Came from Canada to have spine surgery with Dr Jay Zampini. It was an excellent experience. Dr Zampini is a consummate professional as are all of his staff. The hospital was immaculate and the staff are all very eager to please. Of special note is Alice Robert my International Patient Coordinator. Alice is a rockstar. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was always ready to assist.

I recently completed the php program here. Best experience of my life!!!! I came in feeling like I didn't want to live anymore. I walked out feeling like I have a new lease on life and I can't wait for my next chapter! The staff there is helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and amazing!!!!!

The staff was fantastic ,I mean it. Best hospital for behavioral! I mean it. Wrongfully accused but was a great experience besides awful Winchester and Lahey Burlington 🙄. I picked up meds I'm grateful needed em limping bad shopping ohh ouch. And also patients were wonderful. Noone out of control. Wow. Quincy is a city I think I could live in. My husband had knee replacement surgery on Nov 4. Dr Mattheos is a rock star!!! It came out awesome. He had an A fib issue on the 2nd day when he was supposed to leave. He left the 3rd floor staff that went above and beyond to ccu on the 2nd floor. They too were amazing as well. Can't say enough about the staff. The food was pretty darn good too! Very happy with Anna Jacques Hospital.

I went there for a knee replacement Dr Mattheos was awesome I was supposed to stay overnight ended up going into A Fib the nurses Doctors and staff were awesome they went above and beyond taking care of me on both the recovery floor and cardiac floor they saw to my every need can’t say enough about the entire staff not to mention the food was great hats off to kitchen staff thank you for such good service John Russo

Anna Jaques Labor and delivery department went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my delivery. The nurses were so tentative to baby and I. They were a great help seeing this is my first baby. Nurses Shea, Melissa, Sommer, Geena, Christin, and Melinda truly made my experience as great and stress free as possible. Dr Raju is a phenomenal doctor, I had full trust in him being my OB the whole pregnancy. He was amazing right up to the delivery! Couldn’t recommend him or this facility enough! Haverhill Behavorial Health has an approach to mental health care that is focused on getting you through whatever is causing you to feel the way you do. Their approach is kind of old school and may make most people upset with how they “treat” you. Meaning you aren’t allowed your phone, only at specific times. This is only to have you socialize and get to know other people there. The staff is very supportive but is stern to most of the “bad behavior” that happens. They will intervene with arguments before they become fights. Becky’s dual diagnosis meetings were very helpful in the sense that you got to hear other people stories and how everything in their lives have impacted them. Everyone is there to support eachother and try to get you through any issues you may have. But ultimately it’s up to you on how to manage yourself and in turn others. My experience was very helpful and completely changed my outlook on a lot of things.

All I can say is my psychiatrist is a boss. Love this place and the staff ! Liz, Kiera, and Donna are awesome.. Been here for almost a decade and never disappoints!

Therapist, and office are great, parking is not, can't walk far due to lung condition, and there have been a few times where I couldn't make it inside because the parking lot was totally full

My experiences at Seacoast mental health from the start has been excellent, my transition process was very easy going and all my needs were met. I have been going here for a few months and I highly recommend this place for people who are asking to receive these services and of course pass their intake and have the right insurances I believe they can help in one’s constant recovery process. I am giving Seacoast Mental Health five stars because I trust them with my Mental Health issues concerns and needs. I’ve Been going here for sometime and I have been well cared for within my personal treatment plan. I highly recommend both Seacoast mental health locations. Update, consistently they are very helpful reliable people I am very grateful and impressed with their services, they have made my transition from N.Y. a very happy and smooth one. Update, on many fronts Seacoast Mental Health keeps up to date treating me with their kindness and respect And in a very professional manner. I feel blessed to receive their care. And I am very confident into the future they will be there to help me manage my disabling symptoms caused by my acquired brain disorders.

This house was really amazing I got the help and tools I needed to stay clean the staff was very helpful the houses were beautiful but most of all they truly cared for us but I got what I needed to stay clean and I did for almost a year then something happened I relapsed and I would love to go back there

I have been clean for 11 years this past August partially due to this place. It saved my life and I would recommend any woman needing help to go there. It doesn't matter where a place is or what it looks like it's what it puts out there and it's a GREAT PROGRAM

I'm currently here and its a safr place aiding and assisting fenale addicts on their journey of recovery. Anyone who is kicked out is not doing the right things. Yes there are rules as there are in every aspect of life. This place teaches u how to love yourself and how to treat others. It allows you to feel safe while doing inside work on yourself then slowly reintegrating back into society in whatever capacity that is for the individual. Some go back to school while others volunteer or work. The Shepard house is an amazing facility and I would recommend it to Any addict seeking help.

The partial program was life changing. I went in broken and hopeless and came out feeling like myself again.

The negative reviews seem to be from people who don’t quite care to discover the reasons behind things or can’t comprehend how some guidelines/rules came into being. The partial hospitalization program really helped me in getting structure back into my life, figuring out what works best for me, etc. Someone complained about not being given the phone numbers of other patients and in group and that we are dissuaded from sharing contact information but as a rule it *makes sense* there should be exceptions to most of the rules but as a baseline it is a safety concern. People can trauma bond and form unhealthy dynamics or cyclical negative behavior patterns. People can be in for all different reasons and some may not feel safe with their information being given out. This place isn’t perfect but it deserves a higher rating than it has received here- people just don’t like being told what to do even if the whole point is to get a better outlook and have our views challenged.

This was a life changing experience! Everyone from the clinicians, nurses, to the people in the program with me made me feel at home! I’m definitely a better person mentally, emotionally, and physically compared to who I was coming into the program. Group topics were super helpful and well planned. So thank you to everyone!
