This is the best recovery program ever!!! Staff is top notch here. After leaving a 30 day rehab I entered this outpatient program and I can't say enough. I love everyone there, their professionalism and their passion. I would highly recommend anyone in need of help to go to Topsail.

The staff at RCA made a difficult time much easier for myself and my loved one. From the beginning, they treated him with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. You can tell they truly care about the people they help, not just professionally but personally as well. The nurses, counselors, and support staff were compassionate, attentive, and always willing to listen. As his partner, it gave me peace of mind knowing my loved one was surrounded by people who genuinely wanted to see them heal and succeed in recovery. They also made me feel supported during this time giving me resources and support when I needed it. I’m very grateful for the care and support they provided.

Any veteran struggling with their care should transfer to this facility. The staff is responsive, intelligent, and happy to genuinely help you. A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

Great place to get sober. They had the best staff helping me to receive comprehensive care. I ended up staying with them 7months, I found it that helpful. Definitely not my first program, but they stand out from the rest. Perfect place for aftercare for people who have detoxed or done residential treatment. They work well with various sober living houses. They are also very flexible with the different levels of care that they offer.

I have had the upmost great experience at HCRC. Dexter great guy first person I see every morning. Then I see Michelle she has been a truly great person, she always ask me if I am ok never mad always smiling. Then the head nurse has gone above and beyond to make me feel good the gentlemen nurse and all the other female nurses and consular. Thank you so very much for asking me everyday if I am ok I lost my mom last Sept. And my dad sept. 10th 2024. The nurses are Top Knots and unusually helpful and resourceful. The counselors that exist are all fair and kind, but constant short staffing and management issues cause a great place to only get a good rating. This is a for-profit clinic, so the higher up the management chain one goes, the further away an addict in recovery is from recovery. Unfortunately this company owns most of the clinics in the area, so one does not have a choice. This is also not unusual. There is no handicapped accessible entrance. You can go in the back way, around the back of the hospital, but you still have to walk a very good distance to the front door, and once inside it's very small so a person with mobility issues is going to struggle. I don't suggest anyone with mobility issues goes to this Clinic. He Corrections Officers in the back of the hospital, they have an entrance for the prisoners there. There is constant clashing with the handicapped clients and the Corrections Officers because there's no real protocol for handicapped patients. But overall this is a good place. Small, and they don't put up with any of the usual nonsense that goes on.( There are very few drug deals if at all that will go on here!). The security guard is top-notch as well and is very fair but firm. If you are not looking for Recovery, I suggest you go somewhere else because you won't last long here. I've had some personal issues with the take-home protocol as well as the short staffing resulting in treatment plans not being effectively instituted, but again this is management and has nothing to do with the day to day staff.

I travel 1.5 hours to this clinic (when I could just go to one 20 min from me) bcoz they treat you with such care, ZERO. judgement, support & compassion. From the front desk clerks to the nurses to the bomb upper level staff. They deal w/ tough stuff daily within this industry & their hearts are still wide open. HCRC bradston is so busy but treats u like ur their only client - Kiewon remembered my full name & # after meeting me once! I love it there & dont have enough space to write all my top notch experiences they've just been a huge support in my journey (the most important journey of my life tbh) so ill gladly travel the 3hour round trip! This place is great! I went there's TVs in the room and the groups are a amazing. Most importantly the staff are awesome they went above and beyond to get me placed where I really wanted to go. They made sure I had everything I needed for aftercare and just were amazing like I said! They gave me clothes. Made me feel comfortable. If your struggling check NERC out and most importantly after get to a 12 step meeting. Thank you!

My case workers name was Abby ‘ & she was a gangster like frfr !!! She didn’t take NO mess man we were a family !! My baby Genevieve was the BEST cook hands down she made the best tuna melts man frfr & Mike was the man ya heard a Florida boy who loved listening to future lol can’t forget the Spanish papi I forgot his name but he loved to debate he always thought he was right about EVERYTHING 😂😂😂 & last but deff not least STEVEEEEEEEEEE was the MAN ya heard ??? He was in charge & he was a protector !! There was this pump named Troy footman lurkin trying to get at the females fr & Steve would make sure he didn’t mess with us they even put me through school & helped me get Foodstamps !! For youth daily, and virtual IOP for adults. There evening virtual IOP was wonderful, super informative and engaging. There is always a clincian available to speak with in a break out room. They check in with you individually at least 1 a week if needed. Adrianna the Director is amazing, highly intelligent, empathetic, and supportive. She carries that down with her team. Meg and Rachel are so kind and easy to talk to and work with. Interns were excellent as well. I highly recommend for someone needing to rebuild their toolbox if going through a difficult time. There is no better time than now to care for your mental health than now.

I just completed a year of my graduate internship at The Boston Center, which is Arbour Counseling Services' PHP and IOP program center. I could not speak more highly of the staff at this site. They are professional, empathetic, friendly, and always willing to help and teach. The opportunities I was given to expand my knowledge and skills were abundant, with a healthy balance of support and independence to build my own confidence and ability. The director Arianna Guiseppone and her entire clinical staff intentionally and collaboratively create a wonderful work environment for staff, interns, and clients alike. I am extraordinarily grateful for this experience and would highly encourage others to work here if given the chance.

Typically I use civilian healthcare for my medical needs, but the few times I've needed care from the VA they've met the task. Specifically, I have my hearing tests and hearing aids provided by the VA. Everything from scheduling exams, to acquiring my hearing aids, to getting them repaired by the VA is spot on great. The staff is courteous, professional and efficient. I'd recommend them to àny veteran they needed healthcare.

had cataract surgery here . Fantastic results , could see perfect in one day. I had pretty bad cataracts and should of had them done a lot sooner. Every thing went well , home same day, fast efficient and excellent follow up care next day. JP treats veterans well!

This is a good hospital. The only issue is have is I get rides here througha transportation company and they have to drop me off in the back of the building. This is a mild problem for me but for veterans who aren't as mobile as me this could be a bog problem for them. From what a driver told me the campus police want the veterans drones off in the back. This makes no sense. There is plenty of room in the front for drop off's

Started at Peabody which was amazing. When I got to woburn a couple years ago I would have gave it a lower star but now they run so smoothly. There is almost never a line. Someone is always there to help you. Nurses are amazing and so nice and helpful. Front desk runs quickly and always answers questions and helps with a smile. As long as you put in the world, this program will work for you. Thank you for helping me so much during the worst time of my life.
