Antrim House was hands down the best treatment center I have been to and I know that I was not the only client that felt that way. All of the staff at Antrim made me feel heard and catered to our needs always. The BHA’s, Clinicians, Providers, Nursing Staff all went above and beyond to help me out throughout my stay there. Had some amazing talks with Brittany, Sherrie, Bailey, Chris D, Daniella, Wanda, Trevor, Lisa, Trish, Ashley, Joe and more that I will never forget. The food there cooked by Leah was top notch and the best food I’ve ever had at a treatment center. I love the fact that Krystle the alumni coordinator is so involved in her job and so passionate about what she does. It is really cool to me that she is so productive and proactive about keeping everyone in contact on the alumni app for events so we can all keep in touch and continue on together as a community in our recovery journey so that we have each other to lift one another up each step of the way. I won’t forget the amazing staff that held groups that I absorbed so much from, I will always feel forever grateful and forever blessed to have found Antrim House in my searches for a treatment center. I am so grateful for Antrim House. I am rebuilding my life today and experiencing meaningful progress in recovery because of Antrim and It's staff! I can't thank the Bha's enough for connecting and inspiring me. My case manager bent over backwards to help me navigate a complicated set of logistical issues. because of the dedication of the staff at Antrim I got a chance to do the real work on me, that i had never been able to do before! I am indebted to the nursing staff who stood by me as I dealt with the consequences of my use. I cannot say enough good about Aware Recovery Care going back to February 2023. My first involvement was with their In-Home Detox team consisting of RN Jenn Aguire and nurses Tabitha and Krystal who came to my home for at least seven straight days to get me detoxed. This was critical to me as at the time I was unwilling to enter in residence detox having had a negative experience in the past. I credit them with saving my life. Their kind and compassionate care showed me that there was indeed some hope for me going forward. Following detox Aware counselors Sam Hayes and Amber Gelinas continued home visits working very closely with me in keeping me on the road to sobriety. I also received monthly assessments by an RN and a session with a Psychiatrist. After six months my insurance lapsed but thankfully I was eligible to enter their Alumni Program consisting of multiple Zoom meetings during the week with Aware professionals. In addition they also host various events in different locations with other Alumni of the program. You always feel that Aware is right there with you every step of the way. I could carry on much longer but let me finish by saying that I consider the Aware professionals I have dealt with to be more than just counselors but as friends as well. I am welcome back in the lives of my children and most importantly my Grandchildren. On November 24 I will be collecting my Nine Month sobriety chip at my AA Home Group. I credit a great deal of my success on Aware Recovery.

Ashley is not my counselor but she does 2 groups a week with Alice. Ashley is so down to earth and funny. She makes us feel so comfortable and let's us know whatever we need to say, that it's ok. I have read some of the negative reviews on here and the only thing I can say is when your going through detox every bad thing that happens is greatly magnified and things are not always as bad as you think. It’s a detox not day camp. If you are truly being sick and tired of being sick and tired and you want help getting clean and sober I would suggest going to Farnum. This place definitely saved my life. If you are looking for a place that will help in your recovery then please reach out to them. I didn’t get it right the first time so I’ve been there twice over the course of 5 years but both times I’ve been there all of the staff were all very helpful and caring. To anyone reading this “you are not alone and recovery is at your fingertips.” Good luck!

I think the staff does a great job at New Season Concord, N. H. I constantly hear people talking bad about the clinic, and just putting it down. My thoughts would be that more then likely they probably would never open such a place of there wasn't proof of it working. Or should I say, if the success rate wasn't there. But anyways, in all reality, it honestly is what you make of it. You basically figure out how you want your goal of sobriety to go, with the help needed from the Doctor, Nurses, and the rest of the staff. There is no program out there that has guaranteed results. But, I've known multiple people who have had their lives transformed by attending Teen Challenge Manchester. The staff here navigate the complexities of recovery with wisdom and love. I personally have received phone calls from staff about one of my family members who was no longer in the program; because they were concerned for him. I've witnessed staff steer family ministry meetings with gentle courage as they challenged the deception and darkness of addiction. Above all, the program recognizes that true recovery comes with faith in God and longevity; 30/90 days are not enough. I’m thankful for what they’ve done to help people I love. I highly recommend this facility.

