I could carry on much longer but let me finish by saying that I consider the Aware professionals I have dealt with to be more than just counselors but as friends as well. I am welcome back in the lives of my children and most importantly my Grandchildren. On November 24 I will be collecting my Nine Month sobriety chip at my AA Home Group. I credit a great deal of my success on Aware Recovery.

Hello to all I had gone to Beach Hill rehab center years ago I mean yrs like 43 it didn t take, I wasn t ready to surrender a few years later I ended up at the Farnum Center a 30 day stay the Staff were unbelievable the place became home very quickly. I had been sober for 9 years, taking Suboxone but it was all a lie. I relapsed and everything came crashing down. I went to jail, almost caught a serious charge, was getting evicted from my apartment, my car ready to be repossessed and my life just seemed to spiral out of control. I was on the verge of suicide. I decided to go back to the methadone clinic and start IOP. My journey of healing began. It's just a slip, I will get back up even stronger than before. I know now who is important in my life and who isn't. If I want to change I need to start healing and loving myself first. Something I've never done, everyone else was first. Now it's time for me to be number one. My life matters I don't want to die.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful!!! I've been in treatment for a little over a year sober for 3 months now started attending IOP which is offered at the clinic and that led me on the path to being completely drug free thanks to all the support that's offered I can finally say LIFE is AMAZING!!! Great clinic. Awesome people. Jill is the most caring, professional, and hard working counselor I ve ever had the the luck of being assigned to. Sharon the director is awesome as well. Only complaint which should not steer you away from this place but there is one nurse there has the absolute worst work ethic I have ever seen in my entire life. She hung up on me and told me to stop calling when I was trying to figure out what was going on with a fax while I was guest dosing in FL. The clinic was kicking me out in ten minutes because of closing time and I m desperately trying to stay sober. You d think everyone in this line of work would have some compassion for what we go through and deal with but unfortunately that s just not the truth. Just there for a paycheck and go home. Thanks a lot Mary-Anne. Appreciate it.(All of the other nurses are insanely helpful and caring)

If you want a clinic that cares this is the right clinic for you I see other saying they don t let you go up as fast that s because they just aren t about getting you dosed (like other clinics that don t care) the nurses are amazing! The program works if you work it. Just like with any other program out there, you have to put the effort in. No one can do it for you. Depending on your insurance you may be able to get a taxi ride to the clinic each day. No matter where you live. Do not let negative reviews sway you from making the decision to get clean. You can do this. These people can help. Everything they do is for the purpose of getting you clean. I know many people who have gained remission from addiction with the help of metro, including myself. When its a life or death decision, choose life.

hi!! i'm 16 years old and spent 4 months at cedc concord. i know my parents were terrified to send me somewhere but when it came to the point where there wasn't a choice, i am so grateful that cedc is where i ended up. i can't put into words how much it helped me. it genuinely felt like a safe environment with the staff, clients, group rooms, and kitchens. none of me thought recovery was possible, all of me had accepted that my ed was my fate. cedc saved me, my family, and gave me a future. everyone was so patient and kind during a beyond distressing time. the meal counselor would sit with me as i cried and talk about taylor swift to distract me. despite the hell we were all going through we laughed so much and had actual fun and i made friends i know i'll always have. i cried probably everyday i was there, but on my last day it wasn't because of my ed. it was because i was going to miss these people (both the staff and other clients included) i had come to love so much. no matter what people tell you full recovery is possible and after going to cedc i have hope that i'll reach it eventually. i can't recommend this program enough. <3

I give CEDC a five star rating. But don't make the mistake of thinking that you will be happy when a family member goes there. When you go through the treatment process, you will be alone, confused, helpless, frustrated and unhappy. However, what you need to know is that these difficulties are part of recovery. One of the best days in your son's or daugter's life may be the day you enroll him or her in the residential treatment program at CEDC.

At a time when everything seems so divisive, and the idea of loving Thy Neighbor is ridiculed, Families in Transition has set the bar for vital services for people who may find themselves at a frightening Crossroads in their lives. Took my child who was complaining of ear pain to the walk in clinic. There was hardly any wait. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and everyone treated us with kindness and respect. The doctor listened to and validated my concerns.

So far for my severely depressed teen its only issue is timing: It takes a while to get set up with a team. However, mental health providers are in VERY short supply everywhere these days especially since COVID, so I tend to believe that is inevitable.Now that the team is in place (a therapist, a DBT therapist and a psychiatric NP), my teen is very happy with all of them, which is great. In fact my teen didn't even want to move on from the temporary therapist who was great too.
