The employees that are currently providing services to those who request it, i believe are about diligence, and take pride in assisting and helping a person find out and learn about themselves in a new way, help to set up a plan for sobriety that works for each individual's needs. I personally find this place has a kind and caring staff,which is what some need at the point in life when they decide to be clean and sober. To start living life again! The counselors there must feel a tremendous sense of responsibility,and i feel deserve to be appreciated for all of their hard work and invested time and emotions involved. When needed tho,in "special "circumstances,like call-backs or severe weather etc.

Went march-april of 2019 fresh out of 6 month jail bid. Couldn't ask for a better group of people all around. I was genuinely accepted and treated with dignity by both residents and staff. 28 days flew by and I was reminded of how |enjoyable life can still be even if you are sober. They let us smoke cigarettes on the patio outside and the food was outstanding and many times restaurant quality. I'll always have fond memories of this place. I can only hope that those that I met there are winning their battle with addiction or at the very least not giving up. They were all good souls that deserve happiness just as much as anyone else.

My daughter started at Davenport may, 2019. When my daughter first went to Davenport she was in poor health, and didn't do well in school. She also had a very hard time at home. Since she has been at Davenport, her health is great, awesome grades in school, home visits aare pleasant and follows through with counseling and she actually listens to mom and dad. She loves her counselor and equine therapy. She is also getting life skills. My daughter was a hard kid, since she's been at Davenport she's kind and caring. Didn’t want to attend the PHP program at the Plymouth house for my issues with Alcohol but I am beyond thankful that I did. The community here has helped me grow in the two months I’ve been there and taught me skills I will continue to practice in my sobriety. Completing the Residential and PHP program at the Plymouth House was the best decision I made for my recovery. The groups offered take a deep dive into effective means of recovery that I benefit from daily. The staff went above and beyond, the facility itself is kept in great condition, and the food was amazing. I am very thankful to have had the experience I did from The Plymouth House.

Green mountain treatment center is by far the best program that I have been to. It definitely helped save my life when I thought that was not a possibility anymore. They taught me the skills that I need to not only be successful but to truly believe in myself again. The staff there are like family to me and they are truly incredible people who just want to help each and every client. I would recommend this program to anybody that I can. I cannot fully explain how grateful I am for this place. I can but I would be writing for days. Someone that I consider family needed my help. The day started with me driving from Boston to NH, when I found him we went to Portland Maine. I called detox after detox and all were packed. However, I was given wrong information when they said take him to Maine Health. We went there first and waited over an hour only to be told they would not give him a bed until one of the detoxes opened.
This was very disappointing. However, with the grace of God, I found Saint Mary’s in Lewiston Maine. So we drove another hour there and finally succeeded. The security, nurse and Doctor we talked to were phenomenal. It ended with an emotional hug and hope of recovery now linger.
Before I left, the guy at the desk even stopped me and handed me a piece of paper with the number to this department on it. I wish I wasn’t so far because I would have came back to visit.

My son was at summit for nine months, first in the Venture program and then in the Traverse program. He had been in other treatment programs before Summit and Summit was the most impactful for him. One thing that stood out was the supportive community, where vulnerability became possible. This was facilitated by all the staff and the program structure, but the guides stood out; in contrast to other programs the guides at summit are not only well-trained but they are devoted to the kids in a way that allows them to be both boundary setters and confidantes and mentors. Another standout element was the well thought out program--from the goals work in therapy to the structured planning for home visits. The regular feedback among the team members (the kids) was a huge asset in making this program work. At summit the kids are never made to feel that they are bad as they are in some programs; the balance between connection and support and holding boundaries is what really makes this program a standout among its peers.

Its all in how you carry yourself while your their, if you need help ask for it. Ranting amd raving around the clinic being aggressive is gonna get you treated differently. Go in and be a normal decent person, be civilized for christ sakes your experience will be much more positive. In the end like you, there only doing there job. Ive been there 6 years and ive never ever had an issue everyone's very nice and makes my short time there better, always talkative and very friendly. Without them i know i wouldn't be standing on this side of the ground. Where many of my friends and family unfortunately have lost their own fights and their no longer her with us today"RIP". Absolutely amazing VA. Every staff member is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need. My husband needed surgery- the ER, ICU, PACU, phlebotomy, and surgical team were phenomenal. Explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable. Random staff members I passed in the hallway went out of their way to ask me if I needed help finding where I was going (I did), then stopped what they were doing to walk me to the right place. Thank you to all the staff here for your exemplary service, we appreciate all that you do.

River Rock is a special place to be part of, show up at and grow within. I lived the Adventure Recovery programs held regularly. The staff is awesome and the space is gorgeous. If you have decided you want what many of us got then check out RR. Go all in, stay long enough and build your new life plan. I miss being there. 5Stars. Snacks are good also. For more than a decade, I’ve struggled with addiction and the challenges of long-term sobriety/recovery. After my last 30-day stay at a residential program, I was scared as hell but willing to try something/anything new. I feel so incredibly fortunate that I found River Rock.