This isn’t a bad long term rehabilitation program if you are looking for a program that is Bible based rather than Bill Wilson’s “big book”, but it’s by no means perfect despite all the 5 star ratings. Granite Recovery might be better for long term sobriety. It has a higher success rate. In all honesty, I did graduate but I probably should have been hospitalized for exhaustion afterward. You have to work really hard here- both physically and emotionally. Keep an open mind but don’t expect a happy ever after- it isn’t for everybody.

The program works if you work it. Just like with any other program out there, you have to put the effort in. No one can do it for you. Depending on your insurance you may be able to get a taxi ride to the clinic each day. No matter where you live. Do not let negative reviews sway you from making the decision to get clean. You can do this. These people can help. Everything they do is for the purpose of getting you clean. I know many people who have gained remission from addiction with the help of metro, including myself. When its a life or death decision, choose life.

New Life Home is not only a safe, beautiful and peaceful haven for women and their children, but also a place where they can grow into the women they were always meant to be. I had the privilege of meeting these awesome families and had the first-hand experience of seeing this program in action as I taught there for about 9 months last year. I saw lives restored and transformed into radiant beauties. The program is exceptional as it follows a holistic approach to provide increasing health in body, mind, soul, and spirit. What a gift! I think all women, including myself, should have the opportunity to go through New Life Home's program and this type of experience. I'm hoping that this organization and their program extends and expands throughout the community and beyond!

hi!! i'm 16 years old and spent 4 months at cedc concord. i know my parents were terrified to send me somewhere but when it came to the point where there wasn't a choice, i am so grateful that cedc is where i ended up. i can't put into words how much it helped me. it genuinely felt like a safe environment with the staff, clients, group rooms, and kitchens. none of me thought recovery was possible, all of me had accepted that my ed was my fate. cedc saved me, my family, and gave me a future. everyone was so patient and kind during a beyond distressing time. the meal counselor would sit with me as i cried and talk about taylor swift to distract me. despite the hell we were all going through we laughed so much and had actual fun and i made friends i know i'll always have. i cried probably everyday i was there, but on my last day it wasn't because of my ed. it was because i was going to miss these people (both the staff and other clients included) i had come to love so much. no matter what people tell you full recovery is possible and after going to cedc i have hope that i'll reach it eventually. i can't recommend this program enough. <3

I give CEDC a five star rating. But don't make the mistake of thinking that you will be happy when a family member goes there. When you go through the treatment process, you will be alone, confused, helpless, frustrated and unhappy. However, what you need to know is that these difficulties are part of recovery. One of the best days in your son's or daugter's life may be the day you enroll him or her in the residential treatment program at CEDC.

I went there today, October 14th, 2025 with a high recommendation from a Dr. Who opened a primary care in white river jct.
I was not disappointed whatsoever. From the receptionist who was friendly, to the nurse and then the doctor.
I need to have my ears flushed about every 6 months. Had not had it done in quite some time. The young nurse was outstanding. The Doctor, i wish I had gotten all their names, was kind, caring and understanding.
After 30 minutes of rinsing, digging (softly) and an attempt by the nurse, then finally a last try by the doctor, got the remaining chunks/wax out. She was surprised on how much i had in there.
I feel so much better. Not tired and worn out like I felt prior to this.

Took my child who was complaining of ear pain to the walk in clinic. There was hardly any wait. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and everyone treated us with kindness and respect. The doctor listened to and validated my concerns.

My mom was at another nursing care facility in Keene and they were just awful. How would they like to be treated like that? Shame on them. My mom felt very strongly that she wanted to stay in Keene so we found Genesis. It is night and day. At Genesis, they respect her and treat her with dignity. They have been very easy to work with and for the most part the staff have been very friendly and responsive.
